I am pretty much sure that this is breaking the rules in Altcoin->Bounties Section. They are giving reward to reply/bump their thread which is forbidden in that section. We make deposite only when we trust an exchange. But if an exchange have fake team this is not only untrustworthy but also a clear scam. There is no doubts that Conex.Exchange just trying to scam us. Today or tomorrow they will skip with fund, otherwise I don't see any point of view why someone should use fake team for an exchange.

If someone read their whitepaper they might know that this is just very poor scam attempt by nobs. Some nobs just create a website to raise money but I don't think that they will success with their scam attempt. Because investors are not much fool at all.By the way, tagged and supported red flag. But even that, it isn't a good practice to deceive people.
