That means you want to sell your prediction about soccer. Its seems you are acting like trading signal seller. Can I ask you why it's necessary to sell your prediction or syndicate signal ? You may make millions by your own syndicate. There is no enough reason to trust you. I know there would be syndicate but they would play by themselves. I don't think they have enough time to sell their signal. So it would be a scam attempt.

This is one way to market a scam, to (try to) prove this is not one, you would need to provide more evidence, this means exposing the too secret even more.

Such people claim to have fixed match but i wonder why they can't use such information profit themselves secretly and silently. You are right, syndicates exists and they have a lot of clout too but the OP provided no evidence to back up anything they claim, they cannot be taken seriously.

And if there is any doubt about crossing over the criminality line the law enforcement agencies will pounce if they hear about it.
