Title: A large farm consisting of bots.
Post by: lovesmayfamilis on November 14, 2019, 12:34:20 PM
I don’t even know the real number of accounts that live on this forum from this farm.

But I will lay out a part today, and I have no doubt that there will be a continuation.

All accounts are registered at almost the same time.

The style of their reports is always the same.

They are registered in the same bounty companies.

Often only a Facebook account is used.

Their wallets do not contain a single token, which indicates the similarity of their actions.

I will not upload archives to their messages. I think it will be clear to any normal person that this is the work of a robot and this is a real farm of bot accounts.

This is exactly the case when bounty company reports are sent even after the end of the bounty itself.

cryptodevil has already tagged several profiles for similar actions.

Just looking at their usernames and the complete lack of originality from one to another, I have no doubt this is probably a single person or maybe a few.  I'm not sure how many "farms" exist where there are actually multiple people working on bounties, but we all know there are individuals who have multiple accounts enrolled in the same bounties.  This number of accounts would be a lot for one person to handle, though.

cryptodevil has already tagged several profiles for similar actions.
Wow, I haven't heard much from him lately nor have I seen any recent posts from him.  Is he still busting ICO scams or what?

Anyway, good catch on this, OP.  I clicked on a couple of their profiles and those weren't wearing any signature.  Are they currently enrolled in a bounty?  If so, you might want to bring this thread to the attention of the bounty manager.

Edit:

But I want to hope that managers themselves will be able to notice such a revival in their campaigns.
Their writing style is very similar and attracts attention.
It isn't likely that a bounty manager is going to catch cases like this on their own, though I imagine it depends on the manager.  Some don't care and wouldn't bother to pay enough attention to posting style or similarities in usernames and registration dates.  In fact I would say most don't give a shit at all and won't ban these bots/farms/alts unless someone brings it to their attention.

Yes, I found them in the bounty of the company https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5194740.0 and in most others. I will inform the manager now. But I want to hope that managers themselves will be able to notice such a revival in their campaigns.

This cases are really growing and its not surprising since its that time of the year again where people needs to join bounties, and signature campaigns as much as they can for the sake of earnings. There are also cases where only one person owns several accounts and letting other use them then they will have partial parts of the money that will be earned, sometimes its just really one person operating more than one account and just uses VPN so their IP won't be traced.

if only the managers of bounties will check further, they could really find accounts that belongs to a farm bots. Its so essy to spot one noe since they are all just mirroring each others move and style in posting making them expose their shilling activities.
