when distribution old bounty? why until now not yet distribution?

Regarding the last bounty, all participants were told to change their wallets and contact the developers for a reward.

Can you please give us some reference about the project like Whitepaper, Team Members, Community Base if you have Telegeam for making constant updates regarding the progress of the project. Thanks
