then how it is possible to call it decentralized? as far as I know, a decentralized coin is a coin that nobody owns completely and has no authority. but with reserve, it is totally impossible for a coin to be a decentralized coin because there is authority behind it and the price is being determined by the reserve. which means the coin is being controlled and centralized.
