i dont know if highcoin.net is a scam? trying to withdraw bitcoin on it.

This is a scam dude.

Please stop asking people for money so you can risk it (and lose it). Start researching and actually thinking before trusting in everything.

It is SCAM. How much did they promise to give you in exchange of making a deposit to be able to withdraw? Well, regardless of the amount, just forget about it, and don't fall for it.

Asking for a loan for something like this is a bad move.

I advise you to stay away on this exchange site because they are a scam.
I saw not only you claiming against them and don't make a transaction deposit to them.
They will not let you withdraw after depositing.

Metamask phishing detection appeared when I'm trying to access the site, so yeah, it's scam and you should stay away with it.

It seems that you are trying to get money in any way, legal or illegal. You even tried all the methods used by scammers such as buying fake ID, Selling google cloud account,  Looking for a job service, Asking for a loan, buying bitcoins using PayPal, even WTB anything that makes money.

I believe that I do not need to explain more about it since there some good site there to give loan for perfect collateral. If you choose any good lenders here on this forum

well i guest he needs a loan and want to use it in that scam exchange to try if its true or not. Luckyly he recieve many warnings from other member so he decided to stop. That what i think the reason why the title is about loan.
