What is the top 10 exchanges which all the investors trust it?

For me https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges is providing the best list of the trusted exchange site with actual volume without the manipulation that created by the marketcap site itself. coingecko is better than CMC.
There was a trust score method that can determine the best exchange site. You can get it on the cryptorank.io too.

What is definition of our top exchange? Total volume of over all coin or top volume in BTC only because many big exchange don't offer altcoins or if ever they offer altcoins then it only few altcoins so comparing them with overall volume is quite bias.

Let's assume top exchange in terms of BTC volume and number of organic user that trades in exchange.

I don't trust other exchange volume such as Binance, Okex, Upbit, Huobi and Bittrex which most probably the top exchange that most user will recommend.

I would suggest you use any of the 1-20 or 1-100 exchanges. If you are an average trader and you can't afford going through kyc then use any of the exchanges that does not demand kyc from average traders.

If trust factor. Then I'm right. Coinbase the best. Check their license to operate and compare it to other exchange. Thanks me later

I personally have a very good experience with Bitstamp.

CoinMarketCap is listing its top cryptocurrency exchanges based on volume (though some are questioning the data supplied to CMC) but here it is for all to see: https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/.

Now, on matter of trust, I would go for Binance, Kucoin, Bittrex, Coinbase, CoinTiger, LATOKEN, Huobi Global, Hotbit, OKEx, Bithumb Global, Kraken and Bitfinex. Now, am sure each of these exchanges has different issues and concerns so it can be a matter of personal choice and experience. One exchange can be performing good for one user while may not be the same with another. As always, beware and be careful.

I am expecting that by 2020, there will be more players in this growing market but there will also be those that will be closing shops due to unstable revenues and profits. This is just a normal business where they come and they go.

You can trust my list above, they have a lot of investors and can be trusted of course. You might see another exchange when you are searching for it on Coinmarketcap or Coingecko based on adjusted volume, the reason why I did not list them despite the huge volume they have because they are mostly using a bot or do wash trading. But My list is not using any bot or do wash trading on their platform and their volume is 70% comes from their investor.

Coming from roger ver news website? Seems legit at all. And also bitstamp as preference? That's make sense.

The top exchanger that I currently use and I believe is Binance. In addition to binance, Kucoin and Okex are exchangers who have large transaction volumes and this indicates that the exchanger is widely trusted by investors

You want to list it for their user trust rate, I guess.People has a lot of option for trading.
Some people loves Binance and other hate from it. Some people use Yobit, and the other ones think it is SCAM. There is no regulation about exchanges. And unfortunately, we should try and learn which exchange we can trust.

I think Binance deserves to be in the number one position in the crypto market because the trading volume of this exchange is always very high and is evaluated by a lot of investors. In my opinion, you should not trust the data at CMC because this site has very funny ratings and cannot eliminate fake trading volumes.

Personally, I usually only trust investor ratings because they participate in a lot of transactions so they usually have the most accurate conclusions. Hopefully in the near future exchanges with virtual trading volumes will soon be excluded from this market.

Trusted exchanges in crypto space are not up to 10, the only way you can see this is through past history of successful IEO projects, those exchanges that have good record should be the only ones on your lists, binance is the first, follow by okex and gate before huobi, they rest are just trying to keep up e.g bitmex, bithumb and bittrex

Not an investor, I think you mean is large trading volume. An exchange that has a large trading volume does not mean to be trusted, many also manipulate it. Some of comments above are enough to know which exchanges are good based on public judgment.

I think to determine the top exchange it needs several criteria not only limited to a large volume because it can be manipulated. What's important is user satisfaction when using their services.

Each person's references are certainly different, trusting an exchange. famous exchanges or have the best reputation, of course, preferred by many investors. in my opinion maybe more investors like to choose large volumes, this is certainly guaranteed.

If in my daily life I prefer to look at a mobile application platform like Screenshot below. I like it because it always updates every day about the highest exchange volume, and here there is also an analysis feature in trading, complete with crypto news every day.

You all shared the same exchanges like Binance, Bittrex, Huobi, Yobit, Okex, Coinbase and i think the difference will be in the IEO or listing fees as they ask fees for IEO.

We can use the data in CMC to determine which are the top exchanges in the market but this is only based on trading volume and number of trading pairs, not based on what people's experience about using the certain site.

Also, put in mind that even if the exchange is listed in top 1, it doesn't mean that all people love it .

So it is best not to look at the rankings on CMC.

Except you can't trust the volume. Last time i have checked them, they were all wash trading without any liquidity to speak of with obscene spreads. (Except those on the list provided earlier by DaMut, they were cool.)

We have different criteria on choosing cryptocurrency exchange and all cryptocurrency exchange that you have provided are the good and reputable exchange. But, I have binance, bittrex and okex account. I usually use my binance account when I do trading and this exchange has also mobile application that we can download in playstore and in appstore. Lastly, I know most of the trader here have an account in binance and we all know that they have own coin which is the bnb and it is also belonged to the top rank cryptocurrency.

Most crypto forums, chatgroups, IEO, or projects always want to list their coin on Binance. It has been the go-to exchange for crypto who wants to make a big impact. But I think there are many exchanges that offer better features and lesser fees than Binance but do not have the market presence. Do not fully trust Coinmarketcap because several times I have seen their mistakes in auditing. P2PB2B Has been in Top Coinmarketcap and in my opinion this is the wrong thing. So don't use Coinmarketcap benchmarks to determine whether the top Ranking is correct or not. directly and research here can already be seen that many people give opinions on which exchange is the best

to choose an exchange I think is not just a matter of ranking and volume. try some and judge them. because for daily trading I usually choose not only because of large trading but the convenience of using features that are simple and not difficult will be the main choice.

Yeah volume exchanges sometimes are manipulated by bots, to determined good exchanges we have to try it by ourself. Do research with their performance, transaction speed, fees, and other things and compare it with another exchanges. Eventhough the best and the most famous exchange right now is binance, but i think there are also many good exchange with the same quality as binance but not famous yet

Very agree with you, because there are some projects that are not listed on 10 exchanges that are very difficult to pump the price of their tokens, this proves that 10 exchanges are very much visited by investors.

why you are asking ? may i know whats your purpose of this or you want it for your research  . you know on some projects ? because there are many researchers here that ask simillar questions  but any way im not an active trader/investor although i know some familliar exchanges .  i tried to mention a few which are  :   binance , kuckoin , houbi  , okex , etherdelta , forkdelta ,   . binance is my top 1 and the last would be fd   . the rating was also based on me so feel free to compare it with others

Opinion based out of experienced is additional factor in choosing good exchange, you don't have to base your criteria from what you have read but personal experienced is much better in choosing your list.  First you can google it down and try to check every information that will point you to every exchange and if you have time to create your account, it's best to have one for you to check and experience why the exchange has been listed to the top.

Everyone indicates different exchange as the best one. There are a lot of things which compose to this definition, whole background, security, contact with community, trading pairs and so on. I chose Yobit, Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, Kucoin, Hitbtc and Coineal. they pretty good and adequate to me, and has all the most important features which require from reliable exchange.

There's a lot of best crypto exchange, but only 1 exchange got shine and beat the top 1, and it's Binance. If you sign up with multiple exchanges, you can set up bots to exploit arbitrage opportunities or price differences between various coins, and link them all together, also you can check your portfolio with CoinTracking.

if you look at coinmarketcap, top 10 exchange list contains fake volumes and some of those exchanges you should avoid. list that must be avoided: P2PB2B, Coineal, ChainX, MXC, IDAX, VINDAX, LATOKEN because this exchange in my opinion is not feasible to use because there are some pretty serious problems there such as fake volume, promotion of IEO scam projects , etc.

I've only used one on that list, binance and I would say if anyone is looking for a legitimate exchange that isn't going to give you any problems, go with them.  However I *have* heard good things about most of the other exchanges on your list.  Okex I've never heard of.

Coinbase is probably ideal if you're looking to just buy bitcoin with fiat, as long as you aren't using it for gambling or whatever else they track (because they do track you).  You're out of luck with them if you're wanting to trade altcoins, tho.

Simply go to https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/ you will find it. But the exchanges listed in there sometimes don't correspond to reality, so you should try them directly and make sure that they are indeed worthy of being called the best 10 exchanges.

note: the best exchange usually has a high volume, many pair options, low fee transactions, fast market movements, fast withdrawals & deposits, and fast response cs.

None of the exchanges are trusted and "safe" enough to keep your investment for a long run. All exchanges have vulnerability no matter how much they scream about their top notch security. It is never a good practice to hold your investment on an exchange. Based on what do you want to list the top 10 exchanges? Each exchange provides different feature (or same but better). You can go to coinmarketcap and look for top 100 exchanges based on volume.

You can always check the site of CMC, but as far as I know, this site is manipulating volumes and is a paid site to advertise exchange that are unknown. So, be extra careful and don't put your trust easily on it. The best option I can giive you is coingecko.com  (https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges).

Coinbase is a great and reliable exchange but exchanges like Binance, Okex, or Huobi are also good. They have more options to trade for traders than Coinbase.

Nowadays, it is extremely hard to find good exchanges, and I would never trust ratings that were made by third party websites, especially coinmarketcap. I have five exchanges to share: Binance, Huobi, Okex, Gate.io and Kucoin.

I wanna suggest you to Coinbase but there are few coin you can buy or trade. Binance, Okex and BIBOX I trust, if my list more increase then Bitmex, Bittrex, bithumb etc. Binance and Bittrex has more than 250 and 265 trading pair where you can buy and also trusted. Okex has more 400 pair. But you shouldn't follow top CMC lists because there has some fake volume exchange list like P2PB2B exchange.

Judgments like this make it more detailed than limited to personal experiences that everyone is different, if this is taken thoroughly. Based on personal experience, I like trading at Binance and Kucoin the most, while for dex I like Idex.

It doesn't make sense to rely on Coinmarketcap and Coingecko data these days.

No, this is only a small part like what you can find in the reference source that I have mentioned. There are many other exchanges that you can also find at CMC. Not all exchanges require participants to fill KYC, unless you exceed the daily withdrawal limit set.

To me, there is something to consider before saying an exchange is a top exchange, one of it is the user base, volume and security (although all exchanges aren't truly secured). Now, considering this, I can only name just few exchanges which I have used and believe they are worth it; Binance, Gate, Kucoin, Bitmax, Okex, Coinall and Huobi.

The most important is how these exchanges provide security for every account holder. It is important also to consider their market volume as it helps to measure its market capability and it helps to attract traders/investors. As for me, I'd often to use those exchanges that had already existed for a long time and no negative reviews for us to get assurance and safety of our funds.

I think every investor has a different point of view and I'm sure not all investors have the same in choosing a coin, but you can predict it by looking at how the price and trading volume move from because usually Bitcoin has very high trust, many investors prefer it in bitcoin rather than altcoin.

Top ten exchanges varies . We can't always see the chart to be the same everyday . But there are top ten exchanges that I can also mention is , Binance,  Okex , Huobi, BW, Gate, Dcoin, Yobit, Latoken etc. The most important thing is having to trade in an exchange that produce good volume and list good projects.

If its on top, that doesn't necessarily mean that its good for you, your trading strategy and the coin you choose to trade with, to add withdrawal options as one more important factor. For example I can't trade on binance and some other exchanges cause my country is not supported. Even thou I'm registered on many exchanges I'm active on just couple at the time, and for some time kucoin is the best choice for me, after them crex24 and idex market. I test some decentralised exchanges like Changelly and wavesdex and I can say they are very interesting for now.

When I am to consider an exchange, I first look at the team of the exchange and their success story, I look at what they have achieved in the past and the business they have been doing, even if they have not been doing business, there is supposed to be something that will show the quality of a good leader and a very great team in them.

Volume also matters to me, but not all these fake volumes, which I try as much as possible not to get deceived by some of these new projects that usually do increase their volume to make it seems like they have been in the business for a long time. It is only some of these big exchanges that you have mentioned that I know would not fake volume because they have already expanded past this stage.

No exchange is worth you risking funds. its not advisable to leave your hard earned funds in an exchange no matter how reputably good the exchange is. exchanges are prone hack even the almighty binance was hacked. as for me my funds are always kept in a cold storage wallet and can be sent when needed to an exchange after which i withdraw it back to my cold storage wallet.

Virtually many of them now require kyc for you to be able to deposit or withdraw funds through them, but there is still an exemption for some people, and those are the people that maybe fall for the first level of some of this exchanges which they limit them to certain amount of fund.

Like luno of Africa now, I know you have a limit of transaction you can make in a month, and until you do kyc, you will not get to transaction higher amount, and for binance also, they have a particular level too that you can use to still make your trades and exchanges without having to do kyc, but the moment you are crossing that limit, there is no way you can pass through without doing their kyc, so it is better you have it in mind that many of them now do kyc.

same here on that wallet that i use . it also free to sign up once you are on level one but once you want to upgrade for level 2 and higher levels , you will be needing to upload some of your documents like i'd and selfie or oftenly called a kyc  . the bad part about kyc is that it takes time for them to validate to lift your account limits . still its always adviceable to use under the top 10 exchange  even if they have a kyc but atleast they are more secure and more legit  .

I basically use the exchange Binance. I never had a problem with her. For me, this is the best exchange. Also I still like Kucoin and Huobi. I don't use other exchanges.

I think that these exchanges are good for trading but they do not have a large number of new and promising projects that can bring a large amount of profit in the future

Trust is an expensive word and when it comes to exchanges many things comes to play, such as volume. Nevertheless, talking about exchanges which can warrant trust, the first would be Binance because despite its challenges it still came back strong with more features and functions. Another is Okex and it's partner exchanges, owing to their seamless processes. Others includes Kucoin, Huobi, Gate and BitMax, this is all I can mention for now.

There are lots of exchange in this crypto space. But very few of them are fully trusted by most of the people or investors. For me the most trusted and use ful one is binance. After that coinbase huobi and okex are also good. I also like decentralised exchange too. That's why i like idax and ddex. Also switcheo vote is also a good exchange. There are lot like bittrex bithubm and many more but i dont use them normally.

This is a good list, but I see that people are not mentioning decentralized exchanges, because there are certain infections, most especially those who do not like Bering involved in KYC, who prefer DEXes like Idex and some others, but Idex is more popular among others.

In my own opinion there are criterias to focus on while saying this exchange or that exchange is a top cryptocurrency exchange be it centralized or decentralized although most decentralized exchanges are still struggling. However to classify an exchange as a top exchange the first thing to put into consideration is security followed by volume then users. On the basis the first exchange I can mention is Okex, then Binance, Huobi, Gate, Kucoin and lastly Bittrex.

I do not know why people choose centralized exchanges such as Binance, Okex or kucoin, even though decentralized exchange in my opinion is better and safer than centralized,

Don't worry there must be someone who really likes decentralized exchange, after all, he was not wrong in expressing their respective opinions. Maybe he is the type of person who feels not weighed down by the KYC process.

You can see the top exchange of the Coinmarketcap website can already be considered valid information because of the statistics they have on the website.

I advise for regular exchange I used Binance, Kucoin, Upbit, Yobit and many markets when I sold my gift and airdrop tokens. But many people are troubled at KYC who are very afraid at the risk of kidnapping data and he is very careful. My suggestion to use DEX is more simple without having to KYC and register, just make an input wallet on them like the very popular IDEX now.

Everyone will always mention Binance, that's the number one cryptocurrency exchange, but I do like Coinbase. Maybe it's because it is the first exchange that I started making use, but I have always trusted them and I feel they have the best security so far because I have been following up with them since I joined this community. There are a lots of exchanges available in the market. But there are very few where you can put your trust. You can check about top exchanges in coinmarketcap or coingecko but some exchanges fake their volume it's easy to be fool. I would suggest you exchanges like Binance, huobi, Okex, Bitterx, Kucoin. These are centralised exchanges. I also prrefer centralised exchanges like ddex , Binance Dex, ViteX exchange, switcheo. But whichever you use always read some review and then go for it. That's the safest option don't fully trust anyone.

I often use binance and kucoin for trading. All have cycles, I am most interested in IEO in Binance, there are quite a lot of coins and tokens that are successful IEO there and it gives a lot of benefits to investors. It is better to choose a global and trusted exchange, it gives a guarantee that if there is an error it will try to be resolved if possible.

Of course there are many exchanges, I might not mention up to 10 but can give account of those I have consistently and they looked satisfactory. Another thing is, we should be responsible of our funds security. The first is Binance exchange, with its mobile app which is constantly updated, it makes the exchange easily accessible not to forget it's trading features. Nowadays fake volumed exchanges are taking place on the top in Coinmarketcap but in comparison with the real volume, I believe Coinbase is the best exchange ever, after that Binance, Kraken, Huobi, Bitfinex, Bitstamps, Bittrex, Kucoin, Ploniex will come! the words "trust" and "exchange" are those words that cannot be close to each other. exchanges exist only in order to provide exchange services and in order to be able to earn money on trading. you don’t need to trust them.

I wouldn't trust that list too much. It has Poloniex listed on 5th place with a trust score of 10. It started to decline since it was sold to Circle. I wouldn't give it 10. Poloniex is having issues and is not going to survive on thsi market without major changes.

Also many of the listed exchanges are local and popular in certain regions like China. Some allow US citizens some don't. It's hard to say which exchanges are the best worldwide if you don't have access to them from your country.

You are right recently many exchanges changes policies and now many fake trading volumes and with too much issues even crypto related exchanges never give priority to support now most of them are change in shit exchanges once I have issue with poloniex and submit ticket then I have to wait for 2 months then reply came and this was not complete its really poor marketing by them.

I have been using exchanges such as binance, gate, kucoin, bittrex, huobi for a long time and I never had any problems with withdrawing or depositing, that's why I trade on these exchanges and advise you to do it on these exchanges too, and so in general there are still a lot of good exchanges.

It's good to know that many people here knows much about crypto top exchange markets. But in my point of view, my top 10 markets are: Coinmarketcap, Binance, Kucoin, Bittrex, Coinbase, CoinTiger, LATOKEN, Yobit, OKEx, and Bithumb.

Fake volume, displays fake prices too, accepts all coins and new tokens without selection, that is a feature of shitexchange. Should be aware. I most do not like if there are new coins or tokens that do not want to spend funds for listing on a more potential exchange for the continuity of the product, there is a sense of regret if I had time to support it, but there is nothing to do but accept it.
My number 1 choice is Binance as the best exchange, this is entirely a personal assessment, because every token and coin that will be listed there will definitely have a high value, demand increases.

I can say that Binance is the king for me but still all of those exchange have their own flaws. It really depends on your experience, what exchange provides you better service than others. As I remember binance has an issue before even if it was sonehow leading. They are being hacked by someone on the year 2016 i guess and a lot of money are lost. However, its founder was professional enough to handle the situation and was transparent on what happen so I believe that Binance was the number one for me.

I agree with these list. I often use kucoin and didnt had any problem encountered until now. Well we have different reasons why we think an exchange is good to use or better than the others thats why trying each one of those is better to know what best suits your preference.

Binance has been talked about a lot in the past few years, and this exchange makes me feel very comfortable to use it, so far there hasn't been any problems with me. However, in the past this exchange has been hacked more than 7000 BTC and that makes me a little worried about keeping money here. This is still a reliable exchange and should not worry too much anyway.

First and foremost no exchange can be trusted 100% there can only be a certain level of trust one can have on these exchanges which is why it is important to understand the risks involved before getting involved with any exchange. Most of the exchange is trusted but we can say which one is better by comparing their support, Transaction fees, currency pair, etc. It that case I can say Binance, Bittrex, Kucoin is good. This thing will be happen if we deal with centralized system. There will be many ways for some hacker to try to hack the platofrm we just have to see it or move our asset to our own wallet like trezor and etc but actually the platfom need centralized exchange to move it to money fiat. But greatfully there are some exchange which can be able to change our money when there is something bad happen. i think good exchanges not only binance, there are also another exchanges that have good liquidity and also good services. the most important thing was how developer team could keep investors faith by developting project well. when they able delivery good product and good work progress i am sure exchanges will be second factor that influence to price.

Most total supply of what? traders? of all coins? Binance is overrated despite it had a hacking incident but they've managed to make themselves mighty by refunding the affected ones.

My list is short, KuCoin and Crex24, and idex market as decentralized. Recently, I started to use switch.ag, nice decentralized project, I used for selling some tokens I have and I am thinking to pay more attention to this exchange, I think they will become popular over time. KuCoin and Idex market are the two places I visit almost every day, crex24 has some pairs I need and I visit this exchange when I need, maybe once per week. I don't like to complicate too much.

Just try to add some like kucoin, bithumb, binance jex, and upbit too. People have very well known about what was the worst exchange site based on the manipulated list that created by CMC.
As far as I know if even the major exchange sites are still having some problems with the washtrading volume.

When it comes to trading, its wise to stick with large exchange who has stood the test of time. There are several scam exchange who are hiding in the cloak of maintenance and gas suspended withdrawals for over a month, exchange like bcnex who raised over 80 million dollars, has nothing to show for it. I feel really bad about this exchange, because I had a good feeling about the prospect of the exchange, but I'm disappointed by what it has turned into.
