I think what you're looking for is someone who offers you these services right? The appropriate board for such topics is the services (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0) section "BTC payments" or Service Announcements (Altcoins) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=197.0) "Altcoins payments."
You should make a more precise request, for example, the value of payments, escrow, experience, skills required, time to complete execution and other things.
Avoid using loose phrases like huge profits or asking users to talk through other platforms. This is the behavior of scammers.

Hi could you clarify and if your team will pay BTC/ETH or in your token since for sure there are so many applicants so also want to know the payment structure. And also a piece of suggestion you should pay a valuable crypto like eth or BTC so that it will be good for your worker to work with at ease.

And will shoot you a pm soon since I'm interested to get a slot for the job.

I can understand if you guys wouldn't reveal if for which project is this or even the idea of the project itself.
But you need to at least specify if what will you be paying with the services you're looking for.
'Cause I tell you right now, most people here don't really accept useless no-value tokens as payment.

If this was really a "big project" then looking online isn't the right way to first look for some important roles part of your project. You are mainly looking for developers in your project and I simply don't believe that working with them online and in different countries would simply result into a good output with what you want the communication and coordination alone could destroy the "big project" you have. So if I were hire someone close/near to you before you plan on something like look for the job posts online or if you are find someone that is close to you because the last thing you really want is to have devs far away from you which you barely even know.

They can screen which candidate to employ by doing online recruitment though so this is probably just an experiment for them, if they really wanna see people who had skills there is linkedin where they can already see people with experience in the field.

Still they have to clarify it because hiring means paying and not the tokens they are about to distribute which doesn't have a value. If they are that big, they should be willing to spend if they are paying the tokens, this is doomed to begin with.

This is what im thinking and as said these are common lines of scammers where redirecting people anytime on discord. Services (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0) section would the best place to seek out for those people.

As usual, people would really much prefer on accepting bitcoin and other top alts as a form of payment but I doubt this one would either be receiving their own
shit tokens. ;)

I believe since the people using the altcoin marketplace this board also seems used by this op.
Let's wait and see what they can do recruitment and other stuffs then we can conclude which one is their motto and what they will do. I don't determine anyone as scammers before that has been proved.

I just want to give you a heads-up that you need to be very careful on selecting your 'potential' candidates, specially those who are going to ask for a pay upfront.

Lots of scammers are plowing in this community, so you better filter out the best and not to fall for those pretender programmers here. Ask for a portfolio, interview them. Also I suggest to look at your local marketplace first, in my opinion.

I strongly agree if you become part of their team. You should check their discord channel and make sure that their project is real.

Even crypto hunters now did not participate if only bounty projects pay their fancy tokens because there's a lot of scam project which is, in the end, it will end up nothing. If you are willing to develop your project what ecosystem that is related, you must pay the top 10 cryptocurrencies that have already value in the market. Believed me, there's a lot of bounty hunters willing to promote projects.
