Hey, Anton! There are a few trusted services on the internet whose primary business is facilitating USA to Europe purchases. I won't advertise them here, I don't think I am allowed to do so. They basically buy the products for you and bulk them up and send them directly to your door. You get very low prices, but you need to wait a bit for the arrival.

I could possibly do this, you will pay for (product + taxes + shipping) in BTC + an additional $100 USD? What country would I be shipping to?

You could use a shipping re-router too, order directly from Apple and use a trusted one like shipito (I've used it) or myus.

As long as the services/goods are legal in both jurisdictions (Buyer and Seller), then advertising them is perfectly allowable. Just don't make them referral links and you should be fine. It's on-topic, relevant and is probably a preferable alternative.

110% use an escrow, or a reshipper as marco suggested; there are plenty of people willing to do that around here.
