What do you mean with "stuff added at the end"? To which address were you trying to send and how did you send to the wrong one?

If you really sent to the wrong address, then there is nothing you can do, but it is still weird how you copy pasted an address and messed up sending to the wrong one. I don't think this would happen by you adding some characters at the end (the address would be invalid). In that case, if I was you, I would worry about having an clipboard malware that changes the address you copy to one owned by the hacker.

You have sent to a bunch of addresses and it's not really clear what you've done.
If all the other addresses you've sent to are intended and the only one "incorrect" is 3P8xgeBSsYLYUPQBJBQNDKjBhdQqKw6Ycj, then most probably it's a change address in your wallet, which means that it's money that "returns" to your wallet, just into a different address in the wallet.

What wallet are you using?

Please help us understand your situation.
Did you want to send the funds to the address you posted (https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/address/3P8xgeBSsYLYUPQBJBQNDKjBhdQqKw6Ycj), or was it another address?  From where did you copy the address you wanted to use?  Is it a hardware or a desktop wallet?

Was this an attempted withdrawal from an exchange or gambling site (or some other custodial type wallet system on a website)? ???

If so, and you were just trying to send money to that one address, and you copy/pasted and the address ended up being modified, then chances are that you have the clipboard malware. You need to scan your computer for viruses/trojans/malware immediately.

You can test by trying to copy/paste various BTC addresses and seeing if they are modified when you paste them.

Personally, if the machine was infected, I would be inclined to wipe the entire machine and reinstall the OS from scratch :-\

You haven't describe the full matter clearly on your topic yet but its a sign of "clipboard malware". You may visit this thread to be confirm what actually happened with you.
