What exactly are you accusing them of? I can see a few ways this could go wrong: they might refuse to pay, essentially scamming participants; or they can say the real project is responsible for paying. It's not clear to me what exactly is going on. If they're actually impersonating the project they might earn red trust. If they're just saying bad things about it - no.
