Crypto market has no circuits on either sides. Marketing an investment through parade has not a well received history. It would be better to let the market mature and when people would be genuinely attracted towards bitcoin, the market would bull.

I agree, waking the hype won't be the key. If new investors would see the market situation we are currently having, they would surely doubt doing so. Ofcourse that would be great if there would be a recovery before this year end but people should stop making absurd assumptions like something positive is assured because they would surely regret things. Keep in mind the nature of volatility in the market which implies that uprise and downfall of the market cannot be predicted.

If there is one thing I have learnt about Cryptocurrencies in my long time in the space, it's the fact that it has a mind of it's own and cannot really be predicted, we might make predictions and sometimes it works out just like that and we start feeling that it was our ingenuity, but it's actually just luck that made it happen.. the bullrun would come ofcourse, but at a time and season of it's choosing, every prediction is wrong in my opinion until proven right by the bullrun itself, let's not raise our hopes for nothing.

I just remembered the kid that also has a banner like that and surprisingly he collected 22 BTC of donations. I can't remember the exact scene IIRC that kid is a student and asks her mom to have BTC.
The picture doesn't mean that bull run is coming but these guys who are doing it are legends.

It is not about marketing but it is all about awareness from people, it could be a good sign.

I'm happy that there are still people making the effort to introduce bitcoin. Hopefully bitcoin developments will continue and many big companies will adopt bitcoin as new payment processors.
I feel like we are getting closer to the bull run and this will happen when bitcoin halving is done!, so let's hold off and buy more bitcoin!

protesting with BTC QR code seem common already but not a sign of adoption. when you see fruit-stand vendors starts learning BTC and accepts it as payment, that's adoption. less than 10% of the people in the world uses BTC, probably less 5%

bullrun will come in the least expected time. it may not happen even after the halving but the price could go up for may about $12k. its not going to be a bullrun since the ath is $20k. who knows it could happen in 2022.

But even they are doing that, there are a lot of things that can affect the price of bitcoin especially the china from banning bitcoin and it was good because after the bull run, a lot of people that sell their token or bitcoin that can cause of price was back into the price now.

I think there is no longer a ban from China for those who hold bitcoin, and this is one of the bulls coming in. They will continue to buy bitcoin and keep it for a long time, but many people also buy because they are waiting for halving to happen next year.

Slow and steady they say wins the race, I believe in gradual uptrend of the market, not "bullrun". If price of Bitcoin spikes massively, new investors who got in at that time might regret later because it will still drop since crypto is highly volatile, thereby giving them a bad impression about crypto. It's a good thing very cool development progress is springing up with the adoption of crypto, although very slowly. I believe some day some big companies/businesses and more people who are presently against or have no knowledge about crypto  will start accepting Bitcoin.

bullrun cannot be predicted precisely it can be now or later ,the price increase does not increase immediately when investor see the parade news on tv he will not immediately believe ,mean all of this is full of processes and clearly must be planned to build new interests of several other large company

It is totally good that many people keep on doing a new way to introduce bitcoin just like what we see in the picture. I can't say that by doing this kind of stuff the price of bitcoin will really go up and even there are people who keep on buying bitcoin we can't still say that it will end up in the bull run. Lastly, maybe mass adoption might also be the key to another bull run but I know all of us are waiting for this moment and I agree with you that bitcoin halving might bring the bull run to us.

Yes no one can predict bull run at this point of time but yes we can expect some sort of market improvement owing to positive news flourishing the market which might attract more whales to dive into crypto world which might push the crypto market.  It's just my opinion not sure how market will react post halving which might be the turning point.

Good news must always appreciate for the coin holder, a reason they want that the coin he is holding will experience (bull) in the near future. In my mind the coin we hold depends on what news it is, so prices will rise significantly. so I think the decisive person is the most important person in the world, like yesterday's example of the news that Bitcoin is experiencing (bull). We can only analyze a few possibilities and only to revive the crypto market. but it's all in the hands of the most important person in the world in my opinion.

Well if we keep seeing Bitcoin advertised on any kind of events then its highly possible to increased awareness for  Bitcoin which may lead to mass adoption though I'm very positive that we will experience another bull run but no one knows when it will happen so keep buying Bitcoin at dips before its too late  ;)

Most of us wants to trigger the bull run therefore no one is against it but the information that you have shared to trigger the bull run is so far away to reality so I am not that sure whether it can really help or not. Most of the prediction, the bull run will start in the first quarter of 2020 though we cannot predict what will happen in the following days or months. Let's just hope for the best.

I eagerly waiting to see the Bitcoin price over the 20k USD very soon. If that value has been marked by any big investor simply with their big funds over the Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies it would be really amazing.

I think the Bitcoin do not need any publicity like that because bitcoin have own identity and it is not going to support for any kind of bull runs in crypto market maybe that can make curiosity to know what is the Bitcoin.

After the China president's crypto endorsement, many more countries will accept bitcoin widely! Therefore the bitcoin halving also a signal for the bull run.

I feel we need to stop speculating about bull run and pay attention to the proper development of blockchain and more adoption of crypto. Once crypto has been properly adopted, bull run will naturally come at due time. Let us give ourselves some break from bull run speculation.

Bull Run can happen but not with just a picture displayed by people like wanting to demonstrate. It was just an attempt to make BTC rise because maybe he bought a lot of BTC and wanted to go up soon. BTC bull run can not be guessed when it happens, but we can analyze by looking at market history and technical analysis. Even that is not necessarily accurate, it is only a prediction. In the picture is an attempt by someone or a group to tell the audience to buy bitcoin and have a value.

At least that will give awareness, remember if that was coming from the TV which owned by all of the people. That kind is a constant advertisement. You don't need to think about that deeply, that need to make the viewers feeling curious, and that will give impact to the adoption for crypto.

That doesn't always to be related with it to know more about that. What makes people feel curious is about something new that looks interesting for them. People will not care about that when they very well know about crypto. The act already showed by that guy is freedom even if that was a small advertisement and we must respect it. actually the propagation is quite normal and nothing big. Right now Mastercard and credit cards have all supported bitcoin trading.
It can be seen that bitcoin is becoming more and more popular and is a valuable asset that many people want to hold and buy.
Hopefully, Bitcoin will spread to more countries and more people will buy bitcoin to increase capital for the market.

I think, it's just someone who wants to introduce bitcoin through the media, rather riding in the media. it has no effect with bull run or anything. crypto cannot be predicted and when the bull run will occur. but I think this is the last bear market. before everything changes to the bull market.

Here in our country, small vendors are starting to use BTC to receive some payments, this too makes me cheer me up. Cause I know someday this will be the scenery of most of the vendors in our country. as you can see we have some trusted local exchanges that give us convenience for adopting bitcoins and accepts it as a form of payments. I know this won't give us a reason to start a price hike but it really helps Bitcoin to become popular and I'm happy with it.

Yes, the expectation of bull market is typical due to more good tidying news happening and surrounding the crypto market but we must not ignore the historical record which the crypto market always present every Q4 of the year which is why i believe the chance of the market to experience bull run this year despite the big companies implementation of block chain and crypto is narrow.

Will this be enough to create a bull run? I don't think so. There are just some people who want to express their views in this manner. But I doubt if this manner of promoting Bitcoin will attract huge investors such as institutions and rich individuals, which are more or less the causes of fast bull run. I don't think any bull run in the near future would be triggered by news. Everything is about support and resistance at the moment as far as I can see. We have have multiple tests downwards. We haven't really had a test upwards yet. All of the tests down against the support have held, more or less, or broken and then recovered quickly. The question for me is when we will have a test upwards. I think it's just that, nothing to do with news.

Bullrun can starts in any moment when no one will expect this. But this will come with news and new hype (as like as this were in previous bullruns)

LOL, just because someone posted that in Reddit means that we are in a bull run. We are still far, Bitcoin price still struggles this year although it has breached $10,000 already but it didn't hold and seen we see the price falling below $9000 as this moment. The only catalyst for the whole crypto market to recover is the Bitcoin block Halvening next year. After that we can just wait and see the effect on it, most probably months after that. So why not take this opportunity to buy cheap Bitcoin and altcoins and wait for the eventual bull run next year, IMHO.

We will end month 2019, as usual at the end of the normal year bitcoin will increase.

Awareness is of course a good thing,,, but wrong awareness is even worse than no awareness. I see so many scams shared on social media in my country,,, and most of them are pyramid schemes and even fake projects who just use Bitcoin as a name. There is even a big social influencer from Germany I believe,,, he even tell people he went to Satoshi University and he created Bitcoin 25 years ago... so many people are aware about BTC from him, but have all the wrong knowledge.

It is really good news so bull run will come soon, But current market is little down it will affect the investors. I think current scenario long term and mid term investors are make good profit in crypto market and once it will raise automatically all the altcoins are going to moon. So right know patience is important for all the investors and buy more in this drop.

The threats by the governments and the global companies surely decrease the probability of higher BTC price and it is really boring to watch the dead price movements. The seasonal factors also affect the prices of altcoins but the November should be a good monthly bar for the crypto charts.  From my experience, this year can be better if the bull run comes before the middle days of the next month.

Many good news to believe on the future bull run but it looks like the whole market is resting for now and didn’t move on any kind of good news. The market will bounce back and survive the bear, more time to wait and don’t rush it. Bull run is coming once we go beyond $10k with bitcoin, it takes time.

That's so awesome to see if a certain country started to show good progress as using bitcoin a ways of payment system without any hindrances. Unfortunately, the local payments like those who didn't have an internet access cannot relate to this type of payment process. Having this on your local area and you happen to see a good signs that it's going to help us face another price increase, maybe it's not that possible to become a factor for bullrun. I don't think bull run will come, not this year at least for altcoins and not even for bitcoin, next year i think is possible to pass over 20k for 1 bitcoin but not now.

This debate of when bulls will take on is echoing the crypto market since the last bull run of Dec 2017. I have written so many times on such posts that no one has the capability to predict the future of crypto market. Many have made predictions and almost all went wrong. Please DYOR before investing in any CC, as no one will share your loss.

We should not undermine this campaign of buying bitcoin if this the tactics geared toward enabling bitcoin gain more adoption thus trigger the upcoming bull well its a welcome development obviously this is like a reminder to all crypto enthusiasts that the bull would surely come however nobody can predict the exact time and period, it always ring in my mind that I should just continue buy if the opportunity arises and accumulates as many bitcoin as possible no matter how small it is now.

Bitcoin is already an exception since we all know that the bull market is coming next year. It's better to buy during this time since the price is going dip and buy as much as you want then HODL for the upcoming bull run. A bull run is coming but the question is always has been: When? I believe it will definitely happen just weeks before the Bitcoin halving in May next year. After the halving, there will be a large correction which will signal the end of the run but it is actually just starting.

Investors should have increased bitcoin adoption from now on. because the news from the next bitcoin update is getting closer. if we wait for halving bitcoin in the next year, maybe after the update we will only be able to see the bull coming because the current situation cannot be said of the beginning of the bull. the market still looks stable with slow movements. actually, in a situation like this, it would be difficult to make predictions.

I am also confused why of all the possible ideas that one can get from that camera shot, it is bull run that came to mind. It does not suggest bull run at all. And I guess the prices right now are supporting the fact that there is no bull run after that picture was taken. The bull run didn't even come near enough. The bears instead of the bulls are still dominating the market until now.

This is what I think of no connection to what Op is saying. It’s a misleading subject by showing the picture of it, no one cannot predict about the bull run when it will come. The current market condition gives us that price is unstable and we don’t know yet when is bull run to happen.

The last time when BTC was in social media and TV, BTC has made a huge bull run. Lets hope that we would see such scenario again, but be prepared for worse, a small talk on TV does not mean that BTC will fly tomorrow.

As time passes by, people gets to analyze more when will a certain bull run occur. You cannot consider this as a false alarm because it happened already before wherein the prediction took place. You should not waste the opportunity to buy as much as you can or else you will end up regretting it your whole life. The date is already set for next year so expect the price to go lower as the whales buys plenty of cheap bitcoin to make it massive as the bull run occurs.

Bitcoin moves in 4 year cycles, where you have 3 years of Bull Run with more and more people going to exchanges to buy crypto with the last year being a hyperbolic bull run, followed by 1 year bear market with prices falling as much as 80-95 percent in 1 year. This has happened two times, now we are obviously going for a third 4 year cycle. thereby, we are in a bull run at the moment. The prices of Bitcoin has tripped since the beginning of 2019. If you are talking about when we will see a hyperbolic bull run, expect it sometime in 2021 if we follow past performance. So you should strongly consider buying now.

This is a very good sign of adoption, and very soon, we will see the logo of bitcoin on every supermarkets, every grocery stores and virtually with any merchant you can ever think of, so bull run is not what I am even expecting but a sustained technology with very massive adoption to be seen in near future as we grow deeper in the use of bitcoin.

I have seen bitcoin in the entertainment industry, I have seen bitcoin in the football section also and many more which each time I see bitcoin there, it motivates me to be waiting patiently with my investment in bitcoin as it would be in the future that I will have all the benefits of staying with bitcoin and using it when bitcoin start growing from this present price to about $100k to $500k per bitcoin.

I don't think anyone can say "a new run is comming".
But my opinion is that BTC will definitely rise the 12000$ in a long run and also BTC will set a new ATH.

Bitcoin is currently a long-term investment.

The bull run still cannot predict when it's coming, and we don't know if that will happen in the next month or next year. But bitcoin price has good moves so far because the price can go up and make a temporary high price although, after that, the price was back to the lower price. We have so many predictions, and we hear from many people in out there, but we cannot know what will happen later. The adoption still ongoing progress, but I am not sure that the adoption will be fast for now.

The picture can’t say that we will be having a bull run now, the adoption is still not here maybe on the next peak of bitcoin. We can have the best price this year it will rise and no one can stop bitcoin. If you don’t have patience right now, then bitcoin its not for you because this is indeed good for a long term investment and hodlers will win more.

You just have to look at the current state of the altcoin market. It continue to bleed so sorry to say that there's no bull run yet. That's pictures doesn't mean anything, what we need to see is something that can reignite the imagination of investors. And so far that only points to bitcoin halving, because once it's done it is expected that altcoin will also boom, just like we have seen in the last bull run. But it's good to see those picture though, makes people ask and probably will try to invest in bitcoin, for all we know.

They say that "picture tells a thousand words"  ;D.

But not on this one, specially in crypto world wherein a positive news will turn out to be negative and vice versa. And we have to understand that bull run happens for a reason, I mean there should be an event, or just FOMO that will fuel the market again. And this picture doesn't fall on that category. There will be no bull run for this year, not in bitcoin and specially not in alt market. And we have to accept that fact.

There's more photo that unintentionally advertise Bitcoin in any terms. Bitcoin or crypto is spreading all around the globe and it keeps on spreading fast.

Expect dramatically change of price of Bitcoin.

The new ETH is a separate unit from BTC, it is clearly different from the marketing and community side, it could be that a new bull run occurs on the ETH not on the BTC, because the ETH will launch V2 ETH. This is an opportunity to increase the ETH volume itself with the number of people who will buy ETH and will sell it after getting what they expect from ETH V2. Bull and Bear are likely to occur later this month and will have a serious impact on other altcoins.

no source was given by the OP and only shared pictures without any clear description of the bull run itself. after all, the presence or absence of the picture i'm sure the bull run will come and we should be more patient and it would be better to buy it when the price is low, it is the usual way to do it but when we can be consistent with that way then at least we are enthusiastic still remain high for crypto assets

Despite of the down market, I’m planning to spend all my money from my salary, bonus and other income to buy bitcoin because I know next year is a big year for all of us. The next bull run is going to be very big and I’m willing to spend money just to store more bitcoin, its better to sacrifice now and then take profit on bull trend.

Without any further infos that will remain as speculation, maybe OP seen that this ads will bring more interest to bitcoin after seeing it from national television. Though there's no clear sign aside from expected halving next year we need more and more positive news and more adoptions that will
bring more demands to this asset. With that, we will see the real bull to comes up and bring the value to rise high.

AFAIK there are private hospitals in some countries that accept Bitcoin as payment so its very possible that the doctor or the establishment itself accept cryptocurrency from their patient which is why I believe that in the near future more merchants or companies will accept Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies as mode of payment.

Media just a tool from the regulators. I will not get a big surprise to see that when they will be the first party that will not like cryptocurrency. Yes we are tired of bearish market from almost 2 years now and once in a while we get to see a pump for a very short amount of time, We are in need of bull run but we have no idea when it will occur as some predict it post halving wherein as per some predictions it should had been now. Most country prohibit people from using crypto to trade because if you accept to participate in this market, we will be shunned by many people. For them, this market is scam so a lot of people are very nervous to join. I personally believe that the media will soon help them realize the potential of this market and many other countries will apply blockchain technology to apply in daily life.

Can't resist what media do have big impact to bitcoin price. Either it is bad or good news, usually movement of price bitcoin will followed by news that come so we can know what actually make it pumped or dumped. This is a prediction that can happen in the near future because the recent few days the market has continuously decreased and the volatility of Bitcoin has caused the entire altcoin to collapse. I think the value of Bitcoin may drop to $6000 or $7000 by the end of this year and will increase gradually until the end of 2020. We never know what will be the outcome of this incoming halving if same fate will happen then expect to have a good bull run and experienced
again the big rise. Maybe we can expect higher value or even new ATH but it will be depends from how investors and holders will create that big

I don't think that's a good idea. Before buying, we should analyze more to choose the best time and price to buy. According to the weekly chart, I see the market is still in a downtrend and it has broken through two important support levels: $ 8k and $ 7k5.

Yes, that was in December 2017 and as far as I remember that was in the first week of the said month. It is unpredictable yet because the market is volatile and no one knows what will really happen. We are expecting a bull run will happen again but it is opposite now we feel like market is bleeding again. Don't trust the news, trust the product. For daily trading you need to be informed and to try to make good trades based on that, but for long run you don't need news, you can invest and hold for years, its best to forget about some coins, and to open that wallet in several years. Bull run will come eventually, there are no dates, it can happen anytime next year, or maybe the one after next year. If I would have to make some bets I would bet on 2021 and later, but its just my wild guessing.

I definitely do! I made a tidy profit from a few stupid alts, only problem was that the boom actually had only just started so basically any token I would have speculated in would have made money. It was a crazy time and I did what everyone else did and FOMO'd into stupid projects. This is actually a really good investment strategy. If you invest at different times, even if it's only when you can afford it, you end up averaging out your cost of investment. Let's say you invest at both $10,000 and $3,000. Your average cost to enter is $5,000 or so and anything over that price, you will be in profit. Try not to only invest at one price point. Especially during a bear market.

I can't agree any less with you. 2017 was a perfect bullrun because it was a sustained run. I still think there will be another massive bull run coming because of these inevitable adoption looming around. Perhaps when USA and Europe joins the bandwagon like China. As long as you can hold those coins for the long term that is a good move, but I also believe the same as you, altcoins are going to need the help of bitcoin to begin to grow again and during the last months bitcoin has presented a negative trend that is not showing any indication that it could end anytime soon, in the best case scenario you will make great profits during the next year but in the worst case scenario you will probably need to hold those coins for years and that can be problematic depending on the type of trader or investor that you are.

I've not seen much indication that a bull run is incoming. At the moment it all seems to be about desperation and trying to hold onto current prices before they fall too much farther.
Long term I think we will be fine. Shorter term, I can see prices falling.

Holding for long term is the best to refrain ourselves on keep wondering when will bull run occur. Next year might be good for btc since there's a halving but still the result of it is uncertain for the crypto as a whole.

I agree with you theres no signs of bull run this year, i think this month would be the great  time to buy btc and other alts while they are below their ATH.  So many predictions about bitcoin which makes some traders are confuse if they will buy or sell.

Investors are now thinking about presents for families and Christmas time. Nobody looks at the charts .. except maybe the whales who want to lower the price even more and buy even cheaper. If the price does not fall until the end of this year, it will be a good sign for the upcoming price increases next year. December we just have to wait.

Even though everyone is buying their families gifts this time of year, we still usually don't see that impact until the credit card bills start rolling in in January. I figure we'll remain pretty stable until sometime mid January whenever people figure out that they have over spent for the holidays. I figure we'll have another run up to $8k between now and then so we will probably just end up right back where we are in the $7k-$6500 range.

If you are aiming for much bigger picture then setting your target goals and leave your assets is the best thing to do instead of trying to short and keep failing and losing your investment value. Bull run will take place maybe we can't tell when it will happen but the possibilities is always there, we seen couple of years ago after the halving take place and now there's another halving to come, preparing for the big bounce should be the priorities.

This is not exactly true. Someone who has budgeted say $50/week to invest in to crypto currencies is not going to stop investing in them just because Christmas is coming. You also have people that like to give out paper wallets to their families with a small balance on it as gifts for Christmas. You may not see as much new investment coming in, but you will still have people investing.

Usually we will not see a huge stride in the market during December and i am not expecting a huge correction either, the market will be revolving around the current price range till mid January and then we can determine how the market will perform after that, i am not expecting a bull run in the next few months either as there is nothing positive going on around the market to see a rush in investment.

I also do not expect big for the end of this year because time continues to rotate but prices do not show a specific movement, maybe in the next year it will be better and if it does then we should really prepare everything

Despite the shilling of everyone about this halving there ain't really much money coming into crypto. The news about blockchain being adopted everywhere is just defeated with all the bears taking profit. The coins I expect to make a difference aren't taking chance, there is one that had been trying to push thier price up like STRATIS, their market looks good. But for BTC, its about to take a dive just to saturate.

The market is clearly being manipulated so it is really difficult to know what to expect, during the previous two days we saw a significant reduction in the price of bitcoin and many other cryptocurrencies, but today in a matter of hours all of those losses have been erased and now bitcoin is once again above 7000, I really find difficult to believe that the movements that we are seeing are coming from investors buying and selling bitcoin, the whales are just playing with the market and it is better to not do anything until they finish.

To be sincere, it never difficult to know what to expect in the current market and the reason why it seems hard to understand or know what will happen or to be expected is because of the optimistic level of majority of people about the market to experience bull run now whereas it will be next year Q2 before any bull run market will happen.

Myself used to think about the Q2 of 2019, the price started to grow little by little. If we've understood right, already one big bull trend has got over. From the price close around $3000 to $14000 has been reached. This way already a bull run for the year seems to be over. The next thing is all about the growth associated with halving has caused the big expectations.

Yea don't expect it too soon. Today's spike is slowing down and doesnt look like it will have much of a follow-up. The more of these we get the longer consolidation will be and it's gonna extend the span between the cycles.

I also believed we're heading for the bottom price but that means the market won't experience a slight surge in price at some point and I think $7K price range will be the bottom price because the market usually experiences suddenly dump a couple of days before Christmas.

We do react easily when there is a significant movement, just like this year, when Bitcoin reached $13K range, we thought by the end of the year there will be a bull run, but we failed, there's no bull run at all, what is happening this year is that what goes up must come down and hopefully we will not end at $3k by the end of the year. $7 would still result to 100% this year and that's already acceptable.

there is a lot of news that we have heard will happen next year. from bitcoin, libra, and ethereum. Some of these platforms and assets are already planning to do an update next year. We are just waiting to see if the results of the updates can move the crypto market to be better.

Bull run has not been observed in the cryptocurrency for a long time, the last time I saw it was in 2017 - early 2018, after the bull run there was no market at all.

Those are the years which the previous halving effect refined the crypto market but doesn't mean there's no market at all as you said after the bull run market because the experienced traders and investors still market profit using standard arbitrage trading techniques during the blood bath and market correction season.

As much as I believe that you are right most people do not really have the patience to wait for the next bull run, every single upward movement is going to be interpreted by them as the next bull run, they're going to invest all the money that they have and then when the price goes down they are going to lose money, eventually this process is going to repeat itself so many times that by the time the real bull run comes they are not going to have any money left or they are going to be out of the market.

That time was the best time this year when people were thinking this is the beginning of the bull run, but we failed, price fell but the good news is that we didn't drop to our lowest this year, we are still thankful of this price improvement.

If you buy exchange tokens like BNB and ecxx you can profit in bear and bull markets.

Until something unpredictable happens. Say the exchange got hacked or something. If that were the case, you would be left holding a bag of worthless coins. Exchange tokens are just too much of a gamble for me to hold long term. You never really know when something could happen and they not be worth anything. It's basically the same thing as keeping your money on the exchange.

You are not the only one that is confused by the market conditions, since this year has been very strange from its beginning to the end, the price began very low and then we had a peak in the middle of the year which is very rare for bitcoin and then the price has been going down for almost half a year and it does not seem like it is recovering despite the halving being so close and being only a few months away, but long ago I learned to not care too much about this and hold my coins until the bull market comes.

IEOs in binance are not really getting what they should get, in fact 90% of IEOs in binance has failed. The dump of  BNB is a clear sign of their exchange degrading its value when having IEOs, I mean IEOs are better than iCO but the only difference is the security of investors in not getting scammed yet they can be bankrupted after. I personally agree, instead of BNB why not just ethereum after bitcoin? ETH has seen improvements than any other crypto, as a matter of fact it is better than BTC is many categories.

Ethereum is no better than bitcoin, yes it can do some things in which bitcoin will have some difficulties like smart contracts, but if there is one thing in which ethereum has a huge defect and it is critical is in the immutability of the blockchain, bitcoin is way more secure than ethereum will ever be and for bitcoin which is slowly becoming a store of value that is a very important feature in which ethereum will never be able to compete with it.

It's the main reason why bitcoin is the most dominant coin in the market, there are a lot of good coins in the market with better features, fast and cheap on transactions but people are still trusting bitcoin, it's the first and people who invested it early have bigger power now due the price it has become. This is the problem with BNB, it completely relies on whether or not Binance is up and running tomorrow. You never really know what's going to happen. Binance could get hacked, like we've seen a lot of exchanges have issues with and not even be open for business this year. This is the reason I don't hold BNB long term. I just can't be guaranteed that Binance will still be operating in a years time.

You are right, BNB's fate and future only exist in the development of the binance platform. when they decide to stop the project the BNB will disappear from the market. and that won't be good for long-term investment. BNB is a risky asset for long-term investment. but if for daily trading I think we can see how the BNB market moves first.

Well i think the market will not recover yet in the first months of this year, maybe up to march or summer and then after that it will recover but for now it will still feel like the bloody market of 2019 so we need patience but all of us have hope because of the bitcoin halving that will happen this year that mostly will affect bitcoin's price positively. What I've learned from the last ATH and spike of bitcoin and alts prices is that Nobody ever predicted it, nobody. Predictions on this specific field is just a joke , remember at that time the chinese and korean crypto ban, everybody was quite pessimistic about it, and then what happened was a massive bull-run. However the bull run could happen again by a wide adoption. but Adoption isn't a switch that gets flipped, it's a trend over time that's being contributed to by hundreds or even thousands of different projects with their own unique use cases and communities.

Unfortunately, but in my opinion there is no signs that the bull run should come in the next six months. I think if the bull run comes, it will happen a few months after halving ... maybe not until 2021.

I share your sentiment on this. It's hard to consider it a bear market when the price of Bitcoin shot up 100% last year. I think we've already started the bull run, it's just not as strong as most people would like. Some haven't even noticed the 100% profit they would have made last year on Bitcoin. Personally, I prefer it going up slowly like it is. It seems like that usually means it will stay somewhere around that price point instead of correcting itself and falling hard.

All the time we see that the cryptocurrency market is unstable. Every several days there are attempts to manipulate the price. Some attempts are more successful, some less. I think this period of instability will last until halving. I also think that before the real bull run begins we will have at least one big price dump.

The price is currently sitting at $7800. At the beginning of 2019, it was a little over $3500. I would say that's a pretty good increase in 1 year. Not only is the bull run coming, but I think it has already started. I'm sure we'll see $10k again a couple of times before taking off and completely smashing that. We should get back to close to the all time high again this year.

Breaking the resistance is not a problem with bitcoin when its bullish, so expect that anytime it will be broken, but if not we will be back down maybe to sub $7,000 again, that's the only movement of BTC. if you still remember last year, bitcoin hold longer in $10,000 before it slowly falls double, so I think $10,00 is the most important price to break now and we are going their if that resistance will be broken.

Most people that have not been in the market for long cannot tell the difference between a pump and a bull run and they are not the same, a pump is a very fast movement in the price that happens because the manipulations of a few powerful people that quickly disappears, but that is not what happens in bitcoin, what we see in bitcoin are bull runs in which people slowly begin to have greater expectations about the price and this can last for months or even in the case of that bull run of 2017 it lasted for more than a year.

And it's already started in my opinion. Look at last year, 100% gains. It wasn't some quick pump and then the price crashed down to almost nothing. In fact, the slow rise is better in the long run in my opinion. It's really hard to pump Bitcoin like you see happening with some of these altcoins simply because of the amount of money that is required. When you see the price slowly rising up like it has been, it's tons of people everywhere gaining confidence in it and investing.

I've heard about this prophesy for a while now and can't wait to see the fulfillment of the prophesy. The bull run is much anticipated and has been delayed for too long. I do hope that the market is set right for a flight, I'm also positive that we would witness the bull run before the end of the first quarter of this year.

Yes bull run will come on the right time and as far i know bitcoin is now being stable at 8000$ which is a good sign that market is now recovering again. Only few months left before halving it will help the market a lot.

Guys, the price has risen 10% during the week. How much would you want it to grow? With such increases, this is not about waiting for halving, but we are either at the beginning of the bull run, or in a moment we will have a very big dump, and for next stabilization we will have to wait till halving.

Sure, the bull run can arrive, but it can't be correctly predicted for sure. It can be a sign that the bull run is very near but we cannot really be certain on when it is happening. Maybe it will occur after the halving but if we are going to let our emotion control us and do unnecessary things just because we are too confident that a bull run will take place, we might just end up getting unfortunate results. That is why it is very important that we have a back up plan for everything so that we can still make it work even when what we are expecting is not going to happen. It's not a bad thing to be optimistic but still we should consider setting our investment ready for anything that may happen.

It is true that there has been a very positive mood on the market since the beginning of the year, but I think it is too early to say that the bear market is over. Until now, bull run always came after halving, not before, so what is happening now may still be a bull trap. I think we need to wait a few weeks to make sure that the situation is stable.

And I agree with you which is why I'm worried with what I am seeing in the market right now, people are very excited because some altcoins are giving incredible profits but to me that is very suspicious, altcoins have not moved positively and then in just a few days now they are giving incredible profits, that to me is an obvious manipulation of the market and will not end well for those that are holding those altcoins when the price begins to go down, and this is especially true for those that bought those coins during the last hours.

I think Dash is having Bull run right now that seems to grow only stronger. A true market revaluation. Dash went from rank 22 to rank 10 on coinmarketcap in a matter of days.
I can't even imagine where Dash will be in 6 to 8 months, price wise / marketcap wise.

 the average person agrees that bullrun is an increase in crypto as a whole. for me Bullrun isn't always about Bitcoin, there is altcoin for example Dash. Advertisement on TV is not always true, but it can also be true if it has an impact on people's interests

I think with what is happening, it is possible that Bitcoin could reach $10,000 in the near future because the market is starting to stabilize and investors are excited about investing. You may still be afraid to invest in this market but this year things will be different and Bitcoin will certainly reach a new high price. $10, 000 is not a hard number, if the market is bullish now, definitely we will see that price.
last year we had $13,000 before it fall back to $7000 by december but slowly the market is improving so probably we will back to $10,000 again soon.

When there is a significant pump, people would tend to think that the bull run is coming, they don't only look at bitcoin, they also look at some altcoins who made a run, like bsv recently, that's 300% more pump and that's really amazing looking at the short term view.


Not a miracle as $10K is so achievable, the hype will help us making it, remember we already touched $9K but price just dropped as it failed to break the resistance, if it bounce back, we might hit $10K soon.

Well, we do not know yet whether it is a bull trap or maybe the beginning of a bull run. I think that if there is no big price drop in a few days, then we will start to observe further increases and the level of $10k will be achievable even in February.

People get too excited with every single movement that the market does and this is not a good sign if you are a trader or an investor because you need to control your emotions, like everyone else I will like the market of cryptocurrencies to grow spectacularly in a very short amount of time but I need to be realistic, that cannot happen every single year and last year was a positive one so I have a hard time believing that just after the market went through such a good year this year begins with such an increase in the price and that somehow this is sustainable.
