I doubt I good and busy programmer will have much time to spend free time in a blog or forum. I am talking it from my own experience. I had busy time back in the days when I was a full time programmer.

If you have good writing skills then you can showcase your work in some reputed article writing sites, just a friendly advise.

By the way, in your site I see a lot of contents. Are you the one who wrote them or you have other people too in there?

I am looking for programmers who want to share their insights, ideas and showcase their work to other programmers and business developers.

It only takes around 30 minutes for one to write a good 500-word minimum article about these kinds of things.

I have people who write them for me if you want an article to be written for you, let me know, it costs only $10 per 500 words.

I am a programmer. I'm taking Python this semester and I've gotten a hang programming paradigms and concepts. I'd like to contribute to your blog. But I'm not sure about writing on broadly on  topics. I prefer writing about bite-sized tips and guides on specific topics like – how to use a particular method or module etc. And I don't think charging $10 to your future contributors is a good idea especially since there are free blogging platforms we can use.

i'm afraid i can't contribute much on your blog as what i have noticed most of the programmers that is well skilled in programming lacks in written perspective but i do salute my colleagues when we're discussing programming stuffs.

I'm not a programmer really, but I dabble... My advice is that you can learn to program yourself. It is one of the most recorded skill that you can learn easily on the internet.

I don't find any benefit for programmers to promote their work via blog posts.
There are plenty of forums and platforms dedicated to the programming community where programmers are able to post their work or improve the code of others and gain publicity...

I have been involved in coding projects but i can share the product of my job, not all the programmers are open source, so. If you want to find some coders you should do it directly in Github. That's the right place to find programmers.

Agreed. I can imagine a website where you post some of your code as a portfolio when you're looking for a job... wait for a second! There already are hundreds of websites like this. I don't want to be a killjoy but this blog doesn't have a huge potential.

I'm not a programmer but I'm trying to be a programmer. I have a lot of writing skills but now with writing skills there is nothing that many do not believe that is why watching videos on YouTube and learning about programming after a book Also now most of the programmers are working on blogs and hence I am trying to learn how to work on blogs.

I want my blog posts to be more personal, like real blog posts, not just GitHub. Also, a blog posts where you actually have a form of conversation with the audience, not just plain copy-paste of code. A place where you can show what you are interested in, what have you been doing, what are some of your views on certain things, what are your plans for the future etc.

Also, could you, please, share some of the websites you are thinking of?

I agree with you I too am not a programmer but trying to learn by looking at different sites I can write well. I have a friend who works for a programmer and works on various blogs.

I've a little interest in programming, but I'm not a programmer yet. I hope one day I can learn programming. There are many who say programming is too hard. But I wish to see the truth. Will you suggest me how can I start learning programming?
