Description:

B.A.M.Mining – Shareholder Driven Hash Power.

Intro:
The first ASIC Scrypt miners have been released, and new, more powerful appliances are set to hit the market in the near future.  Most crypto enthusiasts understand that getting your hands on this step up in hash power early will ultimately be more profitable – but with this chance at great reward comes a substantial risk factor.  The capital outlay needed for even a deposit on a pre-order is out of the reach of many crypto miners.  Adding to this risk factor is the onslaught of new startup companies making promises but yet to put a product in a customer’s hands.

Project Overview:
B.A.M.M. is being developed to take the risk out of these new ASIC purchases with an offering that will not only let our shareholders in on the new ASIC hash power, but will also begin earning dividends from the time the IPO is announced.  Our project plan is to be able to grow consistently, with ever increasing hash power, without having to dilute the shareholder value.

Phase 1:
-   IPO release –  600,000 shares will be sold at 0.00005 BTC/share
-   IPO will end prior to the end of March.  If all shares have sold prior to this date and there is still an interest in the project, we may release new shares as it will not damage the initial shareholder investment.  *After IPO close, B.A.M.M. will not release any more shares without the approval of shareholders.
-   When IPO shares go on sale we will immediately splinter off 5mh/s of our current operation to begin mining for B.A.M.M shareholders.

Phase 2: (Will begin before phase 1 has ended)
-   Start forum discussions among shareholders on which ASIC miners will be the best investment.
-   Get approval for purchase by voting on Cryptostocks.
-   Once funds become available, begin process of procuring equipment.
-   Use remainder of funds to obtain hash power while we wait for product complete payment/delivery.

Ongoing:
The pool revenue will be split on a 40-40-20 basis.
1.   40% will be paid to shareholders in the form of dividends.
2.   40% will be placed into a procurement fund that we will reinvest to acquire more hash power without diluting shares.
3.   20% will be paid to B.A.M.M.’s parent company for maintenance, upkeep, power consumption.

Mining plans including speculative mining of new or potentially profitable currencies will be discussed in the forum and be approved by Cryptostocks votes.

We aim to be as transparent as possible, sharing all public wallet information, releasing quarterly financials, and integrating API’s to present a full view of our operation.

**Please note, I am not, nor is anyone currently on my team a web/graphic designer.  But we would be willing to offer bounties to SHAREHOLDERS who would be interested in helping to develop our site and community.

****BONUS******
IPO Bonus
Upon completion of the IPO, B.A.M.M will reward shareholders with 5 weekly giveaways of .2 BTC. All shareholders who have their email listed on Cryptostocks are eligible for this contest. Winners will be announced every Monday for 5 weeks after the IPO flag has been lifted. Winner will be contacted via email with instructions on how to claim their award – this process is still up for discussion as we do not want to publicly disclose the email address of winners. - More info will be available in forum.

Ownership
These shares are not meant to represent any ownership of BAMM the company, or any of the BAMM owned hardware. The BAMM shares represent ownership of Hash power produced by BAMM owned  hardware.

No offense mate, but a confirmation from a noob with 2 posts isn't very convincing.

Thus the problem with holding trust-required shares where there is no reputation or cause for trust to be granted. Suggestion: either use your real name and verifiable documentation or get one or more trusted community members to vouch for you.

Hello Allen,

I like north east Wisconsin. So whats your second name? You can trust us, so we can trust you. Otherwise, this will be broken communication and not working IPO.

Allen Muhowski is my name.
I am the owner of Eval-Tech in Manitowoc, and we have been a growing business for about 2.5 years.
As far as that business goes, we are Microsoft Small Business specialists, along with Lenovo, Cisco, and ESET partners.

I have not had an internet persona since I used to do box breaks about 7 years ago in the Topps forums under username polish.  Monitor staring used to be a hobby of mine until it became my job.  Add the family on top of that and, well, the online chit chat was pretty much down to 0.

So anyway, I had visions of growing BAMM strictly from word of mouth on the trust that I gained from our supporters, but was urged to open this thread here in order to get the word out to more individuals.  I knew that - hey wait, Mint Wallet just synced and just got my first POS coins- ok, sorry.  I knew that starting this thread would raise some eyebrows and much skepticism considering my newbie status.

The problem that I do have is that I really value my privacy. I would much rather have a personal conversation by email or phone call than let it all hang out here for everyone to try to pick apart.  So I do apologize for my earlier vagueness, but do hope that you all can understand where I would be coming from

Are you waging in with some capital of your own or are you hoping that the investors will cover all the risk?

Absolutely. We have diverted 5 MH/s of our own mining power to this project with zero rental fee.   The original intent was to simply raise capital to obtain ASIC equipment.  After discussing with our team, it was determined because of the nature of these preorders, and many delays of the past, that in order to entice shareholders short term, that we had to offer short term rewards while we were waiting for the new hardware to arrive. As more goals are met, we are planning to add more hash power to the project.

We are also adding a "store" open to forum members/shareholders where we will try to match prices of Newegg/TD, etc. This is possible using our distributor channels.  All profit from these sales will also be added to the hardware investment pool.

That is our short term plan to add capital to the project.  Long term, if the need arises to make a full payment and we have not raised enough capital, we will have to add the capital to get the hardware here in a timely manner.

This is basically: buy all mining equipment for me so I don't have to take any risk!

Well yes, this is why investors are normally brought in - to share the risk and possibly rewards... I have invested in BAMM project so I'm not a neutral voice here but so far Allen came through when it comes to transparency, shareholder communication, etc. First dividend paid btw.

Your desire for privacy does not excuse you from establishing your competence. See here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=124441.msg1336919#msg1336919).

I respect what you are saying.  But the only way to really build a reputation is performance. I could waste 6 months of our time chatting in a forum to try to get anonymous people to like me before I move forward with a "Bitcoin Business" that most likely will fail because I am to busy spending all my time chatting in a forum trying to convince people that I can run a "Bitcoin Business".

How many times have you seen it.
Great guy right.
Tons of "Forum credibility".
But what is that based on?
"Well he did have 8,124 posts and is a confirmed hero member"
"I really thought he was legit"

But when he finally convinces everyone that his ill conceived plan is really a great idea, he starts getting that much needed capital that he is first going to put towards his electricity bill because his electricity bill money went for cigarettes and meth -  (Wait, he had a meth problem?  I couldn't tell that from his forum posts)(and we know the rest of that story) - well eventually really liked superhero forum member is now dubbed scammer only to try to get himself back in with the forum clan by explaining what was really going on at the time, and it won't happen again, and I'm really sorry, but you know me..... so now I have this new idea......

First, I would like to apologize for the run on sentence.
Second, to me, reputation means nothing without performance.
Third and finally, I fully intend to let this projects performance define my reputation, and not vice versa.  I understand that initially investment will be slow as people will wait for our performance to define our reputation, but that is how I prefer to do business.

Feel free to monitor our forum at http://bammine.com/index.php/forum/index

And yes, my website sucks.  But once again, that has nothing to do with performance.

Have a great night everyone.

Oh, crap... More work... Ok, I'm putting up new section for IPOs and list it there... Invitation is extended to all IPOs and projects already listed at CryptoStocks or similar investment funds and stock exchanges. Price is free so get your wallets ready.

Momentum is picking up, our hashpower is increasing, and our ASIC target has been chosen.

We have decided to purchase the KNC Titan as our first high powered ASIC.

I was also featured in an article on CryptoCoins News which can be seen here:
