I think participate in the bounty in this year is a losing of our times, because many scam projects and no project have good idea to up to the moon. Really its difficult of choose good project in this see of scams.
We now in the 11st month of this year 2019 but no have any successful project. Personally i have participate few successfully projects Like:
1. Harmony (paid done)
2. Tokoin (not paid yet)

For every bounty hunter need stop our promoting service?

Now it is better to participate in subscription companies that pay for your work once a week. Like mine.
And if we talk about social networks like Twitter and Facebook, they have long lost their relevance, earnings from them up to $ 5 at best, and the time spent is much more. Now it is better to invest while altcoins are at the bottom, but this is a lottery.

It is a waste of time working on Bounty projects now days. Most of them are scams. 2017 and 18 were the good old days, joining a Bounty project was beneficial. Nowadays it is only the signature campaign that are paying. I would not recommend any other bounty.

You already choosed 2 of good projects around in 2019. If you think is a waste time even though you already joined a good bounty projects, can you imagine how about the people who joined a crap project bounties that the token even not enter the market. I've joined files.fm and the result is not good the token even not transferable to our wallet address. So, right now people are more like to join bounty that paid with BTC rather than bounty paid with project's token

Bounty now does need a long time to promote it for months after that it waits for longer distribution so it cannot be expected to produce in the near future especially with no value,
I think it's lucky to have chosen the bounty because when they saw the project it was good but at the end they left it,

I am really tired of participating in the bounty project this year. Too much time and a very small prize. I even thought that the bounty had entered a critical period now? I really hope this does not happen because I am a freelancer who gets income one of them from the bounty program.
What is rather confusing for me is that there is a project that is running very long, but at the time of filling KYC only lasted 4 days. Many participants failed to get rewards because they were late filling KYC

Since mid-2018 I have decided to stop being a bounty hunter for the reasons the OP mentioned. I think it's a waste of my time because the certainty of the allocation is not necessarily distributed to us. This is certainly seen from the success or failure of the project. Because of this I now just want to take part in campaigns that are directly paid for bitcoin.

The choice is yours if you want to stop hunting for bounties, as you can see i am still a newbie and after i did little research on some bounty projects this year i see that many still manage to be successful, i would love to start hunting

Projects with better idea and who were serious about making their project successful moved to IEO so its not a wonder that we didn't found lot of good bounties for the past two years.Maybe its time to stop and force them to pay you with already listed coins or this story will keep continues.

Honestly no one is forcing bounty hunters to join every bounty, it's just that the current conditions are not like a few years ago, where every bounty always gives satisfying results. Some bounties still pay, but if you want to get rich quick, then the bounty will not suit us.

Harmony did paid right? and if i am correct the BM for both is Arteezy so i'd say just relax the tokoin payment will be sent as well, honestly arteezy bounties hardly go wrong, the guy still do wonderful job till date, almost all his bounties are good projects

Actually mate, scams is so rampant on the forum but having makes sense is that there is still legit bounty. This year is so down on the crypto currency in which some users struggles to find legit projects as well as the kind of coin they try to invest. Also, this year makes every users have a chance to invest though it takes time to wait but I believe it's a nice time to invest since crypto market is so down that can have a good profit in times to increase.

So far so good, few bounty projects still pay good reward to bounty hunters and for sure we see many bad bounty projects as well, quitting won't change anything for now and you might even miss out on good projects

Now is not as it used to be. I also assume the same with you that it is very difficult to choose a good project from a few projects that have no innovations and ideas to succeed.
Most of them stop in the middle of the road and all of them make a loss in terms of investors and also a bounty hunter that is too wasting time unpaid. Hopefully, next year the ecosystem will change again the better of the present.

You should be thankful since you are able to make $$$ out of harmony bounty, many never made a penny from bounties this 2019 and even myself, i am still stocked with tokens that haven't been listed on exchanges since january of this year, bounties are not for the impatience

Actually as time passes by bounties become trash and we are getting tired for being a bounty hunters who are hunting and finding good bounty that will paid us for our support and promotion to their project but until now bounty are getting worse and worse because it is becoming more hard to find a legit and trusted project because of the bad image that brought us by scam projects and failure projects.
I am hoping that next year 2020 the bounties will also boom again and become successful above all of the assets here in crypto.

Not a few participants in the ICO project have been disappointed since entering 2018 until now, this is boring and ridiculous.
many fake, fraudulent projects, which have been out of control so far, do not think about the fate experienced by the participants, who advertise certain projects, aka scams.
I can suggest to the prize hunter community, remain vigilant before participating in the Bounty should be seen both in terms of teams, managers, developers projects.

well  thats true, how ever if you are not satisfied for what you are doing you should decide to stop and find other source of income that you will get paid enough for your effort., unlike bounty thats some times you will feel sad because te reward you recieve is too small compare to your work.

too many scam projects makes joining bounty isnt worth anymore. it just makes you waste time
yeah i know that there is a few good bounty around, but it is hard to find and pay small amount

Back in 2016, it was easy for projects to get into the exchanges while today they can't even collect certain amount to pay for the listing. So even if the project and the team are dedicated to making the project successful they can turn scam when they don't release MVP and list the tokens on the exchanges.  If they don't distribute the tokens, it means they are just not very decentralized in a way. Looks like they are waiting for a miracle to happen like a bullrun before they will distribute the tokens.

Yeah you need to, at least until a year such as 2017 comes along again. Promoting/advertising shitcoins puts you in the losing corner, you need to adapt to the change, how can one keep up with this ico/ieo bullshit all year long with almost zero ROI for investors and no reward/rewards of no value for the bounty hunters.

There are wise sayings that advice one to find another way of doing something, when their present method fails and that is what ico investors and bounty hunters need to do. If they can all pay more attention to bitcoin, which they should, they are sure of profits definitely, mostly in the long run, it could also help the bitcoin network, more demand could just boost the price up. Finally it'll also force the ICO projects to put more work/thought into their product, if not they wouldn't get any investor, but right now they do not care since no matter how the project looks like, it'll be flooded by so many naive people.

Actually their project is quite good, but they are not good in the marketing strategy. They should be able to prepare good steps to make hunters happy to help promote them. However, we all know that they often delay distribution of bounties because they don't want the price of their tokens fall due to massive dumps by hunters after receiving payment. In my opinion, if they have planned this carefully they have their own way to overcome this, but not by delaying payment of the hunters.

You are absolutely wrong. There were many projects that paid well to its bounty participants! You already participate in two great bounty campaigns, it's you who should have found the Miracletele, SERO, Temtum, Coinhe, Moozicore, Ferrum, Smartfund, Colletrix, VANTA and so on good bounties that paid very well to its hunters. I suggest, stop wasting time by regretting, better try to research well and get a perfect project to continue, otherwise do a signature campaign. this year there were not many satisfactory projects. I think the campaign participants have decreased, but there are still those who faithfully promote a project that he considers potential. as if this year was just luck in joining the campaign. because the existing project is difficult to predict its success, although some projects provide satisfactory payments

Unfortunately this year was a pretty bad year for bounty campaigns. The number of successful projects is also very low. Many bounty campaigns have either failed or turned into scam. Despite this, I continue to join the some bounty campaigns. But now I mostly participate in bounty campaigns organized only by certain managers.

There were so many Scam projects in 2018, I couldn't find good projects in 2018, I worked hard, took a lot of time and got nothing! For 2019, I find good projects like ONE, Tokoin with attractive bonus programs. I participated and received a reward for my work!

Colletrix was successful, gowithmi was a success, veil project was very good, i still believe that those who end up with low rewards or scam projects are to be blame for choosing wrong, mistakes are meant to be made but are you learning from your mistakes?

Actually there are quite many bounties and successful projects that paid their participant this year, we just do not know about it all yet. for example gold stablecoin project, they have been paying all of their participants for a few months. even though it is not as good as it was in 2017, they are still paying for your work. try to find the work that pays you Bitcoin if you want to evade this kind of situation again.

I think 2019 is the worst year of bounty for majority hunters. I have promoted different projects, yet only a few have paid. Majority which postponed distribution till 2020 or there about that's if they'd still be in existence by then. Well, don't quit hunting. Find other things added to your bounty hustles because bounty isn't as lucrative as it used to be.

Unfortunately, I missed on Harmony and it turned out that it was one of the first Binance IEO launchpads, but I took part in Tokoin and believe that those guys are great. A funny thing is that both of those were managed by one bounty manager which is great in my opinion.

I still believe that one or two of those projects which chose to forego ICO could be in good usage someday.
Not all are scams or whatever they call it with negativity.
I joined a lot of them before and I really made some money out of all my efforts.
But now, it is just difficult to pinpoint a project which will be successful in the future.
You just don't know what could happen.
Some of them may not reach the soft cap and some just exits even before the end of the ICO due to lack of funds.

I stop comparing my earning from 2017, it's just good to reminisce those time that I was able to earn those amount in just my part time. Projects before are legit and can reach theire soft cap immediately even soldout sometimes earlier. Now that many scam projects are active it's getting harder but believe that they will still pay because if we don't believe we might lose the chance to join then suddenly they will pay.

This year was a drought season for the bounty participants, we still don't know what may happen next year. If it still the same, the bounty era will be over soon. the forum will return to the way back when it was free from this bounty scammers. If you go to the bounty section in the altcoin board, you will see more and more projects that offering bounty every day, you won't know if they are legit or not. mostly they aren't, cause as we can see, there wasn't a high percentage of bounties that are successful in this year except for harmony and some few unknown projects.

Since last year a lot of bounty campaign fails on their project and didn’t even pay for your work but this year was less compare last year, and if you do want to make sure you will get profit then its time for you to participate on a weekly payments campaign. Base on my observation, gambling bounties are more successful than to ICO/IEO so look for that on Service section and you will see a lot of free slots open.

There are several other projects that have proven to be good, such as tokpie, but the value of their coins is below average so there are no excessive expectations. Xaup (ppt) also held a campaign, but this is an old project with coins that can be traded in large markets, so they only promote utility tokens that are related to their platforms. the other 2019 bounties are dominated by failed tokens. It doesn't have to be closed, but the selection has to be even tighter for the projects that emerge.

Though we got some cool bounties this year who paid very well to its hunters, but I agree with you that bounties golden time won't come so easily! Even if the golden time of crypto comes again, that will be not helpful for bounties. It's because people will come with a very low budget, even if the allocation is good, participants will be huge. So, overall, rewards will be penny!

I've been bounty hunting for 4 years now, and I agree the last two years were the lowest gain as a bounty hunter as almost 80% of my campaign are scam. The only thing to avoid and benefit bounty hunters from ICO is that they should pay every week for every week done by any coin means like btc or eth. quite frankly it is illogical since it is offering.

I think you don't need to stop bounty promotion if you still want to get a reward.
As a bounty hunter, I still search for a good bounty during 2019. it's just that currently the bounty is mostly constrained during distribution.

I personally stopped being a bounty hunter in November 2018 and started again in October 2019, this is almost 1 year. because I didn't see a good project in the campaign. some good projects do IEO not ICO and don't hold campaigns. lastly I worked on a campaign from JINBI and it hasn't been paid until now. so I decided to stop hunting bounties, but started again because I saw the opportunity from the campaign that I was working on. 2018-2019 there is no great bounty.

In my opinion the current bounty project is partly not feasible anymore, during 2019 I hardly got a penny, in contrast to 2017 where people suddenly got rich getting money just a bounty project. the last time I joined the bounty project was MB8coin in 2018 and listing on the exchange this year, but the results were unexpected and not disappointing. working with on a bounty project for now is very boring and lazy to do it. -_-

Actually, I'm pessimistic this year there will be a nice bounty.
But I will continue to strive for a great bounty program to get the right rewards. I hope the next year 2020 will be the best year fol ALTCOINS.

If in ICO then it's quite boring but since there are bounties now that paying daily and weekly in bitcoin then it's quite a good chance to get back this 2019, may not be huge as 2017 but still a good chance to earn by just posting. There's no job that can pay us quite well by just posting so 2019 this last quarter is still a good shot for bounties.

Losing hope since the outcome is not really enjoyable anymore, there's no performing projects that bring huge benefits to anyone who joined and
participate to the bounty campaigns. This year is for those who are  still interested and hopeful that chance to get involve with good projects to
bring something huge. People who are not losing their hopes that things will change up and bring those old days.

Bounty campaign Velic Exchange (korean project) is good, I have got decent results. Also Digitalbits, but will be distributing next year. It depends on our own (bounty hunter) to help projects that really can compete in the future, not only interested in allocation of large tokens, and ultimately worthless. Good, if their project fails and is willing to return the funds, if not, just give promises and no news? You also help fraudsters.

Although I am not bounty hunter but I can realize the current situation of them. Because I am quite active on ANN section due busting scams. So in my observation almost 80% ICO has been turned into scam. The ICO markets start destroy from last year and likely ending on this year. Because ICO investment isn't popular now. People moving on IEO due to security reason although it's not fully secure. So bounty hunters wealth isn't not fine overall. On the other hand most of IEO doesn't launch bounty campaign since exchange themself promoting IEO. There is no chances for hunters. Another thing is good project doesn't trust about bounty, according to them it's just increase social media followers, nothing else. That's why they promote on some other places. That's how bounty hunters losing their hope from bounty campaign.

Nowadays even with the most promising looking bounties, it could be a scammed ones. It's hard to know whether or not one project is good. You'll know when it ends, or when it hits the market. Not only running too long, you'll sometimes got paid less. Or only got a little. The token/coin you're promoting also doesn't always have value.
Since there were tons of scammed ICOs, investors kinda afraid to invest their money on them. From a bunch of bounties you joined at once, one of them might be good. If you're lucky enough tho.

I would add another Hawk project here, they have a good bounty for 300 million tokens. Long ago I read stories about those who earned a lot on the bounty, but still didn t begin to participate. I should!

There's very little amount of tokens paid, and most of the campaigns didn't pay at all for the reason that their ICO failed and that they were scam at all, so this is not really worth our time now, for the year 2019, although I participated in some campaign, but all those I participated with didn't pay at all. So, it is fine, for as long as we realized that we should not just rely on bounty and to find other source of income.

I actually stopped joining altcoin bounty campaigns when the bear market started and when ICOs died. I almost wasted a lot of my time promoting some projects which were extended for months and getting paid with a trash coin. Even those projects who really have potential in the market had a hard time surviving the market situation.

to be honest, this industry (bounty) is very unique and very profitable for the team or participants, it's just that management is not good and fair which causes frequent scams, and I don't want this to stop because of the many scams, but I hope the bounty will be increasingly good again. so far this year I completed 2 bounties, guider and spring role, both of them have paid but the main problem is the low exchange rate, but I accept that

Harmony ( one ) have been paid? I am not receive reward with Harmony bounty campaign reward manage by arteezy, I don't know distribution for almost his manager campaign always delay for distributing, last bounty campaign manager by him is pngame where spreadsheet update more than one month and distribution take two month after bounty ended.

I wouldn't say it wasn't good or bad but many Huddle's where found along the way of promotion. ICOs where in total strash because of scammed projects  that surfaces during middle of 2018 and ho viral in 2019. Although most off my bounties where successful but the price of tokens where drastically very small but, am holding for the boo run moment from now.

there are only a few good and successful projects in IEO. As you said, Harmony is one of the most successful projects and many investors have joined, the IEO held in binance runs out in just a few minutes. But for other projects it is not yet seen, if you want to stop promoting the rights of every bounty hunter, but I'm sure there will be good projects that can produce, the most important thing is to analyze each project that you want to follow.

I think you need to ask the bounty manager directly from the Harmony Team and you can also ask directly to Arteezy because I think the bounty managed by Arteezy has a very good and very reliable management so you can try to follow up directly from the Harmony Team on the telegram or the website directly.

It's really hard to find legit and paying bounties these days. You have to exert a lot of efforts to find a good one. Most of them fail to pay their bounty participants which is really disappointing and frustrating at the same time. We have to check their legitimacy first as well as the developers behind a certain project for us to have an assurance that we're choosing a good bounty so we'll never waste our time.

Before it was really profitable. Now? Not anymore.
Out of 10 there may be 1 but that is still unsure.

I would rather pick a $10 payment every week than join an ICO with all your efforts being wasted.
It takes months before they will be paying all their bounty hunters and yet they cannot even make it to the final round.
Better to just sell their coin after they give it or else you will have zero in just days in the market.

In my opinion, it is no longer the projects which is the problem but the market situation. Bounty campaigns are indeed profitable especially last 2017 but do take note of the market value of the cryptos that time. Coincidence? I think not. The market situation has something to do with the profit from participating to bounties. Most of the projects are failing this year despite of huge potentials and good platforms. But the situation bounty hunters are facing should still not be a reason for them to quit.

Unfortunately, the ICO situation deteriorated badly after the boom in 2017. After that, it became very difficult to earn money from participating in bounty campaigns.

Though this year is still a bad year for bounty hunters in the crypto currency, but I think it's not done yet. Those projects which did not paid yet could pay as well and those tokens could take us to the moon. Maybe next year, but still there is hope. Don't be demotivated.

I've been doing bounties for a long time, I must say that 2018 - 2019 are the worst one because almost 90% of the altcoins campaigns are not worth my time which is why I start to do deep investigation about the project before I promote them to avoid not getting paid at the end of the campaign. For me it is good to join bounties that offers BTC or ETH as payment even if the value is small becase you will have an assurance that your time and effort is not wasted.

This year I got some coins from the old bounties done in the year 2018. This year so far not good for me as a bounty hunter. I got some bounties coins this year but still not listed So I could earn just some pennies from the bounties as we all know the overall market conditions are not good. I hardly found good bounties this year most of the bounties I participated turned scam or failed.

I don't entirely believe that there aren't any good bounty in this 2019, I believe their are only for people to understand the project properly and also have patience to follow up on their update,  sometimes many hunters are looking out for project with an ieo listing already,
they only participate when they know the project has announced their ieo details, any project without this announcement or update on their bounty page don't look good enough for some hunters.

I do not agree.  Join bounty is not a waste of our time, but bounties that exist today need to be analyzed more deeply, because of many scammers.  After all, the projects you mentioned (Harmony and Tokoin) are projects that are quite successful and are able to achieve the best prices, only the distribution of reward bounties has been delayed for some time.  Is that what makes you conclude: bounty wasted your time?  you should change that mindset and better understand the rules and be more patient, be an educated bounty hunter.

Bounty is not as lucrative as it used to be, there were a lot of bounty hunters, it could be token payments, it could be ICO entrance, it could be regular payments, whatever the payment method was people really got into it as hard as possible because they knew that once in a while they would struck gold.

Nowadays the river is dry and there are no more golds, all golds are mined and they are not really working for anything so not only that there are no more good bounties but there are no more willing bounty hunters as well which creates a sort of circle because when there are no more decent bounty hunters there are no more bounties as well. Maybe some sort of big hype is required to rekindle that fire but until that moment I see it as a lost cause.
