This site is not trusted please be careful

I've converted btc 3.99  to xmr But I didn't receive anything on wallet xmr  :'(

When inquiring from the site
They asked me for many proofs
Without warning
She refused to send proof

I asked them to return the money to my wallet btc

But he did not reply to my messages

I was completely ignored

Please be careful when dealing with this site

It remains the best site: coinswitch

oh man where did you see that site? ive never heard of it... almost hard to believe you sent them that amount of BTC haha
you can check sites like badbitcoin.org, of even better this forum, i dont trust sites that dont have independent threads/reviews on here first
coinswitch seems like they have been around a while but why not just use proper services like Shapeshift or changelly? they are in Coinomi wallet and trusted by most

I never heard of this site before but as per the scamadviser site, it's likely to be legit and they are working for a while now so you need to give a more detailed explanation of what happened to you and what kind of proofs there asked. And also make sure did you entered into the legit site or a clone site!

i think this thread should be at this section Scam Accusations (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0)
do you have any screenshot regarding your transaction that you made there?

Also to make your accusation stronger, you should provide the conversation you have made with the site. If not, all I can see is another advertisement from a newbie with a website/service that he has suggested.

I haven't used that instaswap and probably will never use them but as we can see at the end of his post, there's a suggested service which I think he's part of.

We are constantly in talks with the binance and the police to solve this
issue. Once we have more news we will update you.

why did you use that site without any research if that site is legit in converting crypto. But still thank you for the warning.

Just read their Terms and Conditions and KYC is mandatory to  prevent money laundering and suspicion act so I guess just do what they tell you so you can get your 3.99 btc and if you really have nothing to hide, besides their requirements is just basic stuff so it's easy to submit it.

Though, they have not indicated that there will be certain amount to be swap before they require kyc and that's somehow misleading. I just hope you used changelly or shapeshift if you really prefer an instant swapping.

Why do you only trust convention sites?
Doing research is very important or looking at feedback on this forum. I am sure they will give you the best news, 3.99btc is a big number why you just believe it.

He must have his own reason for that, giving little suggestion is better than just blaming him for his mistake.

Err... how is Binance associated with this problem?

You should be fine with the KYC process as it is a basic requirement to solve this kind of problem, you'll then need to prove wallet ownership and many more but it's gonna be worth for your nearly 35k USD.

While solving the problem, I suggest you to create or move this thread to scam accusation section so many people can help you to solve this case.

That service is using binance API. it looks like that service is using binance as a place to get XMR to swap your bitcoin and I believe the problem is coming from the binance when your funds already determined by the system as a suspicious fund that needs more verification progress. If that needs KYC verification meant your fund gets frozen by the system.

Okay, did you complied to what they're asking for? which is the KYC. They've found your transaction to be suspicious and I don't know how they find fault with it but it seems that you have to rely on their rules so that you can get your btc back.

Did you reply to that email already?
