Is a new website to buy and sell bitcoins in cash, it's a site like localbitcoins.com (localbitcoins has recently raised the possibility of selling or buying in cash).
The important difference is that to put your ad on the website, you do not need to deposit your bitcoins first.
Reviews that are placed on ads are only put by support and report comments that the user has taken on localbitcoins. 
The ads to be entered are free and no documents are requested so it takes place all in total anonymity.
In case you do not find any ads in your city you can contact support and support will take care of finding a trader who wants to trade in cash in your city.
Other interesting news are published in the news section, such as photos of scammers or new ways to hack btc wallets with the zoom app.

And how exactly do you plan on avoiding scams with a policy of no docs?

It's a nice thought, but it also makes it incredibly easy for scammers to decide your platform is easiest to steal on.
Even if you were to ban accounts, the user can just use a VPN to create a new one.

Also, you published docs of a scammer.
I like that you did that, but at the same time it scares me.

Scammers deserve to be fed to fire ants, but if they decide to come after you legally, that sounds like you could be on the hook for libel.
In this day and age, even a known scammer (if he/she/it isn't convicted) has rights under the law.

Or even if not that, if you accidentally post anyone who isn't a scammer, then also you'd be in a lot of trouble.

Why would you encourage someone to put up an ad stating that they are selling bitcoins, yet they have not BTC in their account at all?
Imagine seeing an advert selling bitcoin and after wasting time to contact the seller,  you are told that they do not have BTC?

You need to redesign that site bro. It's kinda crappy and not trust worthy. Not hatting, just is..

Not kinda but a total crappy site.How do i trust such service if the design alone isnt pleasant on the eyes? Next, i dont believe on having that no documentation.lol

Even this thread, how do i call this an annthread do make some effort to make it looks decent , not just post it here for promotion , no one will use your exchange if they see what your exchange looks like.

Or atleast hired people to redesign your website.

Be careful, do not click the link above, my laptop freezes for 15 minutes after clicking on that site, did this happen to anyone else?
How do I trust your support team and you do not offer a real guarantee? How can I trust the accuracy of the data when you are talking that no personal data will be asked?
How can the support team find someone who is not in my city? Why isn't it added in the ad?
I expect that peer-to-peer interaction (cash) is better through twitter/facebook/telegram.

I don't think anyone would be willing to take a ride at this your sites considering the review from people that have tried it. I don't think its right to say that there is a site where people can sell for cash because selling for cash would mean physical presence of both the buyer and the seller and with the situation of insecurity across the globe and the opportunities that crypto provides for people who are fill with evil to perpetuate their evil deeds, its not going to be a right option. The right word to use would be converting to fiat which can happen by means of bank transfers. However, I think what you should be calling for at the moment is for testers who wants to appraise your platforms then come up with constructive feedback for you to improve upon because at the moment, your site is far from being in comparison with the other peer-to-peer sites available.

It didn't freeze my computer, but come close. I had to get out of there. If his site is legit, I hope he takes all these as constructive criticism to make the site legit.
