The backlink maker successfully created 55 links for my website, can you kindly tell me what next to do ? I do not understand the explanations written on that page since it doe not directly refers to the links created.

The explanation on that page is enough to explain if you know what you're doing and what backlink is. There's no need to do after that, the site just gives you 50 backlinks coming from those website analyzer tools, what else do you expect the site to do something to your site?

how do you know they have created successfully 55 backlinks? Have you tested your website using any other tools?
It is script generated "backlinks" something like https://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/yourwebsite.com ... It's not backlink followed by a search engine, and BL like these doesn't mean anything to SEO rank

what else do you expect the site to do something to your site? This is my first direct experience to backlink and seo, i often hire experts to do the job for me, i want to be sure that i do not need any other things to be done.

You created zero backlink, or at the best you created a backlink so shitty that you will regreat it later. I tested for fun, I say "for fun" since I already knew what shit it will be. Either you didn't use it, you precisely don't know what is a BL, or you're just trolling...
Why? Because it's not even a backlinks maker, it's a methods used 10 years back by the poors to index backlinks in SEO. Not to create them, moreover the service does not create backlinks at all. It uses the search function of certain sites to force an url to be indexed by google bots & co.

These days, you'll end up spending much more time and effort cleaning up bad backlink-related work. Isn't there now already penalties from Google for using all these definitely BH (or at least greyhat) tactics?

Besides, SEO is getting less relevant these days, and people are moving away from Google to DDG for example. Not that I have moved fully or everyone will but people get wiser.

Such tools hardly make any difference after the currency Google update. The only thing that still works til now is keyword research, only few free services available other are now paid.

Alexa rank and Moz page score does not matter anymore. Backlinks still help but, to a certain extent. I did try the backlink creator tool and found it to be good.
