When using any install guide to get Peatio up and running, why would anybody want to give server access to somebody with zero reputation ?

What is there to stop anybody planting malicious software to steal crypto which could remain there unknown to the owner for a long time if not indefinitely ?

I am not saying you will do that but it might be better for you to make an install guide of the same Open Source software you are charging for and allow users to install a fully working Peatio exchange itself.

You really need reputation or a link to code reviewed by experts about there opinion. Everything on internet is risky and you need to prove beyond any doubt of the legitimate of the source codes and it will have zero impact on the users. That will even be your ultimate sellout.
