i want to know,
what is your favorite token/coin and why? (maby ICO - IEO to)

my favourite coin will always bitcoin
but i also hold an altcoin with smart team and strong community my friend, for example ethereum and binance coin
i believe when the bull market back, all thus altcoin above will surpass the past high  ;)

no doubt, i choose BNB
because the performance from this coin, is the best for this year my friend
i'm sure next year BNB will be on the TOP 5 coin at coinmarketcap

Nowadays I particularly wait and go for those  IEO launched especially on Binance Launchpad

For now it is ethereum even this coin is no 2 in ranking I just believing right now to that coin, but it doesn't mean that bitcoin is not my favorite but now base on me it is no. 2 in my rank of favorite but ethereum is my favorite in all the coin right now in the market.

But for this forum I think the popular coin until now is bitcoin because of the price and to the different country for sure bitcoin is still know than ethereum but maybe in the future ethereum can beat bitcoin in popularity and also the value.

if we talk about popular coins in this forum, i think people will think about bitcoin first,

but if token , i just have speculation BNB have a high popularity on this year,
reach ATH ,now move to their own blockchain.

My farvourite coin is crypterium consider about im always using the product that has been made by crypterium and im always using it to send money in the bitcoin form and then withdraw that to my bank account or withdraw my money through union pay that already cooperated with crypterium.
So many people are also using it right now and this post has no purpose to shilling crpt but just try to tell you my experience.

There is no other than Bitcoin, If not for BTC there won't be this forum in the first place, people still do not see this has a privilege being on the same forum Satoshi was the founder and even was part and active here until he decided to go under ground. I can't understand the infatuation people have with BNB.  I get that Binance is a great exchange, but I don't see why their coin is so popular.  But whatever, you could be right.

I'd played around with various proof-of-stake coins in 2019 but never made any money with them.  PIVX in particular was an experiment gone wrong. Sure, I'd staked some coins but the price continued to drop throughout the year.  Same thing with RDD, which was kind of a neat PoS coin, though it's a complete dog and I doubt it's going to go anywhere.  Then I tried staking NAV, but it was pretty much like PIVX and I abandoned it.  Oh yeah, there was also Gridcoin.

After all of that, I settled on NEO as my favorite coin.  All of the above PoS coins require you to keep your wallet up and running 24/7 if you want to earn coins, and that can suck.  With NEO, you can earn GAS offline and that appeals to me greatly.  As far as the price of NEO goes, it's down a hell of a lot, but it certainly hasn't gotten beat up as much as PIVX and some others.  I figure I bought in cheap, but we'll see.

But hey, bitcoin is my overall favorite.  Always will be.

for main coin of course Bitcoin still my favourite cryptocurrency than other.
but for altcoin i'm prefer to Ethereum, Binancecoin and XLM, because there is a stable price in market, even going down they are adjust the price again

It was a quite bad year for altcoins. So yeah, the coin in September 2019 is... Bitcoin.
Of course, we hope that the sun will shine again for altcoins too, but that may also depend on Bitcoin...

Here's why:

BTC is king, and it always will be, but it has some major flaws, like it or not.

On-chain, Bitcoin is capped at 7 tx/sec. The more activity the network sees, the slower transactions become.
As it grows in value, fees increase as well.
Lightning allows for a theoretically unlimited number of transactions at near-zero fees, but it has seen stagnant growth because there's little financial incentive for individuals to adopt it on their own.
XSN's solution involves using its decentralized Masternode network and the collateral locked in them to rout payments, act as watchtowers, and provide a ton of liquidity for transactions.
This will bolster Lightning without centralizing it.
Most masternodes projects has no purpose, but Stakenet actually makes use of all these servers standing idle all around the world.

As XSN is inflationary, the supply will slowly increase over time and allow more masternodes to participate.
With this design and approach, BTC will be able to scale and take on much heavier workloads without hitting any major bottlenecks down the road.

By embedding TOR into the network and implementing lightning atomic swaps, anyone will be able to instantly and privately swap a wide variety of coins without ever having to send them somewhere that is out of their control. Ethereum and Ripple is doing great this days and I think they are my favorite so far(because thy both in my folio)

That's right, Bitcoin and Ethereum are still the main choices, but we also need to pay attention to some large exchange tokens, such as BNB, OKB, HT, and KCS. IEO trends make some of these tokens increase rapidly

My favorite coin will always remain bitcoin since for me it portrays true decentralisation unlike many top altcoins which have high level of centralization. I also think holding BTC long term will be better because most altcoins will be dead in future. For altcoins, my favorite is BNB because CZ and his team have been working endlessly to ensure the project development pushes on. There have been many new additional features to Binance if you noticed, including margin trading and Binance futures. Also, BNB transactions are super fast hence if enterprises sort for a reliable blockchain, Binance chain might be a very decent pick.

My favorite coins are Monero and Bitcoin. Why? Because they are future of money. Monero is just perfect money. Bitcoin with its transparent ledger have a lot of use case.

I think populous will be my favourite. The reason is it held bounty twice if me not wrong, and both are successed. I am not much trading token regularly like traders did. Only join bounty from Populous, and from what i know it is not first time i see they open bounty campaign.

i don't see any good ICO or IEO in this month,
but this month is the month of ethereum,
because the price of ethereum growing in good movements in this month, in Bitcoin terms and USD terms my friend  ;)

i like holding with bitcoin because its still kicking and i can make small profits on it despite of the current situation of market .and when it comes alt coins i only hold those who have a valued already such finished projects.  because it very annoying for me to hold a coin from fresh project wherein always useless at the end and just a waste of time. 

Binance is a coin that is doing very well as there is a very big push for the success of the project by the team member. Kucoin is also a very good coin, in fact  most of the utility coins  that are within the top 200 are really meant to serve us in the future every well for the main reason they were created which will definitely reflect in the future.

The best of them all is still bitcoin anyway because it happens not to be the king of all cryptocurrencies alone, but because it is the functioning proper as though it should function, this month, I am expecting bitcoin to rise a little bit more than it has been in the past as a result of some of the projects that we have seen all rising up like the bakkt which I believe will make this moth and the remaining months a worthy one.

Check Binance launchpads past and upcoming projects and you would have a list of altcoins with the best ROI. Altcoins are not so popular, because of BTCs dominance, so number one crypto is still the most popular one on this forum.

It seems to me that for most cryptocurrencies, pricing is carried out precisely thanks to speculators on cryptocurrency exchanges.  In any case, coins such as Bitcoin and Ethereum will prevail in their popularity over other altcoin, which very often do not even have a final product.  But I also believe that many projects, as well as new projects in which society is interested and which will soon have their practical application, also attract more investors.  As an example, you can bring such coins as IOTA, Tezos, Dogecoin, Qtum, Pundi X.

so far, universe (UTNP) is one of the coins that I like. although the coin has been around for a long time, UTNP once had a very high price from the ICO price, and until now the project is still growing despite the declining price. Well, the price reduction is caused by the crisis that occurred in 2018.

so far, there hasn't been an ICO / IEO project that is good enough to replace UTNP, but I hope that XCARD can surpass UTNP's success.

so, in my opinion all the coins above is the most popular coins in this forum in this year, not only for this month(september)

this year seems to be an attraction for IEO binance coins and tokens. I am interested in several tokens that are connected to the binance blockchain. like ONE and Xbase which have strong market communities. I think there will be big developments for the two assets that I mentioned, hopefully next year is the right time.

Everyone loves bitcoin and the fans of Bitcoin will keep growing always. In September, Altcoins did not well in the past 20 days, though ETH crossed the 200$ line still many people are feeling confused about buying altcoins. For this month, my favorite coins are ONE, MATIC, NEO, and SERO. All of these coins did not fall highly, they seem stable than another good altcoin, so, I am good with them.

You are right. Binance did a great job this year. Every step of Binance was successful, so people trust them blindly and even people forgot several hack incident on Binance because every Binance IEO gave good profits to its investors, Binance DEX projects were successful too. And I like Binance IEO coins like ONE, MATIC, Elrond, etc!

Xcard itself is just a developing stage, right? Especially at this time they do not have an exchange to work with them, but I am sure Xcard will develop gradually, and hopefully Xcrad can compete in the cryptocurrency market.

Yes, with the recent trend about the IEO's make some of the potential exchanges like Binance, Huboi, Kucoin etc. has a great reputation, but still, my choice is always for BitCoin and Ethereum only. Even though these coin values decreased a lot in the market.

I pretty like ETH. Because I like their technology and platform, they're making me and other investors very proud of what they can do.
Although the value of ETH has been greatly reduced now, I still believe in their vision and future. They will have a good future in the coming years and I will continue to hold.

BTC has always been the number one choice of investors and it is also my weak currency. It accounts for the majority of the market, more than 70% of the total value. So it has great potential in the future. Because BTC is the king, altcoins can hardly grow back on the market.

Simple put, if you have an intention to invest in an IEO then you can participate it through the reputable exchange such as binance, OKEx or Kucoin. Most of token who launched by those exchanges will give a high profit at the end. I can't believe to invest to some altcoins which can say good/potential by other people moreover have an intention to invest them for long term investment, it's high risk that must be take by me. As you may know the majority price new token will slump down when it has been launched on the exchange. And thus far, I don't have any idea to believe the altcoin especially new project will give a profir for long term investment.

This is a question that is asked very often, and most people have the same answer. if you ask about favored coins, the answer is bitcoin and ehtereum. it is clearly seen when people talk and pay more attention to the price of the two coins than other altcoins.

Talking about favorite coins I still choose bitcoin, ethereum and BNB all those that I have mention have potential future that will brings to me more income. Bitcoin will be in top at all the moment irrespective of time .Even though the price of bitcoin had reduced to lowest value ever, bitcoin will be the first option for the experienced and initial traders. The second option will be the ETH ,even though it was reduced to 170$ from 300$.Both bitcoin and Eth had their own market supporters.

From a developer's perspective, my favorite coin would have to be Ethereum. I love how it's so easy to get started developing blockchain apps with solidity and how much potential it holds. When i . was working on Ethereum projects i felt like i was learining the ulimate skillset that I will be able to actually use in the future.

the dilemma is very haunting for those who want to determine which is the best and can be relied upon. because all experienced a movement that was ugly. bitcoin and ethereum have also been affected even though they are the best so far.

Base on the present market this year, my popular coin is bitcoin, ethereum and BNB. These coins has a higher demand and their price keeps increasing often than any other coin that is trying to survive from the bearish market

My favorite token /coins will always be Bitcoin, we owed everything to Bitcoin and it's creator Satoshi Nakamoto, it is just right that it is the number one coin in the market and dominate the whole market, my second favorite is Ethereum, Eth has fave the way for companies to create their own smart contract in a very affordable way, and the whole community has benefited because of this.

Not really a difficult question to answer. My favorite coin in 2019 is the same as my favorite coin in the future and way back when I started my adventure here in crypto: Bitcoin. Do I have to answer the why?

If you are asking for my favorite ICO/IEO in 2019, a few I noticed and tried to read their ANN threads but not really out of interest to invest. I have long stopped investing in ICO/IEO. XCard and Minter have caught my curiosity and they appear good enough. But I did not make a serious effort familiarizing more of them as I am not an interested investor. 

Choosing coins and categorizing your favorites depends from how you deal with the projects, investors wanted to see how the progress and
how success of each coins inside the market. I agree that Bitcoin will still a crowd favorite not because he's the first but being the mother of

I think the popular coins are almost the same as before in the top 10 coins. Bitcoin is still the most popular coin and Ethereum is the most popular altcoin.

It is impossible to say for sure: if this alt is better and popular or not. It all depends on the market. If the market is bearish, then no matter what you invest in, everything will fall. If the market is stable or bullish, then you need to understand that if you invest in Bitcoin, then when investing in altcoins, there will be fewer risks.

And if you buy from the top 10 altcoins from CoinMarketCap, then the risks will be lower.

it depends on what aspect we look at it. trading volume, price increase, or from the rating given by the site. many aspects that we can see to determine the current popular coins. if you look at coinmarketcap maybe the top 10 are the best assets.
but some new coins that are not yet registered with CMC also have good market potential and appeal. like ONE and BTT coins.

i believe that ZEC are doing the most valuable work

I think that ZEC is not the best investment option yet. This is due to the fact that this coin will have a high inflation rate for the next 2-3 years, 20-30% per year.

it really depends on your investment strategy..
if you're buying every month with a fixed amount of money
there is a high probability that it'll become fantastic choice in 2 - 4 years
if you want to wait until the end of 2020 you may buy for much higher prices than now

There was this Token that introduced to me months ago by a friend and upon searching and looking thoroughly about the project,it amazed me about their vision and about what their project targets in future,giving a chance to keep safe our crypto assets Incase there’s emergency cases is really attracting though we knew the consequences in crypto as nothing is permanent and scammers can be angel as well I don’t post this to encourage others to invest as I don’t want to become a devils advocate of the team scams me and you as well so invest at your own risk.

I don't currently have a favorite coin other than bitcoin because in the last month, I bought and sold too many coins, I can't remember them all but what made me most happy was  rcn because I bought it for 153 satoshi and sold it for 340 satoshi. Its price then exceeded 500. Other than that, i also got a nice gain from hc. I bought it for 1620 satoshi and sold it for 2000 satoshi.  I have not had such a high gain in the cryptocurrency market for a long time. september was nice for me.

for this month I see quite significant wear from LINK, you can see the chart for the past 1 month, where the average coin has decreased, actually I have not explored any events that make LINK can rise dramatically, but you can see the graph at CMC or market that has a LINK in the list.

I never expected that it was the MCO that could bring a good profit today.  Over the past few days, this coin has already increased in price by 22% and I believe that increasing your deposits by a quarter is a very good indicator for the last two days.

Well, that's some good numbers for this year and I highly doubt that not all do have those kind of gains yet not all will choose up the coins that you've picked up.
When it comes to popularity I'm really already come to the point where I don't care for most coins aside from BTC and ETH. Popularity based? This will always matter on
current market ranking and this is where majority would refer into.

If I was still into investment, I think that the most popular coin that I have heard of this year is still Harmony of binance IEO and chain link, I think these projects really made wave, and when I read their whitepaper, and I saw that their team is good, I wanted to make investment in them, but because of the lack of extra cash that I don’t have, I could not make much investment in them again.

This year, I have concentrated more on bitcoin and I have been investing in every dip that we see on bitcoin this year till I got exhausted of my investment money, but if we really are to talk of the very popular coins that I have seen this year, I think that harmony  and chain-link still leads and will advise anyone to make investment in them if they want.

It seems they really are successful in hyping Harmony.  It indeed rose to 800% but immediately dumped to oblivion.  Now I hardly see anyone talking about Harmony except for the news that some of its pairs is disable in Binance.

I used to like Utrust but I was turned off by the way they do their marketing strategy.  Ethereum, Bitcoin, NRG, well those are the coins I like most,  the first two are sure to be so popular and I find NRG promising.

Crypto is very risky, but for this year I relied with 3 new coins and I am happy because performance continued to improve, I recommend buying because many analysts believe that these 3 coins can rise  at least 10x, these 3 coins were: Bitcoin 2, THETA, and Ontology.

Each person will have different analysis about the coins they choose in the market both the Ontology and Theta has a bright future because we have seen some exceptional developments and activities from these two coins. Through the Ontology holding, we might get ONG for free.

in 2019 there is nothing interesting in cryptocurrency, even altcoin which often has new tokens and new platforms is also not interesting anymore, almost all platforms have been created in previous eras, this is like showing that cryptocurrency has begun to not be of interest.

Still ethereum is my favorite coin secondly is the bitcoin. But now Im focusing to the bitcoin this year because I can get more money through this coin but my focus for the future is the ethereum and for sure that the traders will do too. My favourite coin is bitcoin from beginning. In my opinion, It changes the world economic and business system in upcoming future. My second and third favourite coins are Ethereum and mb8 coin.

i personally dont have any fav coins, i buy coins just to take profit from it. when i have got good profit, i will sell it ASAP
the other meaning, i am a short term trading. so, if there is an oppportunity to buy coins in cheap price, i will take it and sell fast
i do that bcz this is bearish phase, many coins are falling down even with no reason. that's why very risky if i hold long time

There are many coins in my list which is very popular in this forum. Like BTC,ETH,NEO,BNB,LTC. In ICO Mb8coin is the biggest project in 2019 . Though ICO is finished and price is lower than the ICO price but in my view MB8 have bright future.In IEO Monarch token is good coin.they already added in Latoken and they are working for the development.

My favorite Coins are Binance Coin (BNB), I chose this coin for investment not without obvious reasons. This BNB Coin
was created by binance exchanges, one of the biggest exchanges, so the potential is good. Not to mention the volatility of
BNB prices is very profitable because many investors and traders are eyeing trading discounts with using BNB. That's what
makes BNB very prospective for the future, so I highly recommend it BNB for short and long term investments.

"Undervalued altcoin" wise, Syscoin is a long term hold of mine.  That project's level of innovation and quality of dev is absolutely top-notch despite the price and the perception of low recognition.  Very busy dev team, and persistent as hell.  Other holds are Theta which looks like a good project - Never ICO'd, plenty of dev, good marketing, focused use case.  I also like DigiByte because it's an efficient blockchain, is miner-friendly w/ multi-algo, and dev is steady - will remain relevant into the future.  I consider Litecoin my lowest risk bag other than Bitcoin.  All of these are long term holds.

My favorite Altcoins that I still hold are ETH and TRON (TRX). ETH has become the first altcoin that I chose because the price follows the direction of bitcoin and ethereum technology is getting better with the development of ethereum 2.0 which will launch soon in 2020, this will be positive news that makes the trend of ETH will rise.

The seeming lack of interest is temporary.  "Be greedy when others are fearful".  Also, it's possible to find those projects which have made strides during the past year or two development-wise.  There are projects largely being ignored at the moment which have recently produced (or are producing) some quite significant tech setting them apart from the rest of the pack.  The same projects in large part have pulled back from marketing as it obviously hasn't been very advantageous during the bear, not to mention prices aren't very friendly for supporting that. Let's not forget DLT is tech, thus innovation is important, and the "alt-space" is where most of that happens however limited it might be.  

People go on and on about how marketing and adoption are more important than tech.  My thought is marketing to drive adoption into non-viable tech can lead to disaster not only for the project, but for the industry as a whole.  Guiding enterprises into a bog of non-solutions, in the hope you will inflate value so as to have money to throw at fundamental design problems later on when you might have already incessantly marketed your project into network-effect, is completely insane.  I prefer to identify such projects and steer clear of them.

as far my observe, the down price is more than the up price. down price makes people scared to invest in cryptocurrency

Coins I  often trade are my paforite coins. the coins are bnb, ltc and eth. I trade them because for me they are coins with good potential for quick profit. But bitcoin is my number one coin, because bitcoin is the parent of all coins. For bitcoin I deliberately hold it in the long run to get maximum profit.

Don’t you think that trading bitcoin more will give you more profit than those pother coins, because the present volatility of bitcoin is higher than those coins which make it very interesting to trade with it. I am also an holder of bitcoin, and I have that portion of it actually sitting down in a separate wallet which I don’t even go near until the day bull run will be announce and I study the analysis that the bull is ending is when I will get in there, but I do also trade with bitcoin which I feel it makes me more profit.

I have tried Ethereum once, but I think that I just wasted my money trading ethereum now, because they really do not have much volume again as much as bitcoin has for transactions, and there is no trade without volatility, that is the only thing that could make you money.

Compared to ethereum, I am even more attractive to invest in Tron, which in my opinion is very strategic to invest. I've been stocking up a good majority of my holdings into Tron for a little while now. Not only am I doing well on that investment, but I have also been investing in Dapps and doing pretty well on those as well. They're all going up in price and at the same time paying dividends out. It's pretty nice being able to buy in at a TRX poker table or something with the dividends I get whenever I want and not really care if I lose it or not.

Recent IEO binance launchpad token is reached a big success lately, price pumped 2000% and now got stable in 1000% profits for the IEO buyer.
I'm not surprice with the success of binance tokens since they're hard to get and also projects that held by binance is also a great project with real product.
So, many investors thing buying with 10x price of the IEO price would be still profitable in the future

my favorite tokens are eth, bnb, doge and trx
because in my opinion the 4 coins above are good for the long term, and I'm also a gambling player and use the doge (don't copy) to double it

I also played gambling with doge, but this asset is not very good this year. almost all assets but maybe BNB is the best for this year. and now I think it's almost reached the deadline of this year because it only has the last few months and we are still waiting for coins that can make more surprises.
Because I also have and focus more on BNB and BTC, there aren't many potential cryptos I have this year. altcoin trends are also not good this year as a whole although it has improved altcoin needs more requests to start the season.

BNB is one of the most profitable coins since the beginning of the year. 2019 is clearly not the year of alt and BNB happens to be one of the few coins that have outperformed Bitcoin this year. LINK has been super impressive on its part too.

The volatility of this market always makes it difficult for the market to invest so our predictions are often never accurate. Maybe the value of some coins like BNB is very high this year but after each increase, there will usually be a lot of big adjustments. For me this year is still a bad year for market participants and we should not expect too much in investing because everything can happen unexpectedly.

Hopefully people will be more interested in this market in the near future as a lot of big companies are starting to invest in this market more and soon become new trend in 2020.

My paforite coin is definitely a coin that has benefited my life and has changed my life in terms of the economy for the better.
I am still interested in bitcoin, although there are some people who benefit and there are some people who are disadvantaged because of bitcoin. Actually no one is harmed by bitcoin as long as you can be patient to hold it in a certain period of time
Bitcoin has a high volatility so it is very easy to trade, but it's not that I'm not interested in altcoin, altcoin is still moving slowly at the moment, so it's hard to profit from altcoin right now. However, if the altcoin season has appeared I will also trade altcoin.

We just have to embrace these projects for the future and forget all these short term expectation, and I think it is because we too are not giving these projects enough room to develop is why we are not seeing much growth in the altcoin. Some altcoin keep getting dump by investor every time that they increase in price, and if they keep getting dump, how will their market cap really grow.

There is a difference between altcoin usage and dumping, dumping usually make a project to crash very hard while using the coin for traded will never crash the value of a coin that low, the highest it can even do is to create a balance between buy and sell. There is need for us to believe in the future of these coins, and that is what will make those projects to really grow, but we must make sure that they are projects that are worth it.
