I googled it and nodes are not even developed yet so there really could be just one server like you said so it sounds like some shitty centralized system that couldn't be more centralized.
My bet is that this will not be decentralized at any point. It will be hyped by their "ambassadors" and dumped by the team.

Pinetwork has almost 1 million pioneers and i am not so sure why. I guess its because its pretty cool to get crypto with a phone which is something everyone has. But what exactly is the point? You cant withdraw yet and will Pi be listed on an exchange? What will the use of it be?

There 4 other mobile miners. Electrum. Its fake mining. Phonuem which is like pi. Plexu and mibcoin are real mining coins that your phone actually mines on. Have a look into it and see for yourself.

this is all complete nonsense. such coins are just a waste of your time. You should not have any relations with such projects and you will definitely help the cryptocurrency market become healthier if such projects are not supported by you

Come on, you must understand that those numbers don't mean anything. "2000 pi coins" of what total supply? Can you count what's the marketcap for those 30 cent tokens? No? That's because they are covering their own asses with that economic model instead having a fixed supply. And yeah they say that they are also covering the ambassadors as well, but that will be left to be seen because at the moment there's nothing concrete.

Mining that works on a server.. i mean.. so what is the user doing, we just register an account and let the servers mining ? I don't think this kind of business works well if there's something hidden behind this.
I'm sure if they mined or their server they don't have to invite people to join their project because nothing different, they still mine by theirself

If this project are really legit then make a proof list Pi on exchange then people can transfer their PI.

Phones are never designed to mine coins, it's impossible and even if you try you will kill your phone in no time, etn (electroneum) is the only project that offers cloud mining and the project is legit too, i don't know much about PI network but always make sure the project is more than just mining

Any mining process with Android devices doesn't make much sense to me. Android devices are already slowing down after carrying a certain load. The performance of Android devices may decrease after mining. At the same time it is obvious that the phones will shorten the battery time. Finally, it is also discussed how reliable it is.

I see this post as an act to get reward by people using your referral code. Can't you just talk about a project without dragging people with your affiliate code? Just talk about it and never shill any project. I am not even sure of the safety of the app.

Do not be fooled there is no real mobile mining yet, if you see any it's cloud mining just like few projects introduced, I am still claiming my free electroneum cloud mining till date and it's not hurting my phone

I agree on that, that PI mining OP is discussing is not actually phone mining, I have a lot of application running in my phone and it don['t hang up if I am mining with their application I'm pretty sure my phone will be overloaded, it's deceptive marketing but I still have a good stake on their coin, let's see how it goes after a year, they should develop further, they claim to have millions of members.

If this is true, why on the phone? As we know, that to mine we need a lot of extra space on our PC, even if it's done on a smartphone, I think it will also take up a lot of space, if you don't need extra space I think it's useless. I have personally used Pi Network. I have mined over 790 Pi. I hope the price will go up soon like Bitcoin. That would be an awesome day. :)

I am not a fan of mobile mining. Also does any project have really a mobile coding for this? There are so many project like this in the past but now are dead.

Only etn is stay strong that can still be ranked as good but latelt I heard that they dont do mobile mining anymore so there is none conceptualize version of it that truly success. Its not practical also.

I dont know what's the problems with these guys, a project gives us a free reward to grow their community connect with people, it's not such mining, but these guys has many problems to get free rewards.

If it's not give us any profit then we have not a penny losses but it it's give profit then we will get great profit.

So why we not join such project without any investment.

This project is like a joke, I've knew this project for a while now and there isn't any good partnerships or development from the project, it's another failed crypto experiment, I will just pass by instead, sorry mate this ain't for me.

I'm not sure the Pi network is a good and profitable project, because now cloud mining is no longer feasible to run.
Therefore, when Pi network tries to make mobile mining, surely projects like this will end up being scams. I suggest
avoiding investing in the Pi network, if you want to be profitable, you can invest in DeFi projects. Because DeFi projects
more feasible and profitable.

Does anyone remember this project, they have a mobile wallet application that allows people to mine electroneum (ETN) crypto on mobile devices. I used to use electroneum wallets to mine, but actually, they only cost the mobile bandwidth and made my phone slower, the amount of money I made was completely negligible. I think let the mobile device use it for its intended purpose.

Is PI network still functioning? I joined there Airdrop but no payment still then after doing some research i see that it makes no sense that I joined in the first place, we really should know the importance of doing research before jumping on any new project, not all of them are good

we saw a lot of bad ratings for the project. when the project has not progressed within 1 year of their roadmap then the market will not respond to any updates. After all, the concept of a mobile mining platform will have a good market? whereas crypto mining is currently looking better with devices that can have good resilience.

Few months back I came across Pi network through my friend. He forwarded the referral code generated out of his account. Myself too got interested, and started to mine Pi tokens. In a short earned few hundred tokens, regularly used to get some updates from the Pi community. After few months I lost interest, because it has crossed 6+ million users and doesn't carry a value. Now I've stopped running the application in the background for the purpose of mining.

Mobile Mining i will say was birthed through the Electroneum and it gave a different view to mining as people once thought that it was and must be only through minning rigs and others or getting to stake tokens. Imagine using your phone to mine what you intended to setup a minning rig of millions of dollars for.

You are being too optimistic about pi network and their coins but realistically they do not have any use cases or demand so for me it does not make any sense to mine such coins and thinking that it will grow like btc is pure emotions nothing else.

Yes, it would be ridiculous if someone wanted to equate the growth of a new coin with BTC, because everyone already knows what BTC is developing, and the PI token itself doesn't have anything new that they can make real to be able to compete with others, So obviously this would seem ridiculous and mining such tokens is a waste of time and energy.
