In Bitcointalk you can refer to below boards for market discussion, Charts etc.,
  • Seculation: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=224.0
  • Trading Discussion: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=8.0

Or you can even use TradingView which is a platform where traders publish their charts and explain their prediction. You also pick any exchange chart of required coin pair and do you TA. I is like trader work book. In trading view you can also, create your pin script and back test it, set alerts and any more features.

Not familiar with tradingview, but features look pretty extensive features, which will appear to come at a premium (https://www.tradingview.com/gopro/?source=footer&feature=pricing).

Been using just some basic charts and just getting back into crypto chart reading and possibly some light trading.
  • https://cex.io/btc-usd (Simple and straight forward, handful of pairs to choose from).
  • https://www.binance.com/en/trade/pro/BTC_USDT (More in depth with additional options, understand a few of the detailed options but not a trader by day)

Not sure what other exchanges have this feature available but I typically refer to this list when see something in the news/etc. and digging for more information - https://next-prod.coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/

First you should understand the charts and all the trading concepts. The best and free way to do is to search Youtube videos tutorials on charting and analysis. You do not need to spend any money, everything is freely available on you tube. Once you get good knowledge then you can start studying the charts and do your own analysis to see if you analysis is correct.

There is a good guide from @GreatArkansas on how to use Stop loss orders. It's sure that the topic does not really relate to apps/ softwares to observe price charts that what you asked for. However from the chart, the final purpose of you is to earn as many profits as possible while minimise losses as less as possible. In that aspect, the topic makes sense: One of the Best Weapons in Trading (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5173189.0)

Tradingview is one of the best websites you can use to study charts. It's got almost all the features and it even gets better if you buy the pro version.
I love using it to analyze charts.

My favorite indicators are RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands and EMA

Trading view is probably the best choice but there are many others which are similar.
Can't reply in favourite things in chart question since i don't know what u meant with it. If you are looking for websites to study charts i would recommend Babypips and Newscrypto school program.
Best wishes!

I have noticed two charting schools on Babypips, Newscrypto.io etc... You should look at which one is more suitable for you as I'm not sure which one is better. I'm not for 100% sure but i think Babypips is more focused on Forex trading, whereass Newscrypto is more focused on crypto charting.

Like most other suggested go with tradingview which is the best of its kind compared to the alternatives available for it.

But I need to tell something,is that studying chart is much important? Not really though because there will be unexpected bump and dumps will most likely happen so it will help you if you are going to trade in minimal time period but for longer its good to know but not ensure profits from the indicators.
