Title: Saphire RX 580 Nitro+ 8gb mining help Post by: Econ25 on October 26, 2019, 03:03:34 PM Hi All,
Having a problem with my Rig, Recently the hash rates where around 27/28 which is a bit low for the Saphire so I have just re-flashed the card with the bios mod process etc and now I am getting over 30 mhs on most of the cards except for 3 of the 8 cards. 3 of them for some reason are all hashing at exactly 20.18 each and I can't figure out why. Anyone got any ideas or seen this before? Half of me thinks three of the cards didn't take to the BIOS update but I would have expected to get an error and I didn't Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks Title: Re: Saphire RX 580 Nitro+ 8gb mining help Post by: MATHReX on October 26, 2019, 05:45:52 PM Did you copy the strap of 1:1500 to the higher numeric straps or did you used custom bios file to flash the cards?
For the latter, The custom straps are not working good for the 3 out of 8 cards. I'll recommend navigating the three cards, flashing original bios and copy the 1:1500 strap to the higher numeric straps and then OC memory. A bit of a nightmare with this today. ATIWinFlash doesn't work with 3+ multi-gpu system. So, figure out the three cards you want to flash, disconnect rest, flash them, then repeat the cycle for the rest of the cards.
