It is a great idea to start a thread letting people know what coins can bring them dividends. But I believe people that want to know about this, have already studied all opportunities and know that everything that gives you more than 5-7 percent monthly is a scam.

The usual crypto that sends out dividends are from TRON and EOS platform, you have gotta see some projects like 888TRON and BETHASH, these are gambling sites which could be the reason why they are profitable. There is also EOSBET which somehow has the same concept, its like profit sharing to its token holders. 70% of the money they collected from the gamblers who wagger are distributed to the token holders.

Stakingrewards is the place to look for reward info. Although to be honest I'm not sure if I have ever seen a point to focusing that much on rewards with crypto. Problem it's way too volatile to really matter. 5%+ yearly is great, but it's not so great when the initial investment can crash 90%+. Might as well instead just put that money into stocks, bonds or CDs if looking primarily for that dividend type of income.

Yes, dividends in cryptocurrency are a relatively new direction for obtaining passive income, which are very promising in the sense that they stimulate the retention of cryptocurrencies, and not the search for the possibility of their successful sale.

Getting dividend in cryptocurrency is awesome, I'm beginning to know that one can earn some funds while holding some tokens, am only aware of the boldman tokens, don't know if it dividend paying scheme is still in place, though the value of the tokens have been dwindling massively lately.

There was a good project that was paying dividends quarterly but the only condition being that the fund itself should be profitable in that quarter although i was thinking it long term but they have decided to close doors and refunded investors after 2 3 quarters of no profit the project was called taas and i was sure they would have done really well in next cycle but somehow they got impatient and have already liquidated the fund.

I do not expect too much about it. Because the amount of coins dividend too much (token) sooner or later seems to have difficulty paying.

I think you've already heard about Miracle TELE. They were paying a huge amount money, and now they are collapsing.

I don't think people understand what Dividend payment means, it is not staking reward IMO, just look at NEXO project they do pay dividends from the profit they generated from their business, the likes of Komodo, Tezos, Decred and co just pay staking reward which is different from Dividends payment

They are different, but end result is pretty much the same when you think about it. Again, my issue is with the underlying investment to begin with, crypto is too volatile for dividend/staking (regardless of which one) to make that much sense.


Unless there is a stablecoin out there that pays dividends. That could work. I think crypto.com has something like that where if stablecoins are held on their platform they pay out some sort of interest payment, but I don't know the details.

Someone above me already mentioned the staking reward coin's list site. but for me, both are having the same risk and it will a wise choice for you to take a coin which can bring your more profit to consider about staking and master node having the same risk like your portfolios depend on the price of the coin.

This is a casino and it pays dividends from the fact that the players lost. This is a good idea and it doesn’t look like a pyramid. The more casino profits get, the more dividends there are. Moreover, this token is already traded on the exchange.

But staking/masternode is different from dividends. You don't have to have an exact amount in coins that offers dividends to their holders.
While in staking/masternode you need to have at least the minimum required quantity of coins to be eligible to receive rewards.

I have found that the best method is to get in , make your money back via the dividends then dump your coins for a profit. It seems most projects die out.
That's why I started this thread so that we as a community can find the good dividends and not live under the stress of the project drying up.

I have no secrets) I invest in semux coin and in neo. as for me these are two promising coins

Actually, I thought about having dividends for the right holders. But thinking back, the market is always volatile and the value can be divided by 10 over time for coins that do not have a good background, the dividend distribution is really a big risk.
For me, I don't like projects with stakings, I'm afraid of losing money over time.

The most profitable for mee is Minter it gives you about 20% in a month, based on tendermint protocol of cosmos(atom) blockchain. The network is already working about 3-4 month a lot of project and validators are there. Other more conservative coins are Atom ~10% annually, xtz 5-9% annually, iotx ~ 10-25% annually.

There was no best dividend in the crypto and as far as i know there are only a few platforms like idex who was distributed the real dividend that acquired from the trading fees that already distributed to the holders of aura token and so far it's too rare to find a platform which distributed its profit to the token holders.
The majority of platforms are only issuing so many tokens and then spread it to the token holders and then the token holders will be dumping it and then make it becomes the useless token.'

Gone through the thread and I've seen most of the projects offering dividends. But don't they look so small to be earned after one year? 7% profit annually is a no-no for me unless well, maybe as a billionaire. Besides, what happens if the coin price dips after the year?  That meagre percentage profit won't count for shit

That's my issue with this dividend or staking idea. For a stable investment, usually 7% annually is fantastic.

Dividend stocks may pay out like 1-2% (not counting the value of stock appreciating, just the dividend part), bonds maybe 2-5% (and 5%+ are junk bonds),  and bank CDs are like 2-3%. So  5-7% is great.

But then the crypto crashes 90% and you are left with 7% extra of an asset that lost almost all of its value. Look at something like Dash -- if its price remains stable, it's a solid (if albeit pricey) investment. But it went from like $1200+ down to $80 a coin. So that extra 7% doesn't mean so much now.

I guess the OP is thinking of lucky coins and good timing, ones that pay out some crazy amount where you can recoup the entire investment just from dividends. It's possible, but odds are that won't work, and it's mostly luck and the marketplace that determines it, not any specific projects.

From $1200 down to $80 looks like its going to flip the whole project without the people who hold tight their investment. I bet those who dumps at its ATH had bought a ton of DASH again for staking. This is one proof that the whales are going to stay whales if they just knew the right time when to do it.

Show me a coin that has gone from 3k to 13k in a space of 6 months and I will show you BTC!

I remenber back in 2014 when dash was dirt cheap. Should of , could of's are hard to swallow. Neo for gas is working for me along with Loki project.
All are gambles and knowing the correct time to exit is important. That is why I stick with a certain % of a dividend a scrap as must dust of sats as I can.

Another thing that grinds my gears is when you look a project up on masternodesonline and the volume looks great and the %increase only to find
out later that the team is playing ping-pong/ meaning they buy their own coins from the sell wall and keep doing this back in forth causing the volume
to look like it is a very active coin...been caught in a couple of those and now i learned my lesson.

Well, we can say that about almost every coin from 2014 if we then compare to 2017/18 prices. Even complete junk like Dentacoin would have been insanely profitable. But nobody knows the future. A year or two from now we may be saying the same exact things about alts... only if I had bought when the market was low, prices are crazy now.

Usually knowing when to get in and out is more important than specific coins... or at least it seems that way most of the time.

To be honest there is no serious dividend paying or profit sharing project left in the market at the moment, yes there are some exchange tokens that share a percentage profit of their trading fee to the coin holders but really that profit is just too small that we can just neglect it, i think untill we have tokenized securities, dividends will remain a dream for crypto market.

I really like holding dividends paying cryptocurrencies and tokens/coins that I am currently HOLDing are KuCoin's KCS, DASH, BitMax's BTMX, NEO, COSS and ONT.

Be careful if you want to stake a coin because you never know if the coin can give a profit to you. There are so many coins that you can stake, but the problem is you need to have much money to start to buy the minimum amount to be stake. But there are many coins which are not too expensive to buy, but there is no guarantee for you to make a profit. Usually, these coins are new coins which don't have the history, so you are only guessing and hoping that the staking process will give you profit.

Neo for gas tokens is a good one I've had for a year.

Now there are few projects that pay dividends over a long period of time and there are many scam projects that promise high projects, but usually close within a few months. Therefore, I think it is much better to invest in more reliable projects, for example COSS, NEO, ONT, TRX or in BNB tokens and put them into Binance Lending, which they recently announced, but I have not tried it yet https://www.binance.com/en/lending

The best dividends can now be obtained by storing tokens of some large exchanges and participating in their IEO, this is how you can have regular and very good earnings. But this requires initial capital for the purchase of tokens and further investment in IEO.

That isn't how dividends work, its like passive income. Receiving cash just by holding something valuable. Participating in IEO to regularly earn by dumping the coin is dividends. This is still a good practice to earn just make sure you aren't going to get burned. IEO on big exchanges like binance/okex doesn't happen every week though so going to small exchanges would be your alternative but it ain't safe.

Holding NEXO token is a way how to generate some passive income. Also NEXO platform offers to earn 8% interest on stable coins. Soon they will add also ETH and BTC, so it would be nice to store Bitcoins here and get 8% interest per year.  :)

There are many ways how to earn dividends.
Binance launched lending platform, Bitfinex has similiar platform.
COBO wallet offers staking coins that are not primarily created for staking.

Bethash will send out almost 1 EOS a day for holding 10K HASH in the bethash casino. Its on EOS platform as well and it doesn't just distributes EOS, they also send TRX and IOST. You should be buying HASH right now on Newdex, the price just dip this time. This is a very well promoted project and had protected their investors since it started. There are also some dividend projects like 888bet which is also a casino.

1) How long do I have to keep my tokens locked for Dividend awards?

2) Can I get my rewards only with the coin I stake?

Best dividend is how the owner could manage their project and have good planning for several years later, not only before an ICO selling but after listing they have big planning for increase their ICO coin.

I dont know at the current moment which token is best for crypto dividend payout. But i can say that this model is a sheer faliure. I have seen TAAS ( Token-as-a-Service ) which was a huge success in 2017 and early 2018. It attracted huge audience but eventually in late 2018 it became bankrupt due to money issues.

I believe the correct term for what you are looking for is MASTERNODE based coins. With masternodes all you need to do is to set it up, afterwards, you just wait for the specified time frame and you will be rewarded an X percentage amount of coins.

Be careful tho, not all masternodes are worth investing on.

There are lots of coins for dividend. But now I am holding Vite which is good and one more coin vx(exchange coin of Vite). They don't give too much dividend but its fine. And I also hold some eos based token that also give some dividend.

You can also try Binance lending. They give pretty good interest on many top coins.

That makes more sense to me than dividend coins, especially if a stablecoin is chosen to hold. Then the only risk is if Binance gets hacked or goes out of business, it removes the risk of price volatility.

Even coinbase has started up something like this, although unfortunately at a meager interest rate.

I don't like the recent trend this coin (VITE) posed but the team seems to be serious which i believe may make the coin survive later.

Firstly, you need to be careful with your statement next time or else people will believe you're part of the project team. With that been said, XRC was making waves when it was first created but at time of posting it as lost -73% of it price and i will advise to wait and see the trend it will when the bull run is alive before proceeding with it dividend investment.

ah so many people are complaining about the online casino, it's better to invest in the POS coin or MN rather than casino. Casino coin has a big chance to be a scam rather than POS coin with proper development.

I have seen some people have invested their money in online casinos and they are not getting good results from their money. Especially all of the casino coins doesn't have liquidity.

I personally think that Eosbet is an interesting proposition.

Especially when there is an inbuilt reward mechanism where you can earn BET tokens for gambling - I think that will definitely appeal to the punters out there. Concerning the issue of projects who gives dividend, I'm personally not certain of their validity. Its a norm for projects to start giving dividends to holders, who meet up with some defined conditions. My worry is that after a while, we start seeing a change in the conditions which would disenfranchise some holders of the tokens from the dividend.

I think investing in bitcoin and powerful altcoins is right now and I am investing a lot in them. I am not investing in new altcoins.

The topic of cryptocurrencies and investment is always the most interested topic. Investing in altcoins is now a good trend. There are many new altcoins being the destination of investors. Don't just focus on old altcoins.

Exchange coin is what you are looking for. Other coins can't give you dividends because they do not have income, while exchanges are earning from trading fees and this profit they can distribute among the coin or token holders. Examples: Kucoin, Bibox or COSS.

Bitcoin is the best investment but you have to read what the topic is all about. OP is looking for altcoins that shares dividends to its holders and bitcoin doesn't have it.

Your idea is not right from the start; shitty coins can never enrich their owners.The time for shitty coins is over.And also the time of quick enrichment passed.

The problem i have is that i feel there are too many people running master nodes. How much resources do the masternodes use? $50 per node you might need a few to make something worthwhile. I think its probably still worth buying st least one. They have a working product ao that makes a huge difference. People are more likely to invest with a working project with working staking system. Go to staking rewards, but even if you look through all stackable coins that are on the market, the revenue is just silly. With 3-5 percent per year, you can open a bank account and get much more, and it may be even a better investment decision, especially during red market.

What is much more important these days - value from using blockchain. From my point of view, this is one of a few aspects that matter the most. There are still many solutions that have nothing to offer, however the most advanced ones are coming with real use cases and success stories. For example, have you heard of GET protocol?
