I don't know though if / how OpenCL is used, that's something for you to research / try out.
The official variant has dev fee and there is also at least one variant with no dev fee, it's up to you which you'll use. Been using it for my AMD rigs (Vega GPUs work great on this miner) for the past few years and it's regularly being updated for improvements and fixes. I also noticed running multiple instances of this miner isn't too heavy on the CPU as well.
