They seem to be scammers and did not answer some questions for some customers several months ago.
you can check it using twitter ---> https://twitter.com/SovietRelics/status/1137960802114129921
I think WhatsApp has updated some of their code, so maybe there were some bugs and they didn't update their bots.
Do not forget that WhatsApp was not designed for that purpose.

This Lite.IM was developed by Zulu republic and it seems they are no longer updating any of their products and service and even their wallet.

Contact them with this info: info@zulurepublic.io

It's owners contact info if you didn't receive any reply within a week better use other services.
I don't like to use this kind of service if you care about privacy and you don't want someone to monitor all of your transaction, use a better crypto wallet.

Ah yeah, I think I've seen this project a year or so ago, when Lite.IM first launched, they looked pretty promising and where offering an online nation, with online passports, easy payments (via the lite.im bot I believe) and other services that would make zulu it's own country. Interesting stuff.

I was actually in their telegram channel when they shut everything down, all the groups and social media, and all their accounts have either been deleted, or inactive for several months now, I think they are either in stealth mode for another launch later on, or they
