BEONG - Bitcoin exchange for high-frequency trading.
Exchange of the past generation were not allowed to do this,because there's commission in the form of a certain percentage of the transaction amount. It is not profitable for users  to earn every second because the commission ate all the profits.

How often are there leap rates? Once a week ? Once a month? Once  a year? Why do you need to waste so much time for implement such a small profit? The 10 cents commission is regardless of the transaction amount  -  it is our approach. Make money with small rates is the basis of our strategy and our vision on the exchange.
Perform thousands of transactions per day and earn money which you could only dream before.

Example:
Let's suppose you have 1 bitcoin which costs $ 800 and during the day it became 1$ more expensive, you understand you can make money and sell it for 801$. What profit will you have at the end if the Commission is 0,3% from the sum? The Commission will be approximately 2.4$. As a result you did not become richer by $1 but you became poorer on 1.4$. So you need to wait for a serious leap for something somehow to cover the expenses of the Commission.

Q: How long does the fundraising?
A: The fundraising will last for one month. If we collect the planned amount earlier , then we'll close the fundraising and begin the development of the exchange earlier. Everybody who sends remittances to the wallet, after receiving 80 bitcoin, get them back.

Q: What will happen if you do not collect the required amount?
A: If we get less than 30BTC then we’ll send 100.5% back.
If we collect not less than 30BTC then we’ll try to attract funds from other sources and will begin the development.

Q: How will you attract the customers?
A: We have two strategies of attracting traders.
The first is short-term, based on attracting Bitcoin traders who were already trading. Thanks to the system of fixed Commission it is much more profitable for average customers  to trade in our company. The second is long-term, based on attracting new traders, primarily from the Forex market. But our chief aim is promotion Bitcoin among HFT companies on Wall Street.

We beleive that such system gives the new step in developing cryptocurrencies. Especially in decreasing bitcoin's price volatility and development of new trading bots.

ie  total company value is: 800 btc

which at current rate is: ~ 0.5 million

And you guys dont have a proper business plan other than we want to build an exchange.

You give this operation a $500K valuation (since the 80 BTC of shares sold represent a 10% stake) based on what? The idea to make an exchange? There's no working codebase to back it up, no strong connections with well-known players, nothing to justify the current valuation.

This is not how it works. You first build something, at least a proof-of-concept and then seek investments to expand. That way you can show your investors that you actually have something in your hands that is more tangible than just an idea.

Decided to stop fundraising and send the collected money back.
