3 possible things could have happened, but without further info, it's hard to say which one exactly:

  • Did you enable 2FA? 2FA is provided by a thirth pary and is a paying addon...
  • A second thing the "commision" might have been is the transaction fee.
  • A thirth explanation: are you sure you aren't talking about the change funding the change address?

Well, theoretically, there are more potential explanations for what happened, but these 3 have the biggest odds...

Does you wallet say "[2fa]" at the top? ???

If so, then using this service (Provided by a third party called TrustedCoin) has additional costs in addition to the normal network fee, refer: https://api.trustedcoin.com/#/electrum-help

You have to prepay either every 20 or every 100 transactions... and the fee for 20 transactions is a total of 0.001... which would seem to match the extra fee you are seeing.

I don't exactly understand what commission you are talking about but like the other said it is likely a miners fee.
But if this is no related to a wallet or Electrum this is not the right place to post this.

What I think is the commission of 0.001BTC maybe it is the TX fee you paid?
And that is why the wallet is asking for 0.001BTC your transaction might have many inputs(If the above is not right). If you have many inputs in your transaction they will ask for a higher fee.

Why not paste your bitcoin address here including the address where you sent the BTC so that we can check if you are using MultiSig wallet or maybe you have lots of inputs that is why you get a higher fee(As a commission)?

Check the details of the transaction.
The 'missing' 0.001 BTC. Which color is the address highlighted with ?
If it is highlighted blue, this means it belongs to TrustedCoin and is the fee for 20 co-signed transactions. In this case you have created a 2FA wallet and didn't read the notice when setting it up where the fee was mentioned.

If the address is highlighted yellow, it is a change address of yours.
And if it isn't highlighted at all, that's an output to an address which does not belong to your wallet and does not belong to TrustedCoin.
