At first, I made an offer to him before then I cancel the loan due to ETH volatility. Today he PM me again asking for a loan. I do a background check before starting the loan transaction and getting escrow because he didn't give me the Bitcointalk thread link of this topic when I ask it. I'm glad that I managed to track again this thread and notice his red trust feedback.
