A little history of the hidden wiki: The hidden wiki exists since 2009, but had to change the url a few times, for example in 2013. What you need is Tor (http://2019.www.torproject.org/), and configure your browser to use it. Anything with .onion needs it, it is a resource not in the normal internet, it only exists in the Tor network. This is not really up to date anymore, now best security practices when accessing the hidden wiki is to use the Torbrowser because a normal browser will not protect your privacy well enough. Especially like on sites from the hidden wiki, you don't want them to track you there. |
