From what I know xmr-stak can handle CPU and both types of GPU - AMD and NVIDIA. I don't know though if / how OpenCL is used, that's something for you to research / try out.
The official variant has dev fee and there is also at least one variant with no dev fee, it's up to you which you'll use.

Been using it for my AMD rigs (Vega GPUs work great on this miner) for the past few years and it's regularly being updated for improvements and fixes. I also noticed running multiple instances of this miner isn't too heavy on the CPU as well.

SRBMiner - more power consumption, less speed. (180w - 1 Vega 56)

Only TRM! Here is my 4 Vega 56 Hynix and one RX554 (150w - 1 Vega 56)

there are lots of sites that you can check on including benchmark of the different mining hardware.
