It looks very interesting, I have already seen something like this before. I like this concept and I would like to see something like this in all projects. However, I wonder why no one has done this before?

How can you sure if that will be working perfectly? As far as i know, you are playing in the speculation market and anything that is not backed by the stable commodity can be dumped because there was no real utility usage from the token. This time investors are even smarter than before because what they are looking for to search the utility usage of the tokens.
So many times i have seen a lot of teams introduced their protocol or create their own formula to make the fixed price of the token without backed by something and they are all 100% failed.

I never see like this before, is that mean if i invest at the price of $0.15 you guarantee that i can sell it at price $0.15 or higher? what if the market price less $0.15?

This is absolutely interesting. But I am not fascinated by this as I expect this to be coming from Regulatory than just another project.
