So the bottom line is that you don't offer any kind of collateral, just your "word" that you will repay. Seriously now?!
Without something as collateral to secure lender's funds, you wont get anything here.

Your "well known underwriter" should inform you about this or to fund you without asking any loan.
Besides as you said, he have a pool of investors... ::)

Nice bottom line you came up with yourself....stead of trashing me like it's not serious, You can email me or post asking for more  info and work something if your actually interested like I said....  Im new to this forum , randomly showing up and just name dropping and getting into actual terms I don't think is appropriate in a open forum.

Condoras' a lender himself and he's come across many cases whereby the borrower defaults. Sooner or later his sentiment will be echoed by other lenders here.

Generally loans without any valid collateral are frowned upon by members here because many scam cases have happened. Besides, if an Internet stranger comes up to you and immediately requests for a 4-figure loan, who would concede right away? Same logic applies on Bitcointalk.

But it seems, that somehow, you think that randomly showing up in a open forum and ask strangers for free money, disregarding all the rules and not providing any collateral is appropriate...

The hypocrisy here is astonishing!

If you are serious you would not come to this section of the forum asking for a loan but instead go to your local bank and mortage some property to get a loan. Here the local rules are to provide valid collateral for whatever lending purpose you have. If you dont you will trashed like this.
