No one should be using a web wallet in the first place. They are  never safe no matter how much they emphasize and boast about their security.  The site can always be hacked and during a down time you might lose access to your coins when you need them the most. And lets not forget about those fake sites most of the newbies fall for.

Phishing site are everywhere, we don't know when they're gonna attack the victim.
Just always bear in your mind that you must supposed to be think before you click any link, especially if you
feel doubt about it, just don't think once but twice or more.

Is https://dogechain.info the official website of  dogecoin Or is that another Altcoin with dogecoin sounding name? Hope this is not an attempt to make your readers think you are promoting the actual dogecoin website. Main dogecoin website is most likely dogecoin.com. Dogechain is the official blockexplorer of dogecoin, while they integrated wallet which is a web and redeem paper wallet? Don't know how it works though. And yeah, the .COM domain is the official website of this alt.

Your post is useful to me, but I don't have a smerit to give you. Scams always happen every day, we can only prevent them. Check every little detail when using software and websites.

You can create a report issue on metamask github page https://github.com/MetaMask/metamask-extension/issues so it will be filtered as phishing once a user browses the site with metamask installed on their browser.

People should really pay attention on domain name extensions, well on the complete URL actually. If the site end up fully functional looking the same as the legit one, it's likely that someone will fall for this.

Anyway, I've reported it on:

* cryptoscamdb: https://cryptoscamdb.org/report

I suggest that you do as well. And do the same for any other phishing site that you will encounter in the future.
