1. I would suggest you to change your payment mode from tokens to bitcoin or established altcoins like Ethereum or litecoin. With tokens as payment you may not get the top class designers and would have been already getting spammed by PMs from wannabe low quality designers.

2. Another noteworthy thing is that hire a proper manager to manage the campaign if you want to make a proper impact on the members of this forum. Hiring a manager who does not know whom to enroll in the campaign would mean a disaster.

3. I looked into your team members. I could not find links to the rest of your team other than Agus Wildhan. Care to update the website please?

This surely the next step after that signature design.Payment in tokens would be a turn off for these reputable managers so op better to change it up.
