Mods: please give temp or permban as needed (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1926895.1520) thread as I believe it's checked more often by mods and you don't need to create a new thread for each copy/paster.

Report the post and then link to where you believe the content was taken from in this case the post. This has worked for me in the past, just clearly explain you are reporting plagiarism in the text box.

Reporting this via the "report to moderator" function should be sufficient enough though. In fact, almost everything can be reported via the report to moderator function. There's only a few things which would be more suited to a personal message to theymos (trademarks etc).
