Your post is really vague regarding what some of your features are exactly. "Revenue sharing" - of what revenue exactly? Plus the fact that some of your key points sound pretty buzzword-y, "be a leader for your people"...I wouldn't touch your site with a 10-foot pole with how you've presented it. Most of what you're advertising is already around.
