Title: SCAM BITSTARZ $350 DOLLARS
Post by: Hakai World on September 26, 2019, 10:51:17 PM
Good afternoon, gentlemen, I want to report to BitStarz Casino who I deposited $ 25 with my Neteller account and obtained an average profit of $ 350 dollars due to bad luck, they asked me for documentation to verify with the wait of 3 days and then they deactivated the account telling me those rules

tests http://prntscr.com/pbhwx8

I've never used the bitstarz account and I haven't played this casino for a long time
and then he comes to tell me that I am banned from using third-party Neteller account from my deposit, if I clearly send you the identity and proof of neteller name that matches

Unfortunately Bitstarz casino became scam and you can't trust it

Sad

bitstarz are a bunch of clowns. As far as I can tell their business model is basically offer a huge referral program (40%+?) to get a lot of exposure from reflink aggregators like askgamblers -- and then if players happen to win, try find any possible excuse to discourage or outright not pay winners.

It's a real shame really, because not all casinos are so trashy -- but it really pays to do a significant amount of research on a place before you start playing to avoid a repeat :(

Maybe the OP is trying to play with this site even if the reputation is not that good.
They have Curacao license but it doesn't prevent them from cheating their customers.
There's a thread also about bitstarz scam a long time ago.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3109915.0

You can get a glimpse on how this bitstarz really do their business.
Not recommended at all. You can't have the confidence that they will give your money back.

I'm just curious about how that online casino is still operating. I have seen people win so many BTC there in videos and I don't know if they are having a problem withdrawing it. It's mostly all of the said "winnings" that they actually post their winnings and not making sure if they have got it. I'm pretty sure it's just for marketing business making people seem eager to play in that casino because there are a lot of winners.

With all the negative reviews that @TimeTeller posted in the thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3109915.0). There should be an action against that site.

I'm just curious about how that online casino is still operating.

My guess is their very generous affiliate program. And plus, it's not like they screw everyone. I suspect 99% of the time, they operate pretty reasonably. Just they're always on the lookout for stupid stuff to screw customers over, if it benefits them. Like a simple example is if someone wins a lot and tries withdrawals, they generally try do an extensive KYC to hope the person doesn't want to go through the process, or can't go through the process, is in breach of something etc. And then they just pocket the money. It's insane. But if someone does pass and hasn't gambled their winnings in the mean-time then they probably will begrudgingly process the withdrawal.

My favorite example, which is something they no longer do, but I think gives a great insight into their method of operating is this:

Where the tldr; is their terms-and-conditions had a very predatory "Do not bet over X" clause, but their software never stopped you betting over X. Someone won a lot of money and happened to also bet over X  (although that was totally inconsequential to their win) so they thought it was reasonable and defended seizing the persons entire balance before of an accidental ToS violation that their own software didn't enforce.

So they might not directly be a criminal organization, but they operate like one of those seedy strip clubs whose seemingly only goal is to try rip off everyone as much as possible while having some veil of legitimacy.

this is not the first time this has happened.

You must have missed a few topics "BitStarz.com SCAM" no matter the important thing is you stay alert when dealing with the BitStarz.com site.

1. Topic: BITSTARZ IS A SCAM - DO NOT DEPOSIT A DIME - FAKE LICENSE CASINO (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5184263.msg52448989#msg52448989)

Maybe for the future of all those who are addicted to gaming or gambling,
Pay attention to the official website, be careful in assessing before acting and making transactions.

look for an official gambling / game site that has been running for at least 1 to 5 years.

Sorry for the loss. Bitstarz are notorious scam online casino there already have negative reviews of the site and scam accusations against bitstarz in this site but i don't understand players keep withholding funds it's their win so, they have the right to withdraw it. it's shame for them to operate and scam people's money by withhoolding and deactivating accounts that were violated against their fake TOS they should be shut down and the owner must be arrested.

At first, I think this thread should be at scam accusation board (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0).

Btw, if you're a victim of this platform, just create flag type 3 for bitstars.net (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=307265) username.
For flag type 3 you must be detailed write your valid proof (including your deposit, when you be scammed, your conversation with their support, etc)
And if your accusations are good and the flag that you make supporting by DT member, then every single thread that created by bitstar.net will have RED NOTICE header.

As far as I know, there's no flag type 3 for this user.

Good afternoon, gentlemen, I want to report to BitStarz Casino who I deposited $ 25 with my Neteller account and obtained an average profit of $ 350 dollars due to bad luck

if you with bad luck can turn $25 into $350 I wonder what would have happened if you had good luck

they asked me for documentation to verify with the wait of 3 days and then they deactivated the account telling me those rules

they did it because it must hurt to give you $350. you deposited  $25 and earned $350... I think that must have hurt a lot. If they paid you, you would come back and win again and again and they could go broke. From the short time I have been watching these online casinos I realized that what happens is that most people deposit little money and end up making a lot of money, and casinos would be at a great loss if they paid all the people who earn large amounts of money and end up becoming scam casinos

tests http://prntscr.com/pbhwx8

from what I saw in the picture, they didn't show you any proof, that means they have no proof

They always try to pull a KYC card, and no body wants to do that because why would they use Bitcoin to deposit in first place if at the end of the day they going to be asked for ID and all that stuff, it's pointless and straight up ripoff and the way they treating & talking to people is unprofessional!

it's got to be illegal to take not only the winnings but also the initial deposits which is what looks like is happening in some bitstarz accusations

it doesn't help that some of these users are indeed doing shady stuff like using multiple accounts but seizing the deposits is just too much for whatever the alleged rules violations are

but I doubt any legal case is possible, probably anonymous owners or in some unreachable jurisdiction and hoping nobody is going to go after them for $25 or $350 or even $5000

Hi there,

Even though this has nothing to do with Bitcoins, I'm happy to reply here.

There's a bunch of conflicting information from you here. First you said your account was hacked. Then you now said
you sold your account to another person, as per the live chat reply here:

https://imgur.com/Fxzorzx

Then you say:

https://imgur.com/riHc8tw

and then:

https://imgur.com/h5eevkP

Your documents uploaded doesn't match with the details on your account, your address didn't match, and you
claiming you've sold this account to another person. Yet, we're the scammers?

We've also mentioned that we're happy to pay your deposit back, but you didn't mention that part.

I would like to agree with that - I've gotten a shit ton of ads from them everywhere, and even for some reason got emails from them, shoving down these 70 percent, or 60 percent bonuses down my throat - looked pretty tempting, but never actually took the bait.

They don't seem to be badly designed though to be honest, it looks like a very decent site, with a lot of good features, but the affiliate and referral deals seem to be way too high for a regular casino to profit off of.

I just saw that response, if that is the case though - even if they do shady things, this seems to be on you bud.
