I was searching for places to trade some crypto when I found this place called OKEx. From what I can tell it is a Malta-based company that focuses on trading crypto worldwide and it really looks legit. So far you can look at all the hottest crypto that is currently being traded in real-time and they also give detailed information such as graphs that show the best time to trade some crypto. However, you can only trade in USD, but that won’t be a big deal in most places.

In the beginning, I was skeptical about whether such a platform would work since it was very obscure and I only found it as when I was searching for places to trade crypto. So far it works and I am reaping the benefits. I really appreciate the features of seeing the information on graphs in real-time as I can see what moment is the best time to trade in a day.

To sum it all up OKEx is a really amazing place to trade crypto and it’s services really serve me well as a person starting to trade crypto. I would highly recommend it, here is a link to their site: https://www.okex.com/.

Hopefully you haven't made this post just to promote the okex exchange. First of all it is a pretty old exchange and I wouldn't name it a 'new one'. Second of all I would like you to list some plausible arguments of why would someone use OKEX instead of Bitstamp or Coinbase for example? Maybe there are some cool features on Okex that don't exist on other platforms. If you wanna make a review of an exchange you've got to put it into perspective with emphasis on its advantages, but mention its downsides as well.

This is a kind of advertisement for Okex trading site are you one of them? Well personally I dont use this exchange site since I'm a huge fan of binance and huobi exchange site based on my reaserch I dont see any problem regarding to deposite and withdrawal but I'm not personally try this site.

the exchange seem popular already, have they hired a spammer for its SEO?


okex is also popular like those two you named. maybe op is just too excited that he earned instantly that he shared his newly discovered place or he is simply a hired spammer. all exchanges has real-time charts as far as i know and this is all that he said about okex.

Okex is an old exchange but I have never traded there because in my opinion the feature is incomplete, I prefer other exchanges that are trending now like Binance, gate.io and bitforex, your don't need to advertise okek exchanges because everyone also knows that okex is also a big exchange but I honestly don't like going to Okex.

Okex is one of the popular exchange platform as of today together with Binance,bithumb and all on top ranks in terms of liquidity.
People do have their own choices on selecting their platform on where they would like to trade.

I think he just got to know about Cryptocurrencies or he's moving from a smaller exchange and he has gotten some wow moments and wants to share. I may be wrong and he's just trying to shill OKex. I've used okex in the past and just recently so I get the point his trying to make. The only problem I have with the exchange is that they don't seem to list my favorite projects and don't have some of the stuffs I currently enjoy at binance, like the staking and lending platforms plus the dozens of airdrops here and there.

I think we don't need a new place to trade crypto, it would be more effective to develop existing exchanges. If everyone opens a new exchange, that means having to start from scratch. The problem is, to make an exchange requires a long time, if it continues like this, when cryptocurrency will grow?  ::)

OKex isn't new in the market exchange and it gains more respect from old traders/investors. If we looked into there market reviews https://icotokennews.com/okex-exchange/ we certainly know that OKex did a good job. not only for their own benefits but of the whole crypto community. In fact, OKex is one of the best DEX exchange existed today which traders are often to use.

Okex has been around for quite some times now. Glad you used it and it worked for you.
However you should be skeptical of clicking on exchange ads cause some of them are scams.

Which feature you are talking about not complete? I'm not affiliated or trying to promote this exchange but based on my experienced trading on OKex is fine I haven't experienced any issue yet the feature is likely the same as Binance(Like stop lose, limit) and the good thing about OKex more pairs and coins are supported compared to Binance.

This exchange is under top 20 exchange in Coingecko and coinmarketcap the only problem on Okex if you are non KYC verified they only have 0.5 withdrawal limit daily unlike Binance that they have 2BTC limit per day.

The other exchange you mention they are good but for me it is not good as Okex.

With a big list of the coin, binance still the choice of people to trade. But okex can give another experience to trade. I see okex is trying to compete with the other exchanges. Well, that will provide new competition for the exchange itself. I think in the next year, we will see the tight competition on the exchanges.

OKEx is a trusted old exchanges, myself either have never tried these exchanges. But I often hear the name too many people
also recommend OKEx exchanges. Right now I am still comfortable trading at Binance, but since there are many who recommend it.

OKex is has been in the market for so long and considered to be in the top 10 crypto trading so how can you call in a new place to trade unless I'm missing something here.

To the OP, I guess this is your first time to trade, there are still a lot of crypto exchanges out there, have you heard of Binance? it's been touted as the best trading platform, many trading pairs as well, you may want to give it a try.

OKex is not a new exchange at all, its been 2 years Okex is here. Okex already gained huge popularity throughout the world. OKex already in the top twenty real volume exchanges according to the coingecko! Though I never traded there because I feel very comfortable in Coinbase and Binance exchanges.

Not only okex has that feature, there are still exchangers who have real time graphics. Even though Okex is one of the top exchangers, it doesn't mean that Okex seems to look good among others, even though there are still other features of Okex. I think you lack information about the exchanger and what features the exchanger platform has, for the promotion of an exchanger your approach is pretty good by making a title that looks like it's new news.

developting exsting exchanges will create more feature.build new exchanges will not solve old problems in cryptocurrency market.with new exchanges there are possibility for scam accident again,we dont know about their reputation and security.moreover we've see good exchanges now in market .i think its need little developtment anymore.

Absolutely, you made this thread with a purpose to promote this exchange.

But it's okay, OKEx was one of my favorite exchange too, it's a good place to trade for sure but this is obviously not a new place to trade and there are many other exchanges better than this one.

That sounded amazing, how those people given good feedback for OKex and yet neglected the popular exchanges like binance and Kucoin. When it comes to volume for both buy and sell, binance and kucoin does have it completely. If you happen to have coins to which was tradable for this trading site Okex always grab the good opportunity to gain huge amount of profit.

Actually, I already have okex account but I never use it in my trading activity because of I always my account in binance and bittrex. We have a different choice on choosing a trading platform and talking about a new place to trader cryptocurrencies it's better to use the major exchange just like what I use. I already some articles about the okex trading and I know they have good image and reputation so maybe in my future trading activity I will try to use my account in okex.

OKex definitley not so new since many better exchanges evolved after OKex. Its clear that you are just promoting the OKex.
You could have simply distinguished why OKex is better than others if promoting was your motive.
I don't know why else would you make such a post.

OKEX is arguably one of the top 5 crypto exchanges in the world, and has been very popular since many years (and definitely top 3 in margin trading)

this type of FAKE word of mouth marketing only serves to insult the intelligence of your target customers, and would alienate people from the product you are trying to market in a totally silly way. It almost sounds like an opponent of OKEX came up with this troll post...

I am quite surprised that you are just getting to know about Okex, because when we are talking of exchanges that are really the best exchanges, you are talking of binance, bittrex, huobi, kucoin, okex and few other ones that I cannot really mention here.

One unique thing about okex is that they are still the best when it comes to margin trade right now, and I think they are very much better than binance margin trade.

The way okex exchange is really growing and gaining more popularity, I think it might eventually be ranked the third best exchange that we have in the market. I will really recommend this exchange for anyone to really use, they are very much reliable. The only thing I will advise against is that people should never keep money on their wallet and not only theirs, but on any exchange.

this is sounds like that you are promoting OKEX here in the forum. But anyway, okex is one of the top exchange in the market, were I don't see any bad feelings if ever I want to use it or give it try. But I am much comfortable to use kucoin, Idax and Binance.

Actually, I am not using this site more often because there's already Binance that are satisfying my needs which I think the most popular exchange.
However its nice to see that we have this kind of exchange with a decent volume it tighten up the competition even more.

Well, Okex isn't that "new" exchange, I would say that it is rather old. I don't use this exchange, bacause I've got CoinDeal and I don't plan to change it. Okex sounds okay, but it is not so popular among traders in my opinion. So, I recommend you to choose more reliable exchanges like for example Kraken, KuCoin or as I've said before - CoinDeal. The last one is my favourite because of its security practices and free deposits.

For trading try to use those places where you are aware or one of your friend or family member have experience on there because anyone can create an exchange and can scam you. One of my friend started trade on a new exchange and on there she lost a half bitcoin when they created a hack drama and announced that they cannot pay the users and exit their site. That was my suggestion to you and other crypto users.

For Okex I will say that it is a good exchange and I have traded on there and not found any issue there. You can trade there you may also not find any issue there but whenever you will like to try a new exchange try to do full research about that exchange first and read all reviews about that exchange on google.

I am also a trader and I am trading at BitForex, but Okex is good too as well as Binance, but i've been comfortable trading at BitForex, it's also friendly use just like Binance and Okex and I can see that they will compete in the crypto exchange market these coming years, anyway, happy trading to everyone.

Well, I don't say it is a good or bad exchange, I use the exchange only when I need to use but saying never heard that exchange is a bullshit.

I have always used the coinmarketcap rating to select the best exchanges for trading that have large trading volumes of exactly the coins that I own.  Nevertheless, you need to constantly monitor the operation of the exchange, because at some point problems may arise, such as the situation with Bitrex.  Of course, today I completely switched to trading on Binance, but nevertheless I use even little significant exchanges to trade not very famous coins that I have in my portfolio.

I think okex is not a new exchange, but that exchange is not too popular as binance, bittrex, poloniex, kucoin, hitbtc. Maybe okex are trying to maintain their exchange so they can get more members that will trade on their site. If they can get more members, their site will grow, they can increase the daily volume so they can compete with the other exchange. But I guess okex needs more time to increase the volume, and if they cannot get more members, they cannot grow their site.

But sometimes there are fake information in coinmarketcap. There are a lot of exchanges who have fake volume and market capitalization. I choose an exchange by a review of the user in the internet. Okex is good exchange and I also using it. There are more popular exchanges in the narket but the best are Binance, Okex, Poloniex and bittrex.

I'm personally afraid to trade anywhere without huge name and shitloads of money to backup user funds. There very many 'legit' names in the industry that just got hacked and are being liquidated now. Maybe people will get back their money, maybe not, it's gonna take a long time to even find out. I'm all sticking to binance/kraken/bittrex at this point and treat the rest with caution.

I personally have not used OKEx. I have an account with eToro (https://www.etoro.com) and I havent looked back since. Because of their copy trader feature I used the platform to learn the ropes and I never left.

A good example of trading platform other than Okex is Forex. They have the same features and consistency to trade. They both can trade in a certain volume in the market. There's nothing new in Okex, I think you just opened this topic just to help them advertise its trading platform. Well, there's no wrong in trying it to explore other website in trading for new environment. But the best and still the best trading platform for me is Binance. It really fulfill my needs in trading crypto because of its high quality features.

Okex is a long-standing exchange and now its volume is nothing compared to emerging exchanges like MXC, Liquid, ... besides, its volume is also not equal to Binance and Huobi, Even the trading function does not make any difference. I used to use okex exchange but I didn't see any offers so I decided to switch to Binance. I have 2 reasons to move to Binance:
first . The volume in Binance for the top alts is really high and it is one of the most trusted exchanges.
2. It has 2 really good trading tools for busy speculators, namely OCO and Stoplimit. You can try it with Binance.

Everyone is always looking for a good place to do business but OKX is one of the old exchange sites I have not yet exchanged on this site. Because I like Binance and Kucoin these exchange sites are so popular and reliable Because OKX will not be ok to click on a link to a site like this because the hacker may take our personal information.

Okex is one of the oldest exchanges and it has helped me earn tens of thousands of dollars there. But now it seems to be getting outdated and not having as many updates as before. Now Binance is doing really well and it is taking away many traders of Okex, and that's me. I have been using Okex for 2 years and when I realized that Binance has more new trading functions, I enjoyed and experienced it. After a while I realized that there was only a list of potential alts there and it gave me more options in trading. so I still appreciate Binance more.
