Title: Coinlocket$ reputation thread
Post by: coinlocket$ on September 15, 2019, 11:36:38 AM
Since I'm a DT1 from a good amount of time and I am one the most active with feedbacks (6th), is time to open this thread.
If anyone of these 1000+ people with negative feedback from me wants to speak about his status, this is the place.

Local rule, anyone can write everything he wants but any troll/flame message will be removed.

Most of my ratings are for cheating somehow, feedback can be removed if you prove that I was wrong.

In a SM thread?

https://bpip.org/r/trustsent.aspx is no longer updated since Theymos included pagination in the sent feedback.  I'll remove it from the reports page.  :)

Do you think is better to use a normal thread?
We have trolls gangs everywhere who want to join the troll feast everywhere is possible.
LoyceV will scrape their message anyway so if any message will be removed we can ask to him for the original.

Yes, I was using the https://bpip.org/r/trustsent.aspx as the source, I didn't know that theymos had removed the upgrade option.

Yes :) That's what I do in LoyceV's reputation thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4826180.0).

Just report those. I made Local rules for it.

No need to ask, you can find my newly scraped posts in Viewing unedited posts and deleted posts (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5167469.0).

You can remove the self-moderation by moving the thread to Archival and back.

Reputation thread should not be self moderated.

Best solution I think.

By the way, I have not any problem with your feedback's and as far as I know you are a good contributor of this forum. Keep it up buddy.

CL, you should have made this into a self mod thread. Suggesting from experience. These trolls stop at nothing. Delete one of their posts 2 more connected accounts pop up parroting the same thing.

Reporting does not work always as mods just leave some of those as unhandled. Mods only care about post quality. If someone was hell-bent on conducting a smear campaign against you, and made a high-quality post, chances are they won't be removed. Regardless of how mundane the 'claim' turns out to be.

Mods only remove posts that violate forum rules. If someone wants to start a smear campaign against OP (or me for that matter), their reputation thread is the right place to do it. Let them, I'd say not being able to censor your own reputation thread is more important. It ensures your own integrity. Who cares what a troll says.

I wish it was that easy. My own recent debacle with that troll is a great example. You probably know everything.
