Title: Where will this fluctuation end ?
Post by: Wysi on October 18, 2019, 07:18:10 PM
Bitcoin's price has been slightly fluctuating everyday but it's not a huge fluctuation to buy in or sell of in order to make huge profit as everyone is eagerly waiting to know where this will us to, this is what my question is over here. Are we heading towards a new price pump or a dump ? This slow drift of bitcoin's value is really confusion.

Pump or dump? The age old question. :)

We're obviously gearing up for a range break. Price action looks bearish to me. I'm expecting a downside break. I'm really not sure whether it'll be a strong move down or not. It could just wick down to $7K.

Wherever it bottoms, a strong recovery to the $9,000s or higher will probably follow.

Don't know about you but I believe now we're starting to see the beginnings of the Halving. I know you can say that there are still several months left before the event. Well, it's something we can measure before and after.

And if you compare with what happened during the previous Halvings you can see some patterns if you look at repetitions of rhythmic sequences

Fluctuation will never end as long as the majority treats bitcoin as an investment.

There is no way we can tell if the price will go upward or downward.

What's your plan? Are you on day-trading?

Hey, you want stable prices and low volatility? Or you want Bitcoin to moon so you can get on those lambo fantasies?

Which scenario do we wants? And do we know what we are asking for vs what we want?

Hard to say, isn't it? People really need to spend a bit of time to understand what it is exactly they would like from this new form of financial freedom.

We are not headed anywhere, the price went up a lot during this year and it has decreased since then, now it is the time for the market to not move that much for months, we could see a slight downward trajectory but that is about it, the market cannot be pumping or dumping forever, just be happy with whatever profits you got already and if you instead lost money during this year then you have months to figure out what went wrong and try to fix it.

It's quite easy. They want to become a multi millionaire tomorrow. Preferably by only investing $100 of their money.  ::)

You don't ever see competent traders complain about stability or fluctuations, they know when to take some distance and when to start putting their capital to work. You got to love their rational attitude because they don't deal with direction bias. Every move can potentially be profitable trade, and that's exactly how you should approach a market.

At one point I expect derivatives exchanges to add some sort of a feature that allows people to make profit during non volatile phases as well.

You wouldn't ask these question if you've been here on this market for a while and as for a Sr. member on this forum its quite questionable that you aren't still get used to bitcoin volatility. hmmmmmm

Fluctuation would end? Never! This is always been the thing why cryptospace is popular due to its high level extent of volatility.Making out money out of these movements and
also theres no human being could ever predict the future where we do talk on where would prices would go.

cryptocurrency price movements can never be stable, coins will always have price movements up and down it depends on market conditions and you must be able to take advantage of price movements for the benefits that you can get, if there is no price movement it will actually make you difficult to get the profit.

I like market fluctuations as a matter of fact its a shortcut to make us millionaire and beggars in a short period of time ;D. We just need to be wise in every decisions that we make, in the my opinion the more people will get involve in the ecosystem slowly the market will stabilize but I dont like that scenario I like this market behavior though.

crypto is very difficult to guess in 2017 it is the heyday of bitcoin which reached 18,000 usd, then has decreased until now, in my opinion bitcoin until the end of the month will experience a significant increase given the good news about the bitcoin world in several countries. it's very helpful for bitcoin to the top.

Bitcoin was spread on entire world, But it take some time for development so all the acceptance is important for further days. We are all know 2017 is the best year for crypto economy so Bitcoin and other altcoins are growing well on crypto market. I think fluctuations are never end of Bitcoin because we always buying and selling the Bitcoin so it is a volatile cryptocurrency and gradual hype also possible on end of the year or next bull run.

I doubt it would end and I doubt it even could. With how much its supply is still being released and is still demanded even now. Fluctuations in prices can't really be helped since it is volatile for a reason. As for the old question bull or bear, well that depends on the market itself. We may make predictions and such but we still can't tell if it would bull or bear.

Yes, that's the current situation of market as people are ready to demonstrate prediction but deep down they themselves knows that i will not go as per prediction. There are users who are making profits out of this volatility by doing a daily trade but with my experience a good amount of profit can be made during huge fluctuation but not the fluctuation of few hundred Dollars.

Many say that bitcoin will pump up, that is, the pope will come to raise the price of bitcoin when halving arrives, but I think it's still a long way off, but bitcoin is currently continuing to fall bit by bit, so this is really an uncertain fluctuation in which direction it's gone.

I can feel that we are going down further so I am sure there are now many people just determining which can be the bottom so they can be ready with their Bitcoin order. The dip can be a good opportunity if taken right. Volatility has been one of the major hallmarks for Bitcoin and though this can be a bane to many merchants and other holders, traders can look at this an opportunity to ride with in other words a boon to them. So that is a bane and a boon depending on how you look at it and how you can take advantage of the situation...like somebody throwing a big lemon at you either you will cry like a baby (whining) or you can make a lemonade out of it. We are sure that after some weeks, Bitcoin can be back growing again and may even try to breach the $9,000 zone.

Never? Fluctuation is the nature of bitcoin and even if this new one that goes between $7.7k to $8.3k ends somehow (which it will eventually) there will be a new one, just a month or so ago we were around $9.4k to $10.4k or so and we moved up and down between those, before that I remember $3.4k to $4.2k as well and before that we were doing $6.3k to $7.2k as well, you can go as further as possible and you will find trends and fluctuations on bitcoin price, the place it fluctuates changes all the time but the fact that it goes up and down between certain prices never really changes, it is the nature of bitcoin.

In order for traders to make money the price needs to go down and up so they can buy and sell which means it will forever happen as long as there are traders in bitcoin.

I think the title says differently from the content of your thread. I thought you're asking about when will fluctuations end literally.
Anyway, Bitcoin's movement seems a little bearish from the last 4 days after the dead-cat-bounce to $8,600. Speculation says the bottom of this is $7,000 some says $5,000. But, the current price today is also good for additional accumulation. So, most definitely we're still holding strong to this support level.
Don't put enough stress to yourself, because we're heading to a bull run.

Fluctuation would never end rather it will continue as long there is buying and selling occur in the market. It is difficult to predict price but the current is ranging 8k level. But I think the market in the coming days will move forward at least to see it will increase from 8k. Actually, this fluctuation of price could be an opportunity for most traders in buying at a designated price. Don't confuse yourself if we could take risks then accumulating btc is also good.

if only we knew that - when it ends or where would the trend go
almost certain about one thing though , no matter the trend of this year , seasonal end of the year fluctuations
the 2020 halving will be a huge locomotive to drive the price up
the main question is what level will it be starting from  ....
so far we seem to stagnate between a 7500 and 82000$ marks with not much of a volume to write home about

Yeah, as long as BTC would survive the fluctuations in the price would prolong, so we may consider it as a never-ending process. But I still don't understand why people hate these fluctuations as these only enable them to earn widely in this market. However currently, the fluctuations are not so prominent as the price now is still loitering around 8k$ but we can expect a major rally coming before the year's end and I believe we can also anticipate a hype in the prices after the 2020 halving...

I think we are experiencing pumps and dumps of around 1-2% and if one wants they can make.good profits by using margin trading adequately. Most of the people consider it risky but if you go with good risk management principles then the path isn't that tough. Talking about Bitcoin's analysis it's really moving sideways if we see in a long term. There are a lot of fluctuations but market is still undecided. I think this may also be a good thing as it shows reduced volatility which is really good for btc.

Bitcoin price simply went to high to fast in June. There was so much hype that keep increasing without any correction for 5 months.

Last halving price of Bitcoin was half of previous ATH. One halving back was 1/3 of ATH.  So if  history repeats 7 months from now Bitcoin price should be from $7-10k. Not that much space to grow right now.

I think people saw the magnitude of the April-June rally and expected the bubble to begin right away. That was always an unlikely scenario.

This year's rally was quite like the late 2015 run ($200 to $500) that kicked off the last bull market. From November 2015 to May 2016, we had a multi-month bearish correction before the bull market continued. In my opinion that's where we are now.

These sideways movements will end when we'll enter a new trend, which most likely will be a bull market. It's almost guaranteed (if it's possible to say this word about Bitcoin's price) to happen after the halvening, but can also happen before the halvening. Just hodl now, you can easily lose money during the period that we have now if you'll try to trade thinking you can predict the short-term price.

The price of bitcoin is fluctuating from the beginning the market created but you cannot expect the market to have a huge rally and drop all the time and bitcoin market is not a magic place to make money in a short period of time  :P. You need to have patience to make money and that market will rally after the cooling period and we will see that market rally after the halving.

Well, anyone who could predict how the price will move, when the fluctuations will start or end would really be a true rich man. But as we all know that couldn't be told for sure. Since Bitcoin is volatile fluctuations are present all the time but sometimes they are less and sometimes more visible. But current fluctuations are small and I beleive it will stay so until the end of the year.

Title: Re: Where will this fluctuation end ?

With my years of experience in the crypto market I can consider Bitcoin's movement now as something to be more steady rather than it being too volatile. Compared to the previous movements we have seen where Bitcoin can go up by 10 to 15% in just a day the 50-100$ price movement we are seeing now is incomparable to that since we are consolidating. If you are coming from a much less volatile market like the stock market you might not be used to these kinds of price movement but honestly this is the closest thing we can get as far as steady price movements go. Since we are consolidating the answer for your other question is still unsure because we aren't neither in the bull market or in a bear market and in consolidation all we can do is observe where it will move next whether it is near the support or in a resistance level which would indicate a test on both levels.

For someone who is old enough in the industry you should have already known for yourself that Bitcoin fluctuation would never stop or end.
The price would continue to move as long as there are people who are putting up a demand and selling their share.

Nobody can accurately ascertain what will happen in the future, we can only speculate. For Bitcoin, It is more of the downtrend for me than any bullish scenario at the moment and I am looking at 6k before we experience any major pullback

Bitcoin is a speculative asset? So that's very obvious that this kind of fluctuations and wild price swings are part of the ecosystem. Just like what we've seen when the price goes to $13k, it slowly fell down and then we went on another sideway patterns when it reaches $8k, so I'm sure everyone is not surprise by the sudden fall, but rest assured that there will be time that bitcoin will go on another parabolic rise to balance everything.

That fluctuations that you have seen is what we call "sideway" pattern. Maybe speculators are doing short trading, that's why the moment they see some positive movement, they dump it and take the profits per day.

No one can tell when we are going to have a break out run. You don't need to be confused here, you just have to educate yourself and see what are the current sentiments are. Just don't give yourself swept by the notice that bitcoin is a get rich quick scheme and you will be OK in the long run.

Having a right mindset in order to catch up with the right market will increase your chances to earn from the situation. Fluctuation is the major part of this industry as many investors here knew about it and willing to work in order to make some good benefits.

Fluctuation is for those who are good in scalping as they can benefit with the system by paying attention to their opportunities.

We have seen bitcoin persist at $8000 for almost a month to date.
However, bitcoin tends to decline when the market in this bearish situation after bitcoin failed to hold a position above $8500.
I expect bitcoin to gradually drop, probably to $7500 and the worst $7000 as the bottom before bounce back.
Nevertheless, we are heading towards the end of the year and halving, bitcoin will gain momentum to reach $10,000 soon or later.

Yes I think the market will become more saturated and we might see a clear divide here between daily traders who consider fluctuations as an opportunity to earn more profit, long term investors who are least bothered about the minor fluctuations and then we have those people who invested into bitcoin post December 2017 looking for a quick profit and struck in between due to sudden price dump and still trying to recover it. Fluctuations are good for traders but it's a hard learnt lesson for newbies.

We will see what would the outcome this year, and since bitcoin still tried to compile the best price it could touch this year; it serves as our inspirational moves to meet the best price. That $10k was just enough to fulfill the benchmark of our expectations. Never lose your grip on it, but rather push your motivations at maximum tolerance and one day you'll gain the profit which is intended for your plans.

the stable price (small fluctuations) is the current trend of bitcoin which will continue for a couple of more months. it has been going on for a couple of other months before this too if you ignore the one time drop you can see it has been exactly like this at a different price!
this is still the whale-accumulation phase and you shouldn't think about day trading into this because things are unpredictable at this time.
my guess for the end is by the end of this year.

Welcome to the bitcoin market and as everyone mentioned here you should know better how the market will move, you cannot expect huge volatility like we used to see in the past because the market is maturing with more investors coming into this market. Right now there is no direction in the market and until there is a huge flow of investment in the market you wont find the bull run you are waiting for.

The fluctuation occurs between $8600 and $7800 resistance and support its seem the zones are very strong whenever price touched those zones there is always a bounce off, price had just re-bounced the latter recently and headed upward I believed if the $8600 resistance zone is eventually broken that will mark the end of the fluctuation, else the fluctuation will continue gradually the price is heading towards that zone again.

There are users who are making profits out of this volatility by doing a daily trade but with my experience a good amount of profit can be made during huge fluctuation but not the fluctuation of few hundred Dollars.
Naturally, those that trade in expectations of profiting with these small fluctuations would expect a profit of small amounts if not none. Bitcoin investment is a long term investment, not a short one. Plus, predictions made on a short term of a month isn't even worth calling a prediction. Not many factors could be made with that short month and most holders and trade analysts are actually analyzing and prediciting the price once the halving occurs or by the end of the year at the least.

It's just fairly small movements in the market we are seeing every so often, but I wouldn't call them very impactful, since it's what happens every day and BTC is fairly stable compared to it in previous years.

There are some people that trade off these flucations and they do manage to make small profit margins, but that's usually really hard to call and it's more luck then actual good speculation.

Don't think we're are going to see anything cool from BTC until 2020, just going to be pretty small movements.

Why not?
If you can do it right then those are still profits.
Small or huge those are fluctuation that might make you some money specially when you are doing it with high numbers.
A pump is what I see for bitcoin. The stability or the low fluctuation took already long enough for it to go back now at 5 digits of value.

We share a similar opinion, but one that's less popular because you will only satisfy people by saying that we will break through the $20k mark before the end of the year, while that obviously isn't going to happen at all.

We have seen the price go up way more than many expected, so why are people so upset that the price is taking a healthy step back? Instead of complaining start accumulating....

If you in January would have told people that we would see $14k this year, they would tell you to seek professional help. Everyone was expecting the price to fall under the $3k mark and bottom out just under/above $1k.

This is the beauty of decentralised investment, it wont stop fluctuating at all, you just need to take advantage of the situation, don't hope that the price will be stagnant, if the price is stagnant its mean there is no demand and supply and the coin is dead

I don't know that. Although this volatility makes the future of the crypto market difficult to predict, another factor that makes the future of Bitcoin difficult to predict is the fact that its use has not increased significantly in 2018, which indicates market stagnation. In fact, mass adoption did not happen as fast as the crypto industry players expected.

In my opinion, yes. whales need a really big market share to make a "pump" and "dump" work. They have to ninja buy a shitload of coins without pumping the price so you want to look for low market cap, low volume and little price action during a relatively long time (weeks to months) when they stack coins getting ready for the pump.

Look also for buy and sell walls appearing and disappearing, they use this type of signals to tell other whales they are ready for the pump. Previously they shill the shit out of the coin they are going to pump" and "dump" and make people believe the price is going up because some good news just came out. They love deception.

Specially if you are doing it constantly and correctly. I am not doing trading right now because I decided that long term retirement fund type of investing is good enough for me and I have managed to have decent amount of money saved thankfully (not enough to do anything like buy a house or get a shop and rent it etc etc but it is enough to sell my car and get a better car) so I can't say how it is right now.

However, back in 2018 when the price was going up and down between 6.5k and 7.2k I was buying and selling constantly, like crazy and then slowed it down during the 3.4k and 4.2k times, then when bitcoin went up to 13k+ I was on hold and had money so I made a decent profit so I stopped it all. Basically all I am saying is this is all possible.

Talking about the fluctuation with the crypto market, there is no end. If it comes to an end, then we can understand crypto market is losing its value. However the usage increases the volatility or the fluctuating feature of the market will be there. This will go off only if the market goes under the control of large scale networks or corporate firms.

You/We don't ever need to expect that cause even local stock have that fluctuation how much more with this volatile market. Price fluctuations are a thing that certainly brings crypto/Bitcoin to its popularity. This scheme has gives a huge benefit to us, in fact, this is a way that we used in the order that we can buy and sell according to our price perspective.

There is a reason why greed is considered to be a character flaw, there is nothing wrong with wanting greater material gain and it could be argued that natural desire has been the fuel for many inventions and discoveries, but it can come to a point in which it becomes an obsession and that is what we see in this market too frequently, the market already gave incredible profits to anyone that was ready to take them and for many the recovery is still not enough, they want more but we know the market is not going to move according to their wishes and if they keep trading expecting to see further growth most likely they will lose money instead of earning it.

Change is the only constant, I'll post when I see a clear trend again but for now the price is just a normal market sorting between buyers and sellers.

I'm looking for a bounce here as a sign we have perhaps beaten previous selling, however its always speculation if it will do any coordination with a prior sequence of falls or rising prices.

A good point to take would be if we can hold above the 8 day average price, we already lost the short term bounce in action over the weekend.   See how we fair in asia trading, a dip before we rise back to 8500 is possible.

I think we will see the end to this price fluctuations by the end of January to early February 2020. In this year of 2019, not much has happened in the cryptocurrency market since only the bitcoin price got the major price pump while the entire altcoins market is down. maybe we will see some developments in early 2020.

Price fluctuations is normal. Everyone wanted bitcoin volatility to slowdown because it has been the issue. Many questioned how can bitcoin becomes a normal mode of payment if its level of volatility is too high. Bitcoin's chances of becoming mainstream worldwide is for its fluctuations to stabilize. Or it could be that once bitcoin reaches its value in trillion dollars then it will be harder for its price to have a big upward or downward movements. A true bitcoin fanatic should be thinking long term and not just for short term profits. Remember that every major pump follows a major correction. That correction could be even deeper than.

Price is moving sideways, lately. It is in accumulation stage. Any movement from here on will lead to a trend. There can be a continuation or trend reversal. The immediate resistance is of $8800 and immediate support is of $7700. BTC just bounced back from the support but isn't able to cross the resistance. Any breakout from here will define a long term trend. This isnt the time to jump in a trade until and unless there is some clear indicator.

Sometimes, these fluctuations may actually not be small to the traders, it all depends on how much the trader is trading with, imagine a trader buying about 10 btc when the price was at $7800 which will all know how the price recovered back to like $8000, if the trader sell the 10 btc at that time, it means he or she must have made at least $2000 on that transaction alone just within a week, which I even think that bitcoin went back and forth within that range almost twice, it is only when we trade with a very low amount that we usually count such fluctuation profit as small, and the biggest of them all is when you leverage, leveraging does not know how small the fluctuation is, the more you leverage is the more that you get from the trade.

The price went down significantly yesterday, did you take advantage of it? I say this because most the time I see people claiming they want the market to move more abruptly and then when it does they get scared and then they get out of it instead of taking advantage of it, however the kind of fluctuation that we are seeing in the market happens really fast, this is not something that you could take advantage if you are an investor instead of a trader.

What I can predict is that bitcoin cannot go lower than $7000 no matter how dip it may want to go, and anytime from now or when it dips further to $7000 is when the bull run will start, and with everything that I am seeing now, I don’t think that it will be more than a month more before we actually climb back to the previous $10000 which I think it is the one that will now set the mark for another uptrend for bitcoin.

The downtrend is almost over, all the corrections that we will be seeing for the year is what we have seen already, and from now on, I think we will be seeing the price of bitcoin continue to shoot forward. The fluctuation will be over very soon, and the bear that has put us in this downtrend will be finally gone for the season till maybe after the next bull run of bitcoin when they would want to enter the market again.

I'm kind of in awe of what bitcoin did in the past 24 hours, but I'm far from certain that the gains its seen can be held on to.  Even at $8600 bitcoin isn't out of the range it was trading at lately, but on the other hand it is good to see it about $1000 higher than it was.

No idea where the fluctuation is going to end and when bitcoin will start moving in a definite direction, but I am hoping 2020 will be better than this year and I do think that next year there will be a sustained trend one way or another.  I don't think there has been a calendar year that's gone by when that hasn't been true.  I'm just hoping the trend isn't downward, which is always a possibility.

The fluctuations will never end at any point you are expecting it, remember it's an open market and the price manipulation is also present in it. You can do some things about it if you want to go with it or go against it but you have no choice here, so you will end up following with them instead.

I guess we're going to a new price pump. It has been a long time ago, several days had passed but it doesn't change a mere situation wherein bitcoin would go dump. It still holds a worthy price although it had much more way back in 2017. As of now there is a several changes sudden pumps might be a hint for a huge pump later on. It might be hard to predict but as long as bitcoin value are stable at such rates I don't think it would go down to the point it might be dump.

Volatility is the feature that make these decentralized currencies different from others and no one can exactly tell what will happen next a pump or dump situation in the market. But according to me the prices have surged crossing $8500 zone to reach above $9500 and it will rise and we can see a correction after that dropping price and after that next year we will see proper bull run hitting the market taking prices to almost $20k.So wait and just speculate about it.

Lol. You know that things are easier said than done, and I can understand what you are saying, we have many people like that who usually buy every dip, but when the dip comes, they don’t take the advantage of it but start panicking and thinking that the price could even still dip somehow more than what it is.

I don’t think I can blame them that much it is just the uncertainties of people that causes that and the fact that crypto market is purely a volatile market which many people are being careful not to make a wrong decision that could keep them hanging for year. The decision I made to buy bitcoin when it was $19800 is what is still keeping me hanging now for years because I can make much more investment move till I recover that first.

Bitcoin volatility never will end! Volatility and crypto both are bonded with each other! So, sometimes the price will go up and sometimes down! You have to be careful to pick the best time for buying and selling Bitcoin! To me, I think Bitcoin price now started growing, maybe this year, we are not gonna see the bearish season! Bitcoin already broke 10K zone, now again it is going to hit 10k and then 12K USD!

The closest thing we can see the price not fluctuating is during it's trading side ways patters, 2018 it was about $6k-$6500 and the latest this year is about $8k-$8500. However, this is the nature of crypto, it's very volatile that's why whales can manipulate the price more freely as compare to let's say stocks.

And then bitcoin will grow, follow by a bearish trend and then side way pattern until a new break out pattern emerges. So there's no end to this price swings, it's either you adopt or move to another market that has less volatility.

We could possibly be heading to a huge pump. But still the probability is 50/50. Though bitcoin's amount is not yet close to zero and it is still long way to go for bitcoin thus, there are way too many possibilities it might be a long time stable of price till it get decreases or it might be a huge pump depending on how massive bitcoin demand would be on the market. As long as people come in notice bitcoin would be on its way.

We are too impatient for the price to be traded on a price that we want to the point we notice every small movement in the price, it's hard to admit but we are still having a thought that Bitcoin is a bubble that's just waiting to explode or we are impatient to see our profit.
I guess this going to be our character even if the price hit another all-time and traded at $20k or $30, we will still continue doing this stuff,
cheering when the price goes up and get worried every time there is a slip.

A fact is that volatility is good for traders because it gives them opportunities, you can`t make profit with zero volatility! Who really wish volatility to end? I don`t, its good to have it, with volatility we know that supply and demand are always different, and with that we know both can rise exponentially in the future. Its the beauty and the risk of crypto in the same time, we can hope for very high prices in long run, as we can see zero prices, anything is possible and that is one of the things that make crypto market so interesting for all of us!

The fluctuation in the price of bitcoin and in general cryptocurrency as a whole is a practical manifestation of its price volatility. This process in a decentralized cryptocurrency will occur continuously. You do not even need to hope that with an increase in its liquidity or price, the cryptocurrency volatility will fall.
In the past few days, bitcoin has made a lot of noise due to a sharp increase in its price, having risen by two thousand dollars over the course of two days. Although many refer that the reason for this was positive news from China, however, they could hardly affect the price of bitcoin so much. In any case, there is a reason for the cryptocurrency price increase. However, it may consist of a chain of many random factors or until external reasons that are invisible externally.

It never ends, The flactuation is still ongoing because there are sellers and buyers. One can only sure that the price of bitcoin will rise dramatically and anyone can stop it! So let's not be afraid of the downsides  let's take this opportunity to buy some cheap bitcoin again.
In the past some have suggested the price will be more stable if more people begin to that cryptocurrencies and yet the movements that we have seen during the last week are evidence this is probably not true, the price of bitcoin is always going to be unstable and will fluctuate for as long as it exists, and while some may see this as something bad to me this is great news because we will have several opportunities to make money with bitcoin as long as we know what we're doing.

Anyone can predict the price of bitcoin reaching the all time high valuation before halving or to reach a million or a billion dollars but there are some things that needs to make sense for all these rallies, you need to have some sort of realistic usage for everyone to value the coin and if that happens then the price would increase like you said but the rest are just speculation that the price would reach those valuation and it has nothing to do with the reality  :P.

Yeah volatility is always there in the cryptocurrency field and by the way fluctuations also there in the market for sure. When the investment goes to various coins automatically value will be fluctuate from one coin to another coin.
There are big investors also there to push and pull the market. Finally big move also make change in the price which is really give the big profit and loss for the traders.

Never! People will never stop trading! And trading on the global scale will always make fluctuations in the prices. Have in mind that stable currencies need to have stable supply and demand, with cryptocurrencies, especially with bitcoin we know how much is the supply, we know block rewards and what halving means, supply will go down. Supply should be relatively simple, it can be calculated, but what about demand? We all know that demand for cryptocurrencies will rise! We have two factors and the economic laws can be applied to cryptocurrencies here! Don`t expect to see the end of fluctuations any time soon.

the fluctuation never end because halving comming . i predict that price bitcoin will rise up 20000 usd per btc before halving; price can stable above 13000 after some wreks or some days .
this recent move will not stop i think till another high price of bitcoin in history
The fluctuation of btc price really starts from the beginning. Good sign this time price of bitcoin is moving sideways. This could possibly happen the price surge when there is halving so this time it is good to accumulate some btc.
Yes, no doubt the fluctuation is the only reason why people are investing in bitcoin. When the price fluctuates it gives people a chance to sell and buy some coins at a good price so that’s why I like it. When bitcoin was new we know that the price was not like this but now it has become so high it's only because of the pumping and dumping nature of the bitcoins.

The fluctuation of bitcoin is what people regard as the beauty of it. It may not stop but reduce for a certain moment and continue. At the time it reduce, the buyers will come in and it will start fluctuation or volatile.

As in the quote, fluctuation I is the best feature that one can experience with bitcoin. People fear about the market fluctuation while the wise one makes an earning out of the same. None can calibrate the end of price fluctuation, as well can't eliminate the feature out from bitcoin. This is well connected with bitcoin to make a big change in the global economic market.

Fluctuation would never end into this market.Expect for more and it would surely happen anytime without our anticipation.
This had been always the thing we do encounter on everyday.Price do moves from time to time plus we don't even know if
it could swing its price on higher percentage on a short period of time. This what makes Bitcoin is interesting because if it
isn't really that volatile then pretty sure that there were less people who would got involved.Bumpy prices do generate out profit.

The market will become some traditional stuff if the fluctuations stop. No one will enjoy crypto currencies if they become stable at one price. Day trading is totally depending upon the volatile nature of crypto currencies. Volatility is the essence of this market. Though bitcoin does not fluctuate all the time but its fluctuations are able to shake whole market. It will generate new buyers by the end of December.

if the fluctuations stop, the adoption rate will actually be higher. It is true that the conditions you mentioned have added value, but the volatility in the long run will not be good and the sentiment must move to the final nominal limit in order to move the market actively. The current BTC situation has made the altcoin market as a whole saturated with volume still entering a panic and unbalanced phase.

i strongly agree with your opinion that fluctuations is here to stay as people or trader mostly who look at this situation as a way to make money , as an opportunity that you will never find it anywhere else , it is the one and only market.

if you want a stable market with low movement frequency then stock market and any other financial market except crypto is your place.
indeed we have a stable coin , a -claimed- cryptocurrency with less fluctuation even tend to stable.
but are you sure you can trust on something dreamy like those stable coins? stable coins is the biggest scam that so far run so clever behind cryptocurrency.

Not that much profitable by now.
Better to just HODL first.
There are a lot of rumors for December, that could be the moment to take profit back.
You could sell if the price pumps suddenly. But now, I dont think there is a space for another large price dump.
Just looking at how slow it moves, this could be the bottom of bitcoin.

It is during this kind of days that I would choose to just let my coins sleep where they are. The prices are testing both high and low waters. One false move and the prices could fall down. But it also takes only a single movement and the prices could go flying high. But of course sideway movements are much better than downward movements.

This is what makes cryptocurrencies special, when it comes to any other forms of money you do not really know what the governments are doing with the supply, but when it comes to bitcoin the supply is not an issue, we know with a great degree of accuracy how many coins will be created each year, so by far the most important factor when it comes to the value of a cryptocurrency is the demand and if it goes up then it is natural for the price to go up very rapidly as well.

Right now the market is supporting buyers not those who want to cash out some profit. But as far December is concerned, there are maximum chances for bitcoin to set on the track of great pump. The end of December would be probably good time for sellers who are in hurry of making some profit from bitcoin and related crypto currencies. I will suggest holding in December as well because real profit will be available in 2019 as per experts.

The price fluctuation will continue as long as Bitcoin remains decentralized and free from any government or third-party control.

Its price is determined by the law of demand and supply due to the number of people who are willing to pay for such price. In addition, the price is also dependent on external factors (e.g. political agendas, country prohibitions, etc.). Due to this scenario, expect its price to heavily fluctuate from time-to-time and use this as an advantage either for short or long-term investment.

I don't think we need to be confused I think this is bitcoin time to correct the market. and now we are also in the bear market so we don't need to expect too much in this bear market. but rest assured bitcoin can pump again and soon bitcoin will halve I am optimistic that bitcoin will be bull run.
and in my opinion bitcoin is indeed suitable for long-term investments rather than short-term investments.

its not confusing at all if you already know the system because you can predict it where the price will head especially if you will use some tools , analysis and guides that you can find on the forum or online  .

Quote
now we are also in the bear market so we don't need to expect too much in this bear market.
bear market can also give surprises  . just because its bear it will be bear at that duration ? no but it can go down or the price can pump up quickly

but rest assured bitcoin can pump again and soon bitcoin will halve I am optimistic that bitcoin will be bull run.

yes it can  . btc can be a good asset for both long and short term but im more prefer to be a short term hodler because i cant hold enough patience to wait

I don't think it will ever end, because manipulating the crypto market is very easy! Anyone who has a good amount of money can make the price fluctuations easily! Crypto price goes up and down after every news happens in this world. So, It will never be ended!
That is the whole point of crypto or any other market, it is influenced by the news and also people's sentiments. If the people are confident in the coin or let's say stock then the price is gonna explode and vice versa. So price fluctuations are the main reason why people invest in the market to make money by trading in the market swings.

This question has an obvious answer, fluctuation will not end because we are in crypto where volatility is very high.
people came here to trade, to day trade to be exact and without fluctuation this market is not going to be attractive, I mean its gonna be boring.

people came to play because they want to employ their TA and FA here, and because this market is very unpredictable, it adds up more on the excitement and that's why even if sometimes the market looks dead, its still going to recover because whales are here to save it, actually they are the ones who are doing the pump and dump which we called as market manipulation.

This seems to be correct, many want the volatility to end but I do not see why you can earn in this market an amount of money that could take you years in any other market without using leverage and that is if you invest in bitcoin if you are feeling like taking the risk you could invest in icos and take your chances, and even if the odds are low if you are one of the few that select the right coin then you can easily make enough money to never have to work again.

Market is really unpredictable and fluctuation is just a normal in crypto market, we don't know when it will go up or down tha is why making a target price is really important  and a stop loss in case when a sudden drop of price.

And even thou there is a fluctuation we can still take advantage by buying in cheal and selling it high and that's the time you can make a lot of profit.

of course bitcoin price fluctuations will never end. because since the beginning bitcoin was created indeed has a high volatility. and right now if bitcoin fluctuations are low maybe the best attitude we do is wait. I think the bitcoin market is correcting. and I'm sure after this bear market has passed and after defending two bitcoins can get to the moon again. bitcoin investment does require extra patience especially when we enter bitcoin at a bear market like now.

Though Bitcoin price fluctuations will not end but I hope its price will remain strong in a price zone like 10-12K USD, or 20-25K USD with the time! Nothing can stop BTC's price fluctuation, as it is a decentralized asset! So, we just can desire to see Bitcoin at a higher price! Though its price is below 10K USD, but I hope it will overcome 10K and will remain strong there.

Everyones talking about these 200day moving averages etc. but it seems like we're slicing through them like butter recently. The middle bband on the weekly chart is all I'm looking at. Historically when we pierce below this line we're in bear-market mode and have a real hard time breaking above it. This looks to be no different. There was an attempt at breaking above it on our pump to 10.5k but we can safely say that was rejected quite heavily.

I don't want to sound all doom and gloom but I can see that middle bband acting as resistance for the foreseeable future. Best case scenario we paint an ascending triangle pattern with a break of the bband around Jan 2020, similar to our 3k recovery.

The fluctuation will actually end, though that would be later in future when the mining of bitcoin has really decrease because the more the supply of bitcoin comes close to coming to an end, the more that the fluctuation in bitcoin will reduce.

This is the reason some experts believe that one day, the value of bitcoin will become stable after the last coin has been mined as it would have grown in value so much that the price will be so expensive to even buy for any whale to any market player to be able to use it to manipulate the market, but for now, I think that the market is still going to be subject to lots of fluctuation which is going to really be a blessing in disguise because it is through this fluctuation that we can make money from trading it.

As long as your predictions are based on facts then no one can say to you that you are being negative about the prospects of the market, I also believe the market will probably not recover as many members are expecting and we will see a slow decrease in the price of bitcoin and most cryptocurrencies, this is not really popular since everyone always want the market to go up but this can be a great opportunity to buy bitcoin for a good price before the halving.

Fluctuation would never end and if it does then people would switch up to other things which are volatile knowing that we do make money out of these movements and if its gone nor become stable then this wont be different with fiat.

Don't hope for fluctuation ending as long theres buyers and sellers there would always be a movement but there are really times which intensity of movements aren't really that
high and that's the time we should refrain on doing active trades on a sideways market.
