Nexo, if I'm not wrong, is a custodial lending platform, which means you give them your coins, and then they'll manage it. So, no direct lending between you and other users.
A more 'P2P' approach would be similar to what Compound, Instadapp, or Maker did. You can look at their code on GitHub. But it can be tough getting such contact here since we have wannabes who will PM you bullshit offers. You might be able to get someone worthy on freelancing sites or personal contacts. If you are going to give out loans to borrowers yourself, consider starting a thread in Lending like the other established lenders of this forum have. Its risky but its fun at the same time if you know how to manage your money and risk.
