You mean you do have that idea on mind and havent still done any initial steps? You do find for a team that would support out from
scratch- funding - working product? If yes, then its really hard to find for sure and i agree on whats being asked above. Why not
to describe a little bit of that idea? Private messaging is somehow a hassle thing.

So you just have an idea? I don't think talented developers will come to you in the Telegram app for an idea from an unknown person.
It is better to explain the idea in a simple way and with some illustrations.
Also, you should prepare to pay the money and explain how the payments are.
Remember: This section is for project development and not ideas.

I have no problem if none want to participate, I can do it myself it will just require me more time to do it, and maybe get a team after finishing it.
I'm just asking if there's people wanting to take the risk with me that's it.
Thanks  :)

Don't you think the best way to handle this kinds of "innovative" project is to have a team that you personally know. Sharing your idea/plan with telegram on strangers even the professionals would just increase the likelihood that they will steal your ideas away from you other than that they can also scam you with your money and recovering them won't be easy at all. There are really no guarantees on having a project being developed online since you really don't know the person you are working for. Just try to look for a team locally as I know there will be a lot of them, the more you know the person who you are working with the more it will be easier to communicate with one another.

The problem I have with these requests is that historically, the idea is not innovative.  Some new gambling game, a new exchange, etc.  You think a popular service would work better with a small tweak so you want to take them on directly.  :/

If you are going to telegram the info to anyone who asks, why not simply post it publicly?

My best advice would be to start work on it yourself, then announce it .  You'll get team members if they like what they see so far.

I don't see any innovative idea. It would get interesting if you came up showing the summary of it here at least. Don't you know that some users don't wanna use telegram anymore cause of scam/spam/hack. Yuo said also that there is a risk on your project so you are saying already that it might not succeed?

Your innovative idea should be released publicly soon or later. Why need to contact on telegram, person to person, if you can describe it in one post for everyone? Afraid that your idea will be stolen? Oh come on, they can steal your current plans but they can't steal your thinking style.

Yup you recent came up with a brainstorming idea that is going to change this world, take care of all the debt, poverty and destruction and turn this world into heaven. Sounds promising if not dreaming for sure. ;D

Same old shit that every ICO/IEO/STO/ITO/<insert witty Initial Blah blah blah Offering here> tells and a random bunch of newbies come in with some hundred dollars each to invest in someone else's scam.

It would be much more professional if you post about the project and not a vague description. It makes you look like a joker if you post your TG handle here and begging for people to contact you first.

Whats your budget anyway? And dont give that uber-haughty "will be discussed in PM reply"

How can we say it's an innovative idea if you don't clarify your post on what the project would be and what actual you need? maybe post all the details so that we can see the content if it's really great or another bullshit dream of BS who try this oversold tactics by scammers. And don't makes us guest on how great your idea since I'm sure all of us don't want to receive a false informations.

Creating a good team for a project can be so important towards its success as these people can be the prime and the first supporters of the project which hopefully can also be catching the attention of many other people which can lead to building a solid and active community around it. Transforming an idea (which you describe here as innovative) is not going to be easy but if you are a real success-driven then you already know this. Please take into consideration a suggestion by another response here to establish your initial team from the people you know...or maybe do the necessary initial works first by yourself so that you can easily convince remote-based prospects to come in as part of the team. It would be good that you tell us here where can the funding for the project be coming from. Of course, this is your own project so we are just here sharing some of our thoughts and ideas...at the end of the day it is your own call so good luck to your endeavor, man!

Thank you all for your replies, I'll come up with an other post soon where I will describe my project in a week or two and will post a whitepaper about it.

This is always the thing I do ask or say about when someone post up about some good ideas they do have and requiring you to contact them via telegram/discord etc.

Common reason? They don't like for others to sneak it out because they do highly believe that they are the first  ever on having that so called idea into their minds.
On this set-up they wont really get any single man that would willingly to be part of the project.Better to post it publicly and might still have the chance if the said
idea was exceptional.

They don't like for others to sneak it out because they do highly believe that they are the first  ever on having that so called idea into their minds.

then this is not the way to do it.
they should not reveal the idea to anybody. instead they should interview people and then hire those they choose, build a contract and even make them sign a non disclosure agreement and then tell them the "idea" after they've hired and paid them as employees.
otherwise, in this world where people seek open source projects and create them, keeping the idea secret doesn't mean anything!
