Hello people, today p2pb2b exchange just gain 55% from volume and reach top 1 on coinmarketcaps

what do you think about this exchange?
is this volume fake or real?

It was noticed that this exchange is boosting volumes with the help of bots.
Once I myself lost money on this exchange through inexperience, trying to sell a little liquid coin called Eterebase. Keep this in mind if you decide to deal with this exchange. Be careful.

Based on the order history, I see most of the trade has the same order with some different time order only 1 - 2 second each trade.

One of sample i took from ETH/BTC Pair.

You can see at the screenshot, the order was the same with only 1-2 second trade for each trade. The reason why exchange using a fake volume/inside trading it's just to make their rank exchange up. Here some tips to know the volume was fake :

• Trade History: If you see a same order with only short intervals trade, it could be a fake order only to bring the volume bigger.
• Compare between Order Book with Trader History: The strange things number #2, If the volume was high but the order book doesn't have a high wall/transaction order you can think that volume was fake. Also, the order book will have some high gap between a few order books, so if some users making an instant order sell/buy the prize percentage could be change very high if we compare with the real prize of thats pair with other exchanges.
• Have a high transaction order history, but it was really hard/long time to sell the crypto.

I don't trust any statistics coming from this exchange. It has severally been accused of faking volumes, how did it make it to such spot, who are the traders bot I guess! Regulations are needed to sanction exchanges faking volumes.

Obviously fake, don't trust volume from these type of exchanges. I experienced trading on p2pb2b and seriously it's worst.
All shitcoins usually list here with zero value.

It's fake or manipulated volume by p2pb2b exchange site and the best answer for you never try to use CMC as your main reference if you are wanna taking the ranked of exchange site based on the daily trade volume.
I have even checked it through use adjusted volume and it doesn't even matched with the real buy wall that already placed by the buyers or p2pb2b.

it looks like this exchange site is paying CMC to make it possible. You can check on the adjusted volume on CMC and try to compare it with reported volume and it's very strange to see an exchange site like p2p has no buy orders already placed at the top of exchange site.

It looks like CMC is playing shady with it. You can use a better marketcap site as your reference and forget to use CMC again because it's not accurate.

i never use this exchange my friend, i only trade on few exchange such as binance, bittrex, kucoin and other, but not with p2pb2b
anyway, for now a lot of exchange use a bot to increase its volume, so, don't be surprise

I don't trust anymore the stats that coinmarketcap is bringing especially for the volume of each exchange.
On coingecko, p2pb2b's rank is #125. While Binance is the leading.

I doubt the statistics are geniune, so much bot trading and a lot of exchanges are using it just to get ranked. Its their marketing strategy to get noticed also datas in CoinMarketCap are inaccurate better not to rely on it and verify everything.

Statistics can ba manipulated and most, I mean all exchange have bots that trade and some have fake volume. I have tried trading there at one point and it is obvious that some trades are made by bot. Exchange are faking volume so that they can have more traders in their platform or projects wanted to be listed in their platform.

Every exchange has fake volume but p2pb2b goes over the top with it but we don't have real proofs on this but we know its pure manipulation and it skyrocket in volume out of nowhere as personally I don't know friends to using this exchange.

Another thing. If you type on google p2pb2b the 2nd news about it would be : Fake Volume. Coincidence ? I doubt it. I know it was founded in 2014 but no one trusted it then and few trust it now so just use another exchange for your trades , deposit and withdrawals.

This exchange uses lots of BOT and lots of coins listed here have very virtual trading volumes. I think if coinmarketcap can check the data of P2P then I believe this exchange only deserves to be in the top 200. Personally, I don't like exchanges with fake trading volumes because that will greatly affect your investment and if you are not careful, you will face a lot of big risks.

Of course other exchanges such as Latoken, BitForex, Hotbit are also using fake trading volumes and if not carefully considered, you will easily lose money.

p2pb2n is not required KYC or any other data confirmation to trade and wd.
I think those type of exchanges are easily entered by many bots, so the trading volume is not real. IMO

I'm not too sure about this exchange, I mean just look at binance with lots of promos and have done a lot of IEO that managed to attract the interest of many people still inferior to the new exchange.

That's what you called wash trading. You can see how they can manipulate it by looking on the trade history of some tokens. That is they can caught up with results in the market. Coinmarketcap should implement a real deal trading monitoring cause they just uploading data which even bots can be done. Not all volume on CMC is real, they segregate this into reported and adjusted so we can figure which exchange using frequently bots. Mid range exchange, p2pb2b gaining traction buy it shows how they using manipulations or market making.

At present many Exchange uses bots to push their volumes to remain high. We can't say that they are real, but instead their volume is mostly fake, I only trust Binance which has the largest original volume at this time with real trading, and the rest is fake. This is already a common thing, because there are many service companies that provide liquidity providers to be implemented in their exchanges.

They are top 2 right now and binance is top 4 base on coinmarketcap, I am familiar with this exchange as I have used it and I saw that this exchange are faking their volume at that time but I am not that sure if it is the case right now.

Being in top 5 is a big accomplishment for an exchange already but I am not sure also how the coinmarketcap is basing their ranking. It will be bad also if they just put that certain exchange in top 5 even if they are faking their volume.

I took a quick look at coinmarketcap.com's exchange ranking to confirm your claim here. And I found out that p2pb2b has indeed high volume both reported and adjusted. It is also true that it is ahead of Binance in both volumes. But it is not true that it is the top 1. Neither is Binance the top 1. The top 1 in reported volume is Bitmex while the top 1 in adjusted volume is BitForex. I suspect that the volume is bloated. So a portion of it is fake.

Obviously that is only a fake volume from that exchange, they want to be popular as fast as possible and the option they think can easily get the popularity is to be in the top daily volume of exchange.
They think they can easily attract more users to use thier exchange once they see it in the top list.
They are doing the same thing like what bitforex do last year.

I think p2pb2b is a good exchange so far. Apart from fake volume, all exchanges have done this. Maybe this fake volume is also a means of marketing their exchanges so that many traders come to make transactions there. the more traders, the more their income. Just don't be a scam exchange.

It is very obvious that it is fake, what this exchange just cares about is getting ranked up to the highest top. So much people have complained about it with too much bot trades on-going. Anyone trading there should just be very careful so that you don't have any reason to regret. So just forget about their ranking in Coinmarketcap.

I don't like p2pb2b exchange because they have watch trade and fake volumes as well, many new projects that get listed on p2pb2b always ends up in really bad shape, many are dumped already and if you are a trader its better to use reliable exchanges, on my own list p2pb2b will never be a top exchange

I heard about p2pb2b exchange lower trusted with many withdrawal is not process and have take many days, my friend post about p2pb2b exchange have trouble with withdrawal because his payment of withdrawal not process after two days, he has contact the admin of p2pb2b exchange  but still not get good respond, hope p2pb2b exchange can back to normal and not have trouble with deposit or withdrawal.

What I know is p2pb2b a lot of exchange bot that I clearly feel when I want to sell LK a lot of trading history, even the volume reaches 487 ETH but when I want to sell nobody sells or buys LK then where is the volume from? and i declare p2pb2b a lot of fake volumes.

Another reason why you should not trust Coinmarketacp when it comes to exchange ranks. Their metrics are unreliable. I'd rather use Coingecko with their beta trust score instead of blindly trusting CMC.

I'm quite surprised that CMC still doesn't fix their depth and liquidity algorithm. Instead, they choose to believe exchanges will give them real data.

Coinmarketcap is planning to check the data of all exchanges and if they succeed in this plan then we will soon see the actual trading volume of all exchanges available in this market. In the past, a lot of exchanges used fake trading volumes to get a good ranking position in coinmarketcap and this made me feel very angry when watching. Maybe bots got power. The level of p2pb2b is known to all of us, and reaching first place may be by unfair ways. It's notorious that most exchanges are faking volumes. Some are so obvious, just check the order book movements and compare to a big exchange like binance or bittrex where it's really fast.

How many times have I seen a huge amount of bad reviews about this cryptocurrency exchange and many times I saw various studies in which was said that almost all volume is fake on this exchange, so I myself do not like trading on this exchange and I noticed that this exchange constantly wraps up volume and IEO on this exchange is better not to conduct, it will be a waste of time and especially a loss of money.

I have used p2pb2b and it is not difficult to realize that it has fake trading volume, Just check orderbook or place an order, Order history always has orders executed but my orders are not matched even though my prices are lower than order in order history.

P2pb2b has no credibility and should be avoided imo.

P2pb2b sucks and i still don't understand how it become so ranked up today even with fake volumes, who is rating all this useless exchanges anyway? there are good mediocre exchanges in crypto space that are way better than p2pb2b

I think it is not true, I have traded this exchange a few times but do not like this exchange for loading some tokens they have locked and have to send support many times to resolve and the liquidity is not high.

Currently this exchange is not worthy of being in the top 1 because this exchange actually uses fake trading volume and many coins here do not have good liquidity. I think this needs to be verified at coinmarketcap because if there is no timely solution, P2P will surely cause a great deal of influence to investors. Now the exchange that deserves to be in the top 1 is Binance because this is a exchange that is used by a lot of users and the coins listed here are all good coins.

Hopefully CMC will eliminate fake volume exchanges to make this market more transparent.

not only they are doing the wash trading, they even do a ghost trading on their website every single minute.
There is no reason for us to believe them after all of this, CMC should have blocked their website because they do not provide actual data.

This exchange is a new one. And they just surpassed those top exchange like Binance. That's must be a joke. I found out that some of the users here are complaining about this exchange because of scamming IEOs.
A lot exchange are just faking the volume of cryptocurrency entering their exchange. Anyway, you can't just rate the exchange based on the volume of trades being traded from the exchange. The customer support, practicality and efficiency should be also consider in rating exchange.

Exchange p2pb2b of course not the best, but not the worst. I would not recommend keeping your funds there, and it is not particularly safe to trade there. You can participate in IEO.

I've also read the thread about the Exchange p2pb2b case as a professional con artist. It was even revealed that p2pb2b and Coinsbit were running on the same Exchange script. Many negative reports about p2pb2b as exchange SCAM.

In coingecko the p2pb2b exchange is too far to be in the top 10. He is in the 122 list lower than yobit in terms of valume. How this coingecko know the real volume of exchange? Its look like its better to use that to see volume stats of exchange than CMC.

I was disappoint when a project decided to delist its coin from the exchange. The exchanges have put themselves under too much pressure and they need lots of fund to pay their bills, they are involved in so many manipulations.  Most exchanges that benefited from bull run didnt prepare for this market and struggling to make money.

If you want to trade on exchange with real volume, choose Binance or Bittrex. In other cases, be careful and attentive to not loose your money.

Its better to check normalised volume and the 24 hours volume and you will see the difference.

This can be true, there are lots of exchange doing market making of course included with that is the wash trading of their own exchange. I'm only used this exchange once, since I need to dump some of tokens to that exchange but there are no quite good volume. Coinmarketcap only monitors the exchange activity that's why they ranking on CMC but they didnt reviewing the activity yet done by all exchange. Unless they are need to investigate it.

As many have pointed out already, 90+% of their trading volume is wash trading. Other than that, I am not super familiar with it, I only know it is listing a ton of less known projects all the time, as well as holding an IEO service for low tier projects. But the exchange is pretty functional, so it may have a future in the exchange scene, why not.

Honestly, I want to see this exchange in everyone's avoids list. This is the worst exchange is recent, worse than Latoken, Exmarkets! P2pb2b exchange has almost no volume. All these volumes are fake and created by the bot.  Counmarketcap has lost its high reputation because of these bad manipulations. In 100 traders, you will find 5-10% who support this shit exchange. All of their IEO projects are not gaining money at all, but they claimed several times that they finished the sale successfully. To me, I just hate this exchange.

I'm not sure if P2PB2B is an exchange top 1. In the exchange, many coins do not have good supply and demand.
Even though their price is stable but it doesn't allow it all right. And in my opinion, it is a fake volume manipulation on the exchange.

Last time I check p2pb2b is a lonely exchange no traders. But now like anybody says I think it has been boosted just by bots so it is not real volume, anyone knows which exchange has good and real volume. Coinmarketcap only shows this because thats what the exchange API are telling them but it is just a manipulation.

Most of the exchanges have fake volume through bot and p2pb2b is one of them and the maximum volume is fake, I have always seen various tokens or coin trading through the bot.

I joined p2pb2b 1 year ago, but unfortunately it's rarely active there, in my opinion p2pb2b doesn't use robots like hotbit,
so the volume is 70% more, I'm sure it's not fake, because the trading system p2pb2b is different from other exchanges, maybe that is a positive value for traders why choose p2pb2b.

On this exchange so much wash trading. Almost all volume on that exchange it's a bot trading. Seems devs from Ukraine, but I'm not sure about it.

This exchange has been rolling up its volumes since its inception. I had to trade it several times, or rather, I was forced to.
I successfully sold coins on it that I wanted to get rid of, and no longer had any business with this exchange.

I believe that cmc compromises itself by not adjusting its statistics on volumes relative to fake volumes.

I think theory should apply for this types of exchange, which exchange is already using fake and bot volume. Few months ago P2PB2B exchange was top 25 but today number 1. This is the reason people like genuine Binance exchange volume.

In November, CMC will eliminate exchanges with fake trading volumes and this will make investors feel more secure when choosing a good exchange to invest. I think the fake trading volume is trending more and I hope that CMC will have specific strategies to eliminate this. I'd like to believe that Coingecko brings a much transparent true data than Coinmarketcap, all talks are about Binance I never trade on p2pb2b and so are all my friends there should be a poll of people here on who uses p2pb2b and people really believe in what Coinmarketcap is showing and are they faking their volume, so they can show traders that they have the numbers and they have traders support.

Totally fake mate. I think that is obviously been manipulate by someone trading there or from the exchange itself. Many exchange using market making feature to their client to produce liquidity and I hate those kind of feature since, it is not natural trading and just faking by the exchange. Yes I actually recommend not to use those kind of exchange. Dont based on CMC they just recording the volume based on the outcome of the exchange but they not monitoring it casually based on the exchange record of the total trades.

The exact daily data of coinmarketcap will be released in November and will eliminate exchanges and coins with fake transaction volume. I think now let the community decide which exchange is best because each exchange has its own strengths. I don't really know much about the P2P2B2B exchange, if I'm not mistaken this exchange was launched in January 2018 but I observed that most tokens generated from many new projects can already be traded there. I see again whether it is true or not or maybe it's just market manipulation but it's true that the P2P2B2B exchange is No.1 on the CMC site list and No.123 on the Coingecko site list.

And its still number 1 until now, it's quite stable to still rank at number 1 when exchange like Binance does not really stay at number for days.

It's obviously fake volume, p2pb2b is known for that. I really hope coinmarketcap does something about this fake volume exchanges or even remove them entirely from the list. Coingecko is much better than CMC consider about it was taking the real data from the exchange site. CMC is not again credible to be considered as a good coinmarketcap site.

We can observed if it will consistently take the number 1, for now it's already in the top 9 in the market after it falls but still its way above Binance in ranking. I think you're wrong judging coinmarketcap site displaying with fake volumes in the cryptocurrency world. CMC site has the only trusted company that monitors the real volume of each coin. Including the ranks of every coin and exchange.

In many point, yes CMC has been beneficial frrom all of us, it helps us investors/users to identify the market cap, circulating supply which we can help to assess a certain coin. But we also know that they do have a lot of shitcoins too that are still listed there as well as shit exchange, well I really do hope they will do something about it.

You should always check reviews online before you use an exchange. It's safer to stick with regulated exchanges like Coinbase and ecxx.

Shit exchange always playing with volume. I believe new exchange also trying to do same things. Top exchange can't be by only volume. Bcnex exchange is a new exchange but you can't withdraw anything from this exchange but volume is showing good. From P2PB2B exchange you can withdraw but volume is fake.

If you can't withdraw, then that is another story, they are not only faking trading volume but they are literally scamming people.

Exchange that does not follow withdrawals should directly be considered as a scam exchange and I don't think they are really in a business since big exchange would always value their reputation over anything for the continuity of business.

honestly I really hate the exchange is still active, and there are still many scam exchanges appearing, there is one exchange that is BCNEX, I am worried that if P2pb2b will have a problem withdrawing funds like BCNEX, then the trust of the community and members will be lost

There is no doubt in my mind that most of the volumes are fake & bot trading is the main reason behind this huge volume. We can't compare this exchange with Binance. I think there are some other top exchanges in coinmarketcap list which also have absolutely fake volume. From long time ago I heard various problems regarding this exchange, so I hope everyone use this exchange very carefully.

I don't think the p2pb2b exchange is the TOP exchange of most other exchanges. for me TOP exchanges like Binance, Binance exchanges offer a variety of new coins or old coins, have a high trading volume, many traders use them, interesting features, display coin price charts or valid data. even a beginner can easily learn to trade there.

That's the beauty of Binance and this is the main reason why Binance becomes the best exchange among all of them within a short time! Binance's user interface, always updated features, charity fund, donation and others feature what you mentioned made the Binance exchange the best! Where P2PB2B is like a scam exchange with full of fake volume, scam IEO, unknown coin listed and so on, I did not find any good in that exchange!

Am sure this is some sort of joke and giving you some sort of response is just enabling you, if you believe that this rubbish exchange is actually making gains then you need help because I believe or we all know that that is one of the top scam exchange of all time

For any exchange to be so cruel to fake volume just to attract more investors is a scam exchange and should be condemned. Seeing what the exchange have done by faking volume, mean that they can scam potential investors off their coins. Why would you fake volume just to be recognize? Having a good team with good exchange don't need faking things around the exchange.

p2pb2b is a bad exchange and many coins listed there have fake volumes. many projects do IEO on p2pb2b or Latoken and end up with fraud. I hope that there will be no IEO again in that's two exchanges because it is really very detrimental to investors and bounty hunters. if anyone people to says p2pb2b is exchange top 1 then he already is crazy. ;D
  

Many new projects that use P2pb2b exchange for IEO fundraising accused the exchange for not releasing fund after IEO ends, those who stand against them lost the fight because of powerful people standing for the exchange, they can't be trusted

I am sure p2pb2b Exchange has a fake volume, it is definitely not a top cryptocurrency Exchange. Just check CoinMarketCap Liquidity rating, they are only in top 40. I would not recommend anyone to trade on this Exchange.

You shouldn’t be considered same, all of new exchanges not showing fake volume. Bcnex is real exchange but some issues ruined all of liquidity in the exchange such as pending withdrawal. There is no way to showing fake/manipulated volume because it’s not listed cmc or coingecko. You should avoid some top exchanges in cmc which are bullshit exchange.

and though there's no data yet but you know when it's faking or not, one good example is when they are not allowing your to withdraw right away.
How can they have a great volume when they can't provide liquidity.
