The content of this thread is a little off-topic base on your title.

From my experience binary options are a alternative form of gambling. I am yet to see a trader who can accurately predict price action in certain timeframes. It can be a form of entertainment and fun, but I don't think it can be a viable form of trading.

So when I register and get 10 USDT is it for binary options or can I exchange other coins?
To be honest I am still doubtful seeing from Coinmarketcap BitOffer there is no data to display so I do not know how the development of this exchange, in terms of appearance is quite interesting.

Just I have registered. Got 10 USDT on the Bonus account. There is a transfer button there from the bonus account to the main account but it did not work. It is not like regular trading but it is marketed as trading all over the world. It is banned in many countries but still people are into it. It probably lies between gambling and trading. It will work as a trading only in the long term but it is a put gambling practice in short and very short timeframe.

With a $ 10 bonus just for trading demo and it can't be withdrawn, I think this has often been done on other platforms as well just to attract customers, it's not really giving you a bonus of $ 10.

No dear, I know that Nobody will give even little amount money freely. I just tried to check for giving a clear idea for other people here. So that people don't waste their time by trying this for nothing.  

Apparently it's not a demo or play money. They said in their thread on my local board that you need to earn $100 to be able to withdrawal that $10, or something like this.

How so? Mane exchanges or big ventures tend to give free money for people to do something or join their website at the earliest stage. Stellar does that every time and several exchanges in my country already gave real free money for you to register and do KYC. It's called marketing.
