You can try to do it by yourself on this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4466298.0 or this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2510862.0 , its not up to date but antpool and viabtc still active.

What wallet have you used to execute the transaction? If you own the wallet, you can try Replace-By-Fee method if it is enabled already. If you are the receiver, you can try CPFP method to get faster confirmation.

There are many free services online offering transaction acceleration services. I would recommend you staying away from some of the shady paid once.

Btw, meta is not the right place to ask.

cissrawk, ViaBTC is very tricky (in the free version), and you need to be very quick to get in 100 users which they accept every hour. But in the case of OP, the problem is in a very low fee (2708 satoshi), and ViaBTC asks minimum of 10 000 satoshi fee.

By fee he pays it is best to wait, his transaction should get a confirmation in some 60 minutes.

I think your transaction is now confirmed.
Next time try to check if there are stuck transactions on blockchain before sending BTC
