Title: free-dogecoin.com is scam
Post by: andreino0909 on September 30, 2019, 04:48:48 PM
The faucet site no longer pays. contact emails are misleading by taking them for a long time. It's probably an empty faucet.
Bah...They had always paid in the past. :-\

How long have they been not paying? Maybe wait til the owner re-fuels that faucet. This shouldn't really be a problem though right? I'm pretty sure there are a lot of dogecoin faucets out there.

P.S. I suggest doing something else more productive than solving captchas.

Pulled this off of the website:
Quote
Interest
You can earn more dogecoin for just letting it in your account our year interest rate 6%

Sounds like it ended up being a slow ponzi scheme to me.
They never actually say how they make money off your investment, which is a pretty big red flag.

Given that they had a dice game too, they might have hit a run of rough luck, and couldn't afford to pay what they owed.
Shame, but these things happen.

Always remember, if someone else is holding your coins, you don't truly own them.

It seems that the website is an investment site like the above said you have 6% interest if you stay holding your dogecoin from their wallet.

Don't stay on this to claim a small amount of doge coin there are many better faucet that you can earn more dogecoin.

Check the list from here https://faucethub.io/faucets/DOGE

And when was the last time you used this site and you got paid? It's been a long time since the faucets have been struggling to survive and unfortunately they can't survive... we have to agree that people create faucets because they want to make a profit and if they don't make a profit they'll broke

I don't see how they could pay 6% a year to every investor on their site.

We cannot do anything and besides faucet only gives small portion of free crypto so better find a new one that is paying.

If you are looking in free crypto look at the exchange i know some of exchange giving free crypto by a tip or by trolling the amount might not be big but for sure  you can exchange it to btc once you recieve a free tip.

They have an investment option 6% per annum for doge deposits. Faucets aren't really reliable in terms of getting free tiny amounts of coins if you just want to get from that.

The website isn't indicating any other information and it lacks of many things for me. Their email is the usual email address that each domain has and it's a pretty normal email, if they don't respond then why waste time? You should try casinos that have faucet.

That's why if you choose to grind faucets, at least do so safely.

Get protected by a micropayment processor like faucethub so you don't need to worry about a rogue faucet owner not paying out its users. By using one of those, you make sure that if a faucet is empty, you know at the first instance and don't waste more time.

Seems like a site which is trying to rip off freedogeco.in, which used to be one of my personal favourites.

I'm quite against people depositing into these faucets and earning an interest. It's extremely high risk stuff, even on sites like freebitco.in which has been around forever. You don't have custody over any of your balances and you don't know who the operator is.

First impression when i do surf out the site which this one do mimics out freedogco.in which is already down atm.
Im not really fan on keeping my coins on any exchange or services out there no matter how big is the interest
or increase when it do talks on annum basis. Its been suggested above already which is more reliable i guess than on this one.

Yeah using their investment is a total risk so if you're not feeling well about that option, don't dive on it. I haven't invested to any faucet that has this kind of feature because I don't really feel okay with them.

Even with freebitco.in, I knew them when I was still a newbie to crypto but didn't used them most of the time during those days.

If you previously paid, I a little bit disagree if the faucet was called a scam, because it could be that they are experiencing a vacuum in their wallet, I agree in saying scam if from the beginning this faucet never paid for the users, it would be better if you directly contact the admin asking about this.

As far as I know, the faucet funds can be obtained from the results of the web, for example if the faucet is from a gambling website the the faucet funds are from profit, if the faucet gets funds from advertisers on their website or from traffic visitor, they may experience a decrease in income that makes them unable to add funds in their faucet balance.

He answered your e-mail two days ago and yet you state he didn't answer your e-mails. Maybe stop spamming him with replies and you'll get the response you deserve from him. Don't call his website a scam just because you expect an instant reply from the admin.

Also, I'd recommend placing the image in your posts without suspicious links. It might be an usual domain for file sharing in your country, but to me the name looks sketchy.

How do you know admin has answered his question exactly on 2 days ago? It's just his first post on this forum too. For me our ticket support must be handled so quickly since our money on their site, you don't know hows feeling if your money got locked on site while your ticket didn't get any answer yet

Admin really  did respond a day later to my email request. "Check it now please". But nothing has changed, my account is not available, I do not have access to my coins. 4 days after the request.

Okay, getting back to this thread again.

If you have read what I've said, they were offering an investment program annually but they never reply to their customers. Just read the feedback of other members and probably you haven't seen this thread before investing to that platform.

For that case better you should move on since if they do that provably their faucet didn't give a profit to the owners and maybe they already abandone it that's why you cannot get what you earned there. Try this maybe it can help you out  https://bitcoinvox.com/best-bitcoin-faucets/

That's hard part where you are claiming doge coin in one place. The owner of faucet site is not active as before and maybe they have plan to run because there is upcoming blockhalving event that I think will push the price of any altcoins like doge coin.
So I think better to go in other faucet and wait for this faucet will response to your message if you lucky you can get your remaining dogecoin but if not then better to move on and don't waste time.

If you still hope to get coins on several faucet sites, I think it's better to forgeted because the current situation is different from the past. I used to look for coins on various faucet sites but now it's just a waste of time. well, how about trading? You can trade Doge in the market with small or large funds. forget the faucet and switch your view to trading because it's better.

With current situation where bitcoin and other altcoin also worthy, you won't get anything if you keep doing faucets even though you did that on few faucet sites. I don't think you can suggest OP to trade while he is still new on there, how if he lose his money because of trading?

To be fair, admin unlocked my account after 9 days from the moment of my message. Three times asked mail of my account. Perhaps the bot responds. Perhaps this is not scam, for now (hope ;D)
