And I tried to visit the website you provide which is : govbid.org https://i.imgur.com/R20Vywp.png The website is already down, I can't access it anymore. And if you try to check the registrar info of the site here: https://who.is/whois/govbid.org, it is under with NAMECHEAP INC. It is also stated that the domain registered under the CITY/PROVINCE at Panama. Really suspicious. Code: Registrant Contact Information: If you have still some evidence about this, you can provide in the first post, so that some people will also avoid this kind of HYIP sites.
