you can review 1 by 1 all of the listed exchange and how much is their trading fee, withdrawal fee and their requirements such as KYC verification, etc.

It's easy to find a highly trusted trader here but you can't be sure if they have available funds to trade on.

If you really in hurry, you can do it in some exchanges that has no KYC and make sure there's no regulations in your country about trading cryptocurrency.

You havent heard of their KYC forcing on users now? Even shapeshift has been doing that and nobody is liking them anymore on the contrary of how popular they were a few years back.

The forum's Currency Exchange section is good place to get trades but compared to the number of actual traders, scammers lurk there much more in number. Eth can be converted to btc on any trusted exchange and there are some wallets that also supports instant exchange like imtoken and trust wallet.

I know generally about atomic Swaps but I am not much into trading, I do know and developed centralized exchanges too but most of them are scam, there is always a difference between theory and real trading experience.
