I am trying to add a newly created ERC 20 token to a freelance website as a means of payment, it should be able to receive deposits from users though i can manually do the withdrawal for them.
I dont want to use any third party like coinpayment etc>
Any helpful tips shall be appreciated.

You need to hire a programmer and web developer to execute your plan if you do not want third party application running in your site.  You also need someone who is knowledgeable on executing contracts on ERC20 token.  You can publish your requested service on the Service board either Service (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0) or here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=197.0).  Just make sure to hire an escrow to make your deal smoother.

You can do this if you have good knowledge about web3.js https://github.com/ethereum/web3.js or https://etherscan.io/apis.
You should hire a developer if you do not know how to work using my suggestions.

Wait? Even if you don't have any projects, you can lead in creating an ERC20 token?

It is an open source project so anyone with a knowledge on creating token is able to create their own.  You do not need a huge sum of money to create a token, just need the basic knowledge and some Ethereum to execute the contract in creating ERC20 token.

What is your question here? Token ERC20, has been widely used by many people and so far there have never been any significant obstacles. Everything is fine.

I dont think the OP is talking about how to create ERC20 tokens but want to know how to add an already created token to his website as payment gateway to process funds.
