Yes he should be since he is related with all the accounts in Case 1 as you've mentioned and one of them is banned but then again depends on how much mods are convinced with the proof of connection of those accounts since spreadsheets forms are open and anyone can fill them so there is no surety that the actual owner filled that. As for the ban evasion it is difficult case. If Incognito01 account did not evade the ban and was sold, and after that became active, then there’s nothing to ban it. This is if we reason formally. Merit transactions between the suspected accounts and use of the same username can't be a coincidence. Just calm yourself down and wait for the ban to take effect. |
